There was an issue with one of my vendors drastically dropping the ball and could have caused a disaster 2 hrs before the wedding started. Rachel and Edith went above and beyond to correct a mistake that was not even their fault. They quickly fixed the problem and made sure the day ran smoothly. I can not thank them enough. They not only offered professional support but also emotional support to keep me calm and level headed during the event. They listened to my notes regarding the food (extra seasoning, sauce, etc.) and everyone LOVED it, truly delicious. I will be using this venue again for future events!

The food at the buffet was delicious, the bar went over well along with the late night pizza! We were so happy! I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone's wedding reception!!!

There are plenty of variations in their plans to ensure you end up at the price point you want, or to make your event as lavish as you want. Rachel was super friendly and responsive, working with us through every single concern we had. The venue was very flexible as we changed our date due to COVID – which was a HUGE concern for us. Every single piece of the planning was smooth, efficient, and worry-free. And best of all, the wedding itself was absolutely perfect. We ended up running about half an hour late (to our own wedding!) due to construction traffic, but our day-of planner kept everything running smoothly in our tardiness. They were ready for us at the door, when we finally got there, and kept the whole night going perfectly – even helped us pack up at the end of the party! The food service was fast and efficient – and my guests were absolutely raving about how delicious the menu options were. Almost every single plate was clean at the end of the night, including the late night snacks! And possibly the best part – there was never a line at the bar. We hosted around 150 guests, and the bartender handled everything very well. The room itself was beautiful – everything we had planned and then some. The nice thing about Laurel Manor is that it holds such a natural beauty, anything you add is just icing on the cake. I cannot recommend Laurel Manor (and Rachel) highly enough. They gave us everything we wanted and more for our wedding day, and I will definitely use them for any future events we have. Thank you for making our day 100 times better.

Laurel Manor was particularly wonderful in their understanding of the ongoing difficulties of the pandemic - they did not hold us to a mandatory minimum at the time of our wedding, which really saved us. Rachel responded to emails and calls in a very timely way and even when we worried we might be annoying, she was kind and thoughtful about every aspect of our special day. all of the changes. Luckily restrictions were lifted and we could have the wedding we originally planned. The staff at LM was so on top of everything leading up to and during our event. If something went wrong, it never made its way to me or my husband, their staff handled everything. Cost per person is on the pricier side from venues we looked at, however I would consider the cost justified based on the level of service and coordination they provide. We hired a day of coordinator in addition to working with LM, and while it was nice to have her, in hindsight, everything we needed done could’ve been done by the LM staff/coordinator. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding other any other event at LM!

a pandemic which limited our access to meeting in person, tasting events, etc. Laurel Manor was flexible and helped support us during an unusually more difficult planning process. Laurel Manor is a beautiful venue with so many great photo opportunities. The lobby is stunning and in the evening, when the sun sets the light filters perfectly into the lobby and creates a very soft romantic feel with the stairs and chandelier (great for pictures). The Ballrooms are breathtaking with the marble dance floor and chandeliers in every room (another favorite of mine, it makes for incredible first dance photos) The food was great. Everything came out hot, tender and delicious. The staff was probably the best part of working with Laurel Manor: Rachel and Deirdre (The Sales Directors) were friendly, and offered great flexibility to work around my busy schedule. I was very much a novice when it came to planning a wedding and they offered great advise and best practices that helped tremendously in achieving my desired vision. On our wedding day we were assigned with two coordinators one to assist with the ceremony and one to assist with the reception. Edith, our ceremony coordinator was detail oriented and made sure my exact vision came to life. She made sure everyone was in the right place, at the right time which took a ton of stress off my plate on an already chaotic day. My one and only small bit of constructive criticism would be that I wish our reception coordinator kept us more on track with our timeline. After the ceremony we started running behind schedule due to pictures. Then during the reception it was hard for my husband and I to keep track of time ourselves (we did not wear watches or have our phones on us) and often got caught up talking to guests for too long. It would have been nice to have someone give us "gentle reminders" about upcoming events and where we were on time. Again, it is a very small critique, there are probably lots of couples who prefer to take the lead and set the pace for how the night goes or prefer not to be bothered about the timeline. Perhaps this is a question to ask during the final details meeting on how each couple prefers to have the night managed. This by no means hindered our night, my husband and I still had the most amazing time and the perfect wedding. I could not be happier about how everything turned out and would 100% recommend Laurel Manor to family and friends.

