ene and the entire staff was so professional and extremely helpful throughout the actual entire process. The actual day of the ceremony the staff was amazing. They were all hands on deck helping me set up. I really appreciated that commitment to me and it made me feel special, as if they really cared about me/my daughter’s big day. Let’s talk about the deliciousness of the array of food they served. The family is still talking about how impressive the food was. The golf course background was amazing!

They offer very comprehensive and reasonably priced packages that made our planning process so much easier. They were also very accommodating and worked with us to include our favorite appetizers and cocktails, even though they weren’t on their menu.
Darlene was a great support to make our day special. She always responded to our questions promptly, gave us plenty of advice, and made sure everything went as planned during our big day. The rest of the Jacaranda staff also did a wonderful job serving our guests and setting things up and down in record time. We had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute because of the rain, but they worked quickly to ensure we could still start on time. Our wedding day turned out exactly as we had dreamed of thanks to this amazing team!

o I go through with it? Back and forth. Darlene, Mike and the staff at Jacaranda are professionals. They get it! They love their jobs and the respect and empathy they show as a business is priceless. I had a list of 20 venues from South Palm Beach to South Broward, and visited 10. Jacaranda was the last place I visited and the first place I fell in love with. To this day, we go dine at their Grille restaurant for the amazing food and service, but to know they support my roller coaster life like many other brides are encountering is something to be recognized. Do not hesitate to book your 2021 event with Jacaranda. They are doing some exterior renovations now, and they will be here for a long time. Not only am I still getting married on 10/10/20 with 10 friends and a tasty brunch, but I will also be having my celebration there in 2021! You will not find a kinder and understanding group of people to work with, the variety of the menu and the detail to the planning runs very smoothly. I'm very excited to have my cake and eat it too!

Plus, Jacaranda provided exactly the chairs, linens, and lighting that I wanted without having to rent from any other vendors. What a tremendous value. Jacaranda Country Club is a hidden gem in Plantation, Florida. We literally bumped into it. After speaking with Darlene, the catering manager, touring the space and reviewing the packages, we looked at each other and said.."This place is amazing!"
This place knows what they are doing!.. beautiful landscape, great space (indoor and outdoor), and the variety of foods and packages. Darlene and her team were wonderful, helping me with different choices of linens and food items that worked best with the size of our wedding and our theme. The night of the wedding, Darlene stayed til the very end, making sure we were ok.
Our guests raved about the food ( cocktails and reception). The quality was exceptional ( and my husband and I are big time Foodies!). They are able to interchange the food options and if you have cultural foods you want incorporated, they can do it! Our guests were saying they had to pace themselves during the cocktail hour to make sure they had enough room to eat dinner! ( Thank God we had an amazing DJ that got the guests dancing to burn off those calories ) The team provided for my husband and I our own cocktail tray in the bridal suite complete with beverages so we could have a quiet moment to ourselves after the ceremony.
Don't hesitate to book this venue. Our guests are already looking at booking Jacaranda for a future 70th birthday party and a retirement party.

our family and guests still rave about. As my husband and I have lived in NYC for the past 4 years - our hometown of South Florida was now a destination wedding for us. We needed a venue that we could trust and provide the most value. After meeting with other venues, Jacaranda was the obvious choice for us. Jacaranda provides the best value (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, wedding cake, premium alcohol, valet, uplighting, chairs, silverware, etc) were all included in our contract. All we had to provide was the DJ, flowers, and photographer. This took off a lot of the stress we would have had, especially with planning a destination wedding. Additionally, Darlene was warm, welcoming and reassuring from our initial visit through our wedding day. She provided exceptional service and made sure that our wedding day was perfect! The day of the wedding was everything I dreamed of and everything went according to plan. It was great to have Darlene there as the day-of-coordinator to make sure everything was set up and customized to our plan! We cannot recommend Jacaranda enough!

The venue is beautiful inside or outdoor. We always get a reply to our questions and concerns. Chasity and Mike are great, very helpful. They do hold one event at a time, but there can be 2 events in one day. For example one event in the morning and one event in the afternoon. We were concerned that we would not have enough time for our vendors to set up and for us to get ready. We got lucky our wedding was the only event for that date. Darlene was kind enough to let us use the bridal suite early. Everything went as planned from the ceremony to reception. They are expert at what they do. Our guests loved the food, they could not stop talking about the cocktail hour. The staff was very attentive. We would recommend Jacaranda Country club. We hope to book that venue again for future events as they do more than just weddings. Thank you Darlene, Mike and Chasity.

