Matt Mason Photography

hin minutes and set up a conference call the very next day. Even with it being New Year’s Day, he was ready to finalize everything just two days after our first conversation. On our wedding day, Matt and his team were punctual, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. They were efficient without ever feeling rushed, capturing stunning photos while making the entire process feel effortless. I truly felt a personal connection with them, and they took the time to listen to what we wanted, ensuring our vision was reflected in every shot. The final photos turned out absolutely amazing—I couldn’t be happier! If I could give six stars, I would. To top it all off, their pricing was incredibly reasonable, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Matt Mason Photography!

ed. 10/10 recommend!!!

g job not only capturing the large moments of our wedding but all the small details too! Highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed!!

and he was great to work with. Our wedding day photographers were Ben and Owen. They were both so personable and friendly to work with. They helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had great ideas for pictures as we obviously don’t know much about it. We had a large bridal party so they did great with keeping everyone on track. They had TONS of sneak peak wedding pictures displayed for our guests to see at the wedding reception (we weren’t expecting that). I was so excited to see these and we were able to look at a big chunk of our pictures in their favorites gallery online that following morning. They had our entire wedding album gallery provided to us within a week of our wedding. I have seen many others photography contracts with a timeline of receiving pictures 3-4 months after the wedding. So this was extremely nice that they were so quick with providing us our pictures back. We are obsessed with our wedding pictures and I have looked through them a million times already. We received tons of compliments from others on our wedding pictures as well. We really enjoyed working with these two and they are great people. Matt Mason was really friendly during our initial call when we met him as well. The team is extremely prompt with responding to any questions asking throughout the wedding planning process as well. I would recommend this company especially Ben and Owen to others going forward!

hat we wanted! We also had an incredible experience working with Ben for our engagement pictures as well! We are both heavily involved in farming and I show horses. Ben was able to photograph both our passions with the dairy cattle and my horse! I would 100% recommend them both!! I cannot thank them all enough!

nication was perfect. Highly recommend!

wonderful results speak for themselves! They will only enhance whatever event you chose to have them capture!

e used incredible techniques to find unique photos of us on a pier reflecting off the water, night time shots with the Abby in the background, and incredible drone shots of the entire ceremony. Matt and his team are incredible and amazing at what they do. Our friends and family where very impressed by the Life Montage video that played at our wedding. It was amazing to see how quickly he was able to use photos from our wedding day to be part of the video. We look forward to using Matt and his team in for our future life events. Matt and his Team went above and beyond our expectations and we are so glad we made him part of our wedding day. Brittany and Eric Johnson

communication was top notch. Oh, and hire them for videography too, I regret not wanting videography. Thank you Zak, Kim & Matt

move us through the day efficiently and stick to our timeline! Our photos are beautiful, top-quality, and they came back very quickly which was awesome. We truly had the best experience working with Matt and we are so grateful that he could be our photographer on our Wedding Day! What a great company and team!

on leading up to our big day! We were able to meet our photographer, Ben, during our engagement session. Ben was able to capture our wedding day perfectly. He made us feel at ease throughout the day and helped coordinate our large families and wedding party. I would definitely recommend using Matt Mason Photography for your wedding day!

Lake Lawn. Ben also did our engagement photo shoot with us. They are both two of the nicest people you'll meet, many of our guests complimented how friendly, flexible, and kind they both were. Make sure you find photographers you can be yourself around, it makes a huge difference! We had kids in our wedding party and they were so patient and goofed around with them, which made it so much more fun. The pictures turned out absolutely stunning! Ben was very intentional about finding the best lighting and background and really knew the best angles and locations at our venue. We used a videographer from a different business and they even meshed well. We got many of our photos THE SAME NIGHT as our wedding, which was so cool! We had so many photos to choose from as well and we had them all back within two weeks of our wedding, which was surprising! Matt Mason was also phenomenal throughout the booking process, taking the time to meet with us and answer all our questions and kept us on track. Ben helped us plan our our whole timeline for our day which was very helpful, and they helped keep us on time as well. Ben even rescheduled our engagement photos when it rained on our original day, so flexible!! We absolutely loved working with Ben and Rachel and highly recommend them! They made the day run so smoothly and having them both there really minimized my stress.

He was amazing to work with and helped the day go smoothly!! I couldn't say enough good things! Highly recommend!

l the different vendor's work as they all seem to be doing amazing work. To make up our minds, we had to choose based on talking with the photographers and what other services they offered. Hands down, working with Matt Mason, Ben Hanson and Mike Harrison was an absolute pleasure. They are all very professional, as well as very fun to work with. Our engagement pictures were gorgeous, our wedding pictures were phenomenal, and our fusion film was one of the highlights of the wedding for everyone. We will absolutely be passing the name of this company to anyone looking to get professional photos taken in the near future.

