wedding we had to push back to 2021. Over this two-year journey, Diana has been nothing short of amazing to work with every step of the way. She is warm and engaging--great at making everyone feel comfortable for photos. And she is also incredibly professional and talented--we have so many breathtaking photos from her, true works of art! We would recommend Diana to anyone and feel so grateful for the wonderful photos we'll have for the rest of our lives.

husband’s friend’s wedding and the pictures were gorgeous. Planning through covid, we had 3 wedding dates- she accommodated me each time even when the 2nd date fell on Mother’s Day. Always very responsive throughout the process, I just felt comfortable with her and trusted that she would make for a seamless process on the day of. Her no nonsense attitude helped wrangle family members when we needed the group shots and she kept the timeline moving. I gave her a few points: for me the church & ceremony pics were most important, she delivered. I told her I didn’t want to spend all night taking pics and she made sure to be efficient and get all the important ones out of the way early. Her action shots during the party are fantastic. I would definitely recommend hiring Diana of Studio D NYC for your event.

horizon lines, no weird focus issues, etc.) and I was looking for someone whose work was both trendy and timeless. We found both of these traits in Diana. I am quite possibly the worst at taking pictures – I always feel terribly awkward, but Diana made the whole process as painless as possible and managed to get beautiful photos of the two of us that we will cherish forever. Beyond that, Diana was fantastic at helping me figure out my day-of timeline and where and when everyone needed to be. She offered advice on dresses when I was still deciding and also recommended vendors she had worked with previously when I needed help. We had a slight delay to our ceremony, so Diana took advantage of the time and completed all of our portraits so that immediately after the ceremony we were able to enjoy cocktail hour with our friends & family. We selected a package with a second photographer after our initial consultation with Diana because specific photos we wanted required it, and the additional photographer she provided was excellent! I was also quite impressed with how quickly we received a sneak peek of our wedding photos and the full set of photos arrived shortly after. I have had friends that waited several months to receive their photos, but we had ours back within a few weeks! If you are looking for an assertive, quick-thinking photographer who will keep you calm on your wedding day and also ensure that you receive the shot list of your dreams, look no further. Diana is the best!

for our wedding, displaying a true passion for her art. We bonded with her instantly and she showed a keen interest in making sure our wedding would be great. Through the weeks of managing a wedding through the current pandemic we are experiencing, Diana assured us she would have our best interests in mind and kept us frankly sane through the weeks leading up to the big day. Although we ultimately decided to narrow down our 185 person traditional wedding to an approximately 10 person ceremony, Diana took it upon herself to adjust her and our logistics to coincide with the situation at hand. More of a friend/ wedding planner than a simple photographer, we owe a huge thanks to Diana. The pictures came out beautiful and it takes a talented photographer like herself to make the lighting and everything perfect. In fact we were blown away at the comfort she instilled in us during the photo time. Also completely satisfied and happy with the locations she chose. Finally we have received our pictures promptly from her and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We recommend her for any big or small event. Thank you Diana!!!! Arzu & Steve