I made numerous unannounced visits to go over details with both Mike and Darlene Deluca, Catering Coordinator.They always made time to answer my questions and help resolve any issues that arose not just in person but on the phone as well. Both Mike and Darlene are polished, articulate
and sophisticated professionals.
The wedding ceremony was held in the beautifully decorated Palm Room and was skillfully directed and coordinated with the officiant and the DJ's musical timing
by Mr. Reed such that the wedding guests raved about the beauty and flow of the event. The cocktail hour in the Grille brought multiple compliments about the quality and service of the food.
The reception held in the same room as the ceremony was quickly and seamlessly converted into a gorgeous restaurant with panoramic lake and golf course sunset views. We were very pleased with all aspects of our experiences with this vendor and would not hesitate to recommend this venue to everyone.

Darlene left after cocktail hour but I was with you all evening and was never aware of any problems. The only issue we remember addressing was the seating plan you'd given us not matching your place cards. This confused some of the guests but to our knowledge that was sorted out quickly as we had extra seating. Please call us at your earliest convenience or I'll reach out for you this weekend. If we did offend we certainly want to apologize personally.

o one weekend trying to find the perfect place. We found it with Jacaranda! They were so flexible and easy to work and coordinate with, even from all the way in Gainesville! Darlene was FANTASTIC! Great customer service! She was so professional and personal and ALWAYS knew the answer! She was terrific help throughout the whole process. I didn't have to hire a wedding planner because of Darlene and the fact that Jacaranda just makes everything so easy for you! They recommend a variety of other vendors that they've worked with before, so they do all the coordinating! The food was simply delicious and had such a variety of options! The service was friendly and great! This venue offered so much more for less compared to the other venues we toured. I would highly recommend this great facility! All our guest loved the place and complimented how great the food was and how beautiful everything came out! In fact, one of our guest decided to have her upcoming wedding there too! Jacaranda certainly made our wedding that much more special! It was PERFECT!

mber of guests we estimated. I loved the the large windows and how there was space to have seating outside for smokers and a separate cocktail room that was quite large. We had 120 guests, and it was not too cramped at all. We wanted to have our wedding at the gazebo, but it pored on our wedding day. The people at Jacaranda were so accommodating.
We had a buffet dinner, which everyone who attended was raving about. We had 5 stations, and everyone thought there was a TON of food. There was plenty of space for dancing, and the room was arranged nicely with the window being the focus.
Although it rained, we were able to get some beautiful shots on the golf course with the sunset.
Mike was fabulous to work with. He was so kind and understanding. He worked well with my planner, and offered some great suggestions for food and for picture opportunities. I would recommend Jacaranda to anyone!

My main complaints would be that the food on the actual day of was not as good as when we did our tasting. I think that preparing for the large number they don't do as good of a job, and my wedding wasn't that big. The second letdown was the lack of attention I feel that our wedding received leading up to the big day (perhaps because our wedding was smaller and wasn't providing as much revenue?). Like on the day of there was a debate with how the limo was going to drive down to the ceremony and where the gift table was set up- mainly because I don't feel there was adequate communication when I inquired and things the day of turned out to be different than we had planned and I wish we were able to plan appropriately.

t like whether it was the location, the welcome from the wedding planner, the packages offered and so on… I selected Jacaranda Country club because they had no match. I worked with both Mike and Darlene, they were awesome. They are so nice and pleasant which makes everything much easier. I first met with Mike once we left my fiancé then said to me, “I don’t want to go visit anymore venues I’m sold” that’s how comfortable Mike made us feel after that first meeting. The whole process went smoothly; they explained everything to us and deliver everything they promised. The day of the wedding was amazing; the staffs were super duper nice. One of my girlfriend has very bad allergies to eggs when the desert time they were serving Tiramisu and she told the waiter that she’s allergic she doesn’t want any desert. Next thing she knows the waiter came back with a bowl of fruit for her so she would not be without desert. My girlfriend told me after that she felt like a princess and was shocked that the waiter cared so much and if she ever gets married she’s going with Jacaranda. That’s one of the many compliments I receive about Jacaranda, the food was amazing, all my guests are still talking about it 1 month later. They gave so much food that some of my guests were too full after the cocktail hour, they said they could not resist dinner though because it was so good. Both families are still talking about our wedding because of the venue, everything was so wonderful. Words are not enough to describe Jacaranda service. My cousin got married a couple of years ago her venue was in Long Island, New York it was very nice, my family always referred to her wedding but now after my wedding Jacaranda made my cousin’s venue an afterthought. Thank you so much Mike and Darlene. All bride should at least go visit Jacaranda I promised you won’t regret anything.
