Northeast Tent and Event Rentals was responsive, professional, caring, and flexible - they delivered a clear and reasonable contract, demonstrated expert planning and design, accommodated last-minute changes due to weather, and provided a quick and stress-free set-up and clean-up experience. My 100+ guests were raving about the beautiful and comfortable accommodations under the heated tent. I wouldn’t have changed a thing and highly recommend this company for your wedding or event!

My husband and I were married on October 2025. We had the most beautiful backyard tent wedding!
We contacted Northeast Tent in event rentals in October 2024. Heather and her coworker came right out to our property to measure and determine which tent would work best for us.
We decided the sale cloth tent would work perfectly. It fit our 200 guests and a dance floor. With lots of room to move around.
We decided to add on a second smaller tent to set up our buffet. It couldn’t have been more perfect!
Heather was great to work with. She made suggestions and helped us figure out the best layout. She made it so easy!
The crew was also amazing. What a great team they made setting up the tent and breaking it down. It was fun to watch them work and made it look easy!
Northeast Tent and Event Rentals helped make our once-in-a-lifetime day effortless.
We would definitely use them again!

nd are so happy we found NorthEast Tent and Event Rentals. Heather was so helpful in terms of ordering (giving us her opinion on quantities and items), and discussing timelines/logistics. We were able to rent everything from the big stuff (tent/tables/chairs) to glassware/flatware/etc. - and they even had amazing farmtables and whiskey barrels that were perfect for our outdoor/rustic wedding!
Everything was delivered timely and the team was so helpful and friendly - even running back to pickup and dropoff the sides to the tent that were forgotten in error.
