tion, Max and his incredible staff delivered an event for the ages. Who cares about a Nor'easter wedding in your backyard? The food was so delicious that we forgot about the gale force winds, particularly when it was served by the most courteous professionals in the business. 200 people in our backyard, during a Nor'easter, had the time of their lives thanks to Max and his team. Under the most difficult conditions imaginable, Max stuck the landing! We cannot recommend his services more highly. A true gentleman and professional. Thank you Max!
It was love at the first bite with Max! As soon as we tasted one bite at our meeting, we knew we HAD to hire Max for our wedding. We are big foodies, and our wedding catering was a...
n important aspect for us.
Every morsel we ate throughout the night was absolutely delicious. Countless people told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had but my favorite comment of the night was from one of our best friends at our table. After taking his first bite of short rib, he said "OMG. This is like a warm hug delivered straight from my mom" - and we couldn't agree more! In addition to the food being top notch, Max and his team are exceptional. They all went above and beyond. I could not recommend Max and his team more! 11/10
Just the best! Amazing service!

ith as well as his staff. Max Hansen provided insightful understanding of what I was looking to accomplish, thoughtful suggestions and seamless execution during the event.
The staff was accomplished and polished. They anticipated what was needed and managed the entire event with dexterity. They were accomplished, polished and very personable.
The food and drink was delicious and well curated. During the process of selecting the menu I would ask, "Have you ever prepared...?" The answer was always yes at which point Max would offer complimentary pairings.
Truly the best experience hands down.

perature out of a mobile kitchen (which is not easy), and the flavor was amazing--yes I actually ate a lot at my own wedding! The catering service was also top of the line, all of the staff were amazing and made us and our guests feel like VIPs. Max is great to work with, super responsive via email and so accommodating. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Max was very communicative and flexible throughout the entire process leading up the wedding as well. During the wedding, his staff did an incredible job and the food was beyond delicious!!

ure—an efficient, organized, unflappable staff—to the tiniest of details, like the delectable passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktail-hour lemonade for the kids.
You’ll have a wide range of apps and entrees to choose from, and everything got raves from everybody. We’ve all been to weddings where the food was entirely forgettable. This was the opposite: The next day guests were talking about the food as much as the flowers or music or toasts. (We went with an Italian-themed dinner, choice of swordfish or chicken.)
Best of all was the staff, who took care of everything with a smile. Pam is a miracle worker who was unfazed by any request from the anxious hosts (that was us). Everything went as smoothly as could be. Just ask around—anyone who hires Max Hansen is happy and beyond satisfied.
We hired Max Hansen for my NYE wedding and we were thrilled with the food. From the small plates, to the entrees, and the late night food everything was so tasty. His team was prof...

o us that night and weeks after our wedding. Max worked with us to craft our menu and all of the food was seasonal and fresh. Max Hansen Caterers were not just a caterer-- they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The team assigned to our wedding, led by Pam and Tracy, were so helpful in helping us set up the tables and table settings, and even all the chairs for the ceremony. I didn't expect a catering to service to take care of every little detail, but they did. They were attentive to our guests, making sure everyone that needed a drink had one and they did a great job making sure everything flowed from cocktail hour to dinner and on to the cake cutting. I recommend Max Hansen Caterer for any event you have. They are true professionals and their food is as good as it gets.