ent above and beyond with everything. Let's first talk about organization, communication and professionalism. They met with me initially to understand my vision and needs. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and came up with an initial timeline and were very accommodating when I wanted to make changes and explained why certain timelines were originally entered, but allowed me to be part of the planning and decision making process. They included an engagement photo session in our package so that we could practice the different poses and Matt had very helpful tips for what I was looking for and we decided on a game plan for the day of the wedding so things would run smoothly. They were ALWAYS on time and I never had to wonder what the next steps were because they sent emails throughout the process with reminders and follow-up. During the day of the wedding, they were prompt, professional and handled all the hiccups that can happen on a wedding day. My dress needed to be altered so that ate into the first twenty minutes of our photography session and they handled it like champs and behind the scenes were communicating with my husband and the wedding planner to make changes in the schedule and provide transportation throughout the resort. They really know their stuff! They captured such amazing photos and moments that I will treasure forever. We had a link to a highlight of our photos within a few hours, our video within a few days, our final link to our photos in a few days and our photo album in a few weeks. That is unheard of! I know some friends that had to wait up to 9 weeks! I'm seriously blown away by this company. Thank you so much Matt and Matt for bringing your A+++ game and giving me top notch service. Your high quality work, promptness, flexibility, vision, friendliness, organization and communication skills are an example of why you have been voted the BEST for many years. It is well earned and I can't recommend you enough! You are definitely following God's plan for you because it shines in everything you do. Thank you for giving me the wedding of my dreams!mailto:reviewinquiry@theknot.com

ictures which can be difficult. Not only are the pictures gorgeous, but he is so fun to work with!! Absolutely book him!!

h my initial timeline! Matt and his team captured incredible photos/videos. I truly love reminiscing on this day. They went above and beyond for me and my husband. Their work is truly spectacular and I would recommend them to any future bride and groom! Thanks, Matt and Matt for capturing my perfect day!!

ful throughout the entire planning process. I was a bit panicked because we didn’t have a wedding planner to create a timeline for us and help us on the day of the wedding, but Ben put the timeline together for us, kept us on schedule and calmed my nerves. On our wedding day Mike from the team joined Ben and both did a great job! We went to White River Park and the backdrop for the photos was gorgeous. Both Ben and Mike were extremely personable, welcoming, and very professional. I would recommend Matt Mason’s team for any event and would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you for capturing our special day!

husband who is not a fan of posing for pictures. The photos were gorgeous and he put our entire wedding party at ease with his well planned and coordinated schedule. We recommend him very highly.

e asked for a better photographer to capture our night.

We had Ben and Mike photograph our wedding and they helped the day run smoothly while being incredibly enjoyable to be around. They were professional, creative and effective. We love our wedding photos and opted for the same-day fusion film. Our guests were stunned they saw our photos and video from earlier that day. I highly recommend anyone at MMP for any photography needs; you won't be disappointed.

eded for the amazing video. Thank you again for the memories

around, just book him. They are the most professional group and the same day slideshow they created was the talk of the evening. They turned around footage from the wedding day intermixed with a photo montage from our past with music and an overlay of us reading our letters to one another. It was a showstopper. The photos turned out stunning and the video is incredible. His turn around is so fast! We had a preview album in one day and all of our photos within a week. We also felt like he really went above and beyond to get to know us during the process. He did our engagement session, zooms/calls to plan the wedding day timelines, and kept things moving seamlessly on schedule. We had many guests commenting on their skill and professionalism. It really is an all-inclusive package when you book Matt.

montage. Matt and his associate, Mike Harrison, were instrumental in keeping things ultra organized the day of the wedding, all while keeping a fun atmosphere throughout the day. Matt and team were also superb at organizing everything leading up to the day. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule our first wedding date and Matt and team were highly flexible throughout the rescheduling process. Thanks very much, Matt and team!

grapher Mike truly got to know us and worked so well with everyone else there for the day. We are SO happy we decided to go for it and couldn't be happier with our video!

our day approached, and was incredibly helpful when planning out our timeline and adjusting things at the last minute. They also turned around our pictures in record time! Uploaded to the site within a few days, and final shots shared a couple weeks after! Thank you Matt and team for a great day and incredible memories to look back on!

initial call with him and were blown away by how organized he is and how invested he is in trying to create what we wanted for our special day. Matt was a huge help for me personally (bride), someone who hasn't dreamt of a wedding that looks a certain way and honestly was unsure of the wedding planning process in general. He worked with me to create a wedding day timeline, and he even helped create 4 minutes and 30 seconds we will never forget -- I asked if there was a way to get a picture with most everyone at the reception (we had a medium-sized wedding), and he suggested a "Photo Challenge," where a song comes on and we go around and have to get a picture with each table before the song ends. We had SO many people rave about this, and it's so special to now have a photo with ALL of our loved ones that attended our reception! On the day-of, Matt was the perfect blend of funny, compassionate, and a little bossy to ensure we got the best photos possible in an efficient manner. He got every shot and location we requested, and then some, and the best surprise of all was the Montage slideshow shown at the reception. There was not a dry eye in the reception after Matt was able to combine photos from our past with photos from the day-of. Again, we were blown away by Matt's organization and creativity, and we cannot thank him and his team enough for making our wedding day at St. Andrew's Church and Lake Lawn Resort perfectly US! If you're getting married in the Delavan/Lake Geneva area, we can't recommend Matt Mason Photography enough!