Laurel Manor holds a few tasting events throughout the year where you can try all their dishes- this was where we met Arminda who we then requested to be the room captain for our event. She was awesome and so sweet! The food was excellent- we chose a plated meal with Filet Mignon and chicken delsignore. I appreciated how helpful the staff was during the months leading up to our wedding and especially the week before when we were tying up all the loose ends. Highly recommend this venue!

The only thing that I wasn't super thrilled with and the only reason I'm not giving it five stars it the ceremony room staff was extremely, you must do it my way and get everything out of here when I say so, which was causing our already stressed bridal party that was running behind due to a snow storm to become more stressed. She was the same way at our rehearsal as well, which didn't do much for the anxiety ridden brides.

e sure our night was one to remember. They accommodated for us and made sure we got our money's worth. The food was amazing, especially the puff pastry chicken (get it if you can!). The drinks were regular bar drinks but perfect. We did a sparkler send off, which they had to approve, and it went better than we thought. (BTW if you want a sparkler send off, get 3ft ones, they last and look awesome in photos). If I had any word of criticism, it would be that I wish they had someone to dismiss tables for our buffet lines. They also had 4 other weddings, but it was awesome to meet the other brides and see how happy they were! Other than that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I recommend Laurel Manor for any special event. They take a lot of worry and guess work out of the big stuff.

I would also like to mention/thank the banquet staff we had the night of our wedding. The captain for our event was very prompt and always making sure we were taken care of. Also! The food was DELICIOUS! We got many compliments from the guests that attended our wedding. We went with a basic chicken meal but it was anything but basic when delivered to our guests! The cupcakes we got from Cakes by Stephanie was also perfect. I couldn't have picked a better venue for our special day and I cannot thank the staff at Laurel Manor enough for all of their hard work.

e experience with our granddaughter’s wedding was beyond our expectations in every way.  Everyone thought it was absolutely perfect, and I think that the excellent outcome is due in great measure to the meticulous planning and patient guidance of our event coordinator, Laila, throughout the process.  It has been a delight to work with the staff at Laurel Manor and to see how invested they have been in making this very special day one that we will always remember with great happiness. The coordinator for the rehearsal and ceremony, Donna, was crucial in preparing us and in executing plans with precision.  Her calm presence and support reassured us and also ensured that the day we had all been waiting for would be absolutely beautiful.  She had carefully instructed us during the rehearsal and then provided exactly the direction and encouragement we needed on the wedding day.  We would like her to know how much we appreciate her dedication and cheerful guidance. Our banquet coordinator, Kathy, was also especially efficient and helpful.  She kept everything running smoothly throughout the evening with attention to every detail.  In addition, she was so helpful to us with any request we made and was always available to make sure that plans unfolded according to our wishes.  In fact, she made sure that the entire dinner was served seamlessly so that all of our guests could enjoy the excellent food.  It was outstanding, and we heard many compliments on the dinner and on the beautiful and delicious cake.  We would like Kathy and everyone involved with the reception know that their expertise is much appreciated. Laila had mentioned to us that there were many special settings for photographs throughout the facility, and we certainly agree!  We were thrilled to see that the photographs before, during, and after the ceremony as well as those taken throughout the reception are absolutely breathtaking.  We will cherish them along with the wonderful memories of this magnificent wedding day. e worst part of planning this wedding would be finding a reception area...but Laurel Manor made it the easiest part. And Rachel West took so much stress off of me; everything was absolutely perfect. I gave her my budget and she made it work. After leaving the church wedding, my son and his wife had time scheduled for photos in the beautiful garden at Laurel Manor, and also in the elegant lobby. They made their GRAND ENTRANCE on the sweetest balcony inside the reception area and everyone ooo'd and ahhhh'd!!! My son looked so happy. The service staff were warm, inviting and efficient. The food was AMAZING and, 2 months later, people are still commenting on the wonderful experience and amazing FOOD they had. Rachel West was my ambassador at Laurel Manor and I totally credit her for keeping me from having a nervous breakdown. Anytime I'd call with a request she would say, "Don't worry, Charlene. I'll take care of it" and she DID!!! I went into that gorgeous reception room, relaxed. The linens were beautiful, the room warmly lit, and the entire experience superb. The sirloin was brought in on a flaming silver platter; it was perfect; the food was way beyond expectation. My son, who is very difficult to please, looked around, came to me and said, "Mom, this is beautiful. It's way more than I expected. How did you do it?" . I will never use anyone else for any other extravaganza that I need to plan. This experience was beyond perfection. Other than having my children, this was my crowning achievement, thanks to Laurel Manor and Rachel West. You gave me a wonderful memory, and my son and his wife an elegant, comfortable reception. My deepest, heart felt thanks.