es. On top of his amazing work, he is incredibly kind and pays close attention to detail. We will certainly be recommending Matt Mason Photography to everyone!!

hotos and we received numerous complements. Matt captured many beautiful moments of the day and kept us on schedule. It has been wonderful to look through all of the moments captured from the day with our friends and families. You will have no regrets choosing Matt Mason Photography!

d his team produced absolutely beautiful photos, and even when my dress got a little muddy from where we were at, they tried to help me clean it up! My guests were shocked to see such a beautiful montage that the team put together so quickly during dinner to show pictures and video clips of our day. We had a gallery of photos up the day after the wedding! My guests were amazed that they could already see photos of the whole day and photos that we took with them. The album that we received came right when we got back from the honeymoon and it was stunning. I could not be more impressed with Matt Mason Photography. Thank you Matt and your team!

up to the wedding Matt was in contact with us, always checked in and did everything he could to make our experience as easy as possible. Matt is professional, organized, and genuine. The day of our wedding, him and our second photographer arrived early and came prepared for a good time. They got beautiful shots of myself and my bridal party getting ready, snapped photos of all of our accessories, dresses, shoes, etc, and made it over to the grooms location with time to shoot some amazing pictures of them as well. Matt was able to put together a beautiful fusion fill that came with our package to show at our ceremony and had a beautiful selection of wedding photos on his website the night of the wedding. Matt and his company are a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to any bride looking for a perfect photographer.

our attention to details and keeping everyone on track made the day run so smooth. It's going to be so hard to choose photos!! Thanks again. I know we will be recommending you to others!

ur photographer for both and not only made us so comfortable throughout our day, he captured the best memories. We still get compliments on our photos and one was just chosen to be in a Lake Geneva magazine! There is no way we could imagine our day without them and can’t thank Jake and Matt Mason enough for helping make our day perfect!

ession with Matt which was perfect since we've never been professionally photographed before, so it for sure helped doing this before the big day! On the day of the wedding we had Matt and Ben shoot our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about them! They knew what to do, kept us on time with photos, and everything turned out amazing! At the reception, they showed our guests the Fusion Film that was created throughout that day which was AMAZING! All of our guests (and myself) were blown away with how quickly it was put together and how amazing it turned out! We even had MMP do a photo booth at our reception which was a hit! They had photos uploaded so quickly after the wedding so our guests could download the images right on their phones! We got all of our photos and film back from our wedding within weeks! I am still so impressed with how everything turned out!! I am so grateful we chose Matt Mason Photography to capture our wedding! If you choose him too, you will not be disappointed!!

NG PHOTOS. We did pick a fusion film package as well and it is all everyone can talk about and they actually showed the first half of the video during dinner on our wedding night it was so incredible! Matt and Mike were always on their toes with ideas and recommendations and they kept an amazing timeline to make sure we got all the pictures we wanted for our day. Thank you Matt!

and the uniqueness was unbelievable! I really appreciated your willingness to be flexible during the Covid time and you made the day so memorable. I cannot select one or two favorite photos because there are so many that are so special to us. I love the sunset photography photos, the dancing photos, the wedding ceremony photos, the family photos. Again thank you so much for your flexibility and your talents these will be treasured for a lifetime. Please be safe during this time and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Janelle K

o detail, and passion for helping us memorialize our wedding day. 10/10 highly recommended.

g sure our day was the best it could be. On the wedding day itself their team took control of every situation they were involved in and made it as streamlined and efficient as possible. I truly could not picture the day happening without their team being involved. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

n our wedding day, Ben and Mike were phenomenal! They made our big day very easy for us and their photos blew us away!!

made everything so comfortable. We had over 1000 photos!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody for any pictures they need done. They went above and beyond all expectations.

rofessional throughout every step of the process. His many years of experience are clearly evident in the way he creates poses, makes you feel at ease, and navigates unforeseen events or change of plans. Beyond having beautiful images from our wedding, we have wonderful memories of our time spent with Matt Mason Photography. We are so thankful for Matt, Kerry, and Ben for the phenomenal job they did. Highly Recommend!

rovide great recommendations on what to do with him being more familiar with the area. The photographer Ben was incredibly helpful as well as talented! We couldn’t be happier with our photos and video of our ceremony and have Matt and Ben to thank for this. I highly recommend them and am glad we have these memories to look back on thanks to them capturing all of the best moments!

, and a totally fair price for the quality of work. The photographer that Matt assigned to my wedding, Ben, was incredible. The nicest, most down to earth and chill guy...Ben was a pleasure to work with. He made everyone comfortable and had some AMAZING ideas that turned out beautiful. Our photos are priceless. Stunning, and Ben captured our happiness through his lens. Overall, 10/10 would recommend Matt Mason photography, especially if you are unsure of timelines, want to work with someone extra communicative, and very reasonably priced.

e impressed. Matt was always able to answer all of our questions, and help us have the most stress free day of our wedding. Through his timeline planning, we didn’t have to worry about what the next step would be, he handled it all! We ended up planning our wedding in two months, and finding a photographer that could offer us a package of everything we wanted was so stressful, until we found Matt! If anyone wants an amazing photographer, this is your guy!
