the space was so great. The Weber's team is like a well oiled machine. Everything from start to finish ran very smooth. Kati is amazing and helped make our day so good. The food---OMG! We were told by most guest our food was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. And the cake---we did not even get any because it went so fast that our guest ate it up! One of the things we loved most was how thoughtful and organized the venue staff were on the day of. They made it easy. This is also a beautiful hotel; we and our guest loved staying here:) Highly recommend!

We loved having everything in one place and to not have to worry about transportation. The food and drinks were incredible, as expected. We would definitely recommend Weber’s for a wedding venue.

e communication no matter how many questions we had. The pricing was very competitive compared to other venues but the services were far better. We got so many compliments on the food and cake, as expected since Weber's is known for their amazing food. Our guests were also thrilled that they got to stay in the hotel and not have to worry about driving or catching a shuttle in between. We ended up having about 50 rooms booked in our block which made for a fun night out on the dance floor. About half of our guests were still there when the reception ended at midnight because they were having so much fun. Samantha at the front desk was also very helpful during check in and fielded any questions that our guests had on the day of. Could not say enough good things about Weber's, we had the best day ever thanks to them.

30 people. The staff was extremely helpful to plan and ease our jitters for the big day. The servers and front desk employees were so courteous. We had an issue with our flowers and wanted early check-in. No problem. Also they complimentary gave bride an adjoining room to accommodate issue with keeping the flowers cool. All the guests raved over the food and venue. What a spectacular experience for the new couple. Please consider this venue if you have under 150 guests!

Our main point of contact was Amber in Catering, who was quick to respond to emails and super helpful. Amber also had very helpful insight as I was putting together the day-of timeline. Amber was very thorough in all of our planning meetings to make sure all of the details were exactly how we wanted them to be. 2. Setup: Weber's sets up the entire ballroom for you, and will even set up some of your items too! We used centerpieces provided by Weber's, and they set up the chargers, favors, place cards, gift box/table, which allowed my husband and I just to enjoy our wedding! :) 3. Food: The food was great! We even had our cake done at Weber's as well. Weber's was happy to work around our guests with severe allergies and give them a safe meal. 4. Day-of Service: Once we arrived at the reception, the manager of the evening introduced himself and asked if we needed anything. We had servers checking on us periodically throughout the night and bringing us water frequently. They even saved some hors d'oeuvres from cocktail hour and had them waiting for us at our sweetheart table! The event staff also kept things running right on time according to the timeline we provided. 5. Hotel: The hotel rooms were very clean and felt luxurious! We, along with our guests, enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Our guests also had an easy time booking with the hotel block. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Weber's to anyone looking to host a wedding reception or other large event!

the small last minute changes we needed. From there, Joshua our banquet manager was honestly the best. He checked in with us throughout the night and his entire team were friendly and professional. Our guests raved about the food and our cake from Daniella and told us afterwards that it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had. I honestly had not a single worry leading up to, or the night of the event and it is all thanks to the staff at Webers! We drank the venue out of beer but the bar staff were quick to come up with solutions to keep our guests happy! I will always recommend this vendor for anyone looking for an easy but elegant wedding

d Joshua were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. From the moment we toured to the end of our wedding night there was not a single complaint I could come up with. The ease of Weber's was the exact stress-free wedding we wanted. They truly have it all here. They handle the room block, they offer centerpieces and table numbers and they will set up a select amount of items for you on the day of. We got endless compliments on the food, the staff and the Atrium Ballroom. We even had a small get together on Friday night for guests that was served and bartended by the staff and they "wowed" us that night. Any question that came up along the way they were more than helpful with. They were truly incredible and we would choose Weber's again every time.

e money, it's unbeatable. We overall had a wonderful experience with Weber's. See below for pros and cons. Pros: -You start off working with Tina in the sales department who is extremely responsive via email. She was able to add several rooms on to our block as we had more out of town guests that wanted to stay there than anticipated. -As you get closer to the wedding you transition to working with Amber. Amber accommodated us having to come back for a second food tasting when we weren't satisfied with the available chicken options. -For the reception itself they will set up the card box, guest box, table numbers, and favors for you. They were also able to set up a simple centerpiece for us (it was only one piece so not super involved). -They didn't have the bridal suite available Friday night, but they were able to have it ready at 11:30AM so I was able to check in to the new room before I even had to leave for the church! -The bar package is the best I've ever seen at a wedding. The bartender was great as well - multiple people raved about him. -People really liked the cake and the pastry tray that we had for desserts. -We had a lot of no shows so the staff packaged up the leftover meals for us to take home the following morning. -We got a 10% discount on adult meals because we got married on a holiday weekend (Mother's Day weekend). Cons: -The entrees were a little slow to come out (we did plated meals). However, Joshua (day of point of contact) was very apologetic regarding the timing. -My husband's prime rib came out well done. However, we were able to send it back and get a new "bloody" prime rib without any issues.

t what happened to us, and to BE CAREFUL. First the good, Weber's has great food and a beautiful venue space. The sales staff was friendly and usually responsive, and accommodated our specific requests. The weekend of the wedding, things got worse, specifically the non-existent communication between the sales staff, kitchen, and reception staff. Here are just a few examples: The rehearsal dinner food was 45 minutes late and the bartender wasn't trained. The cocktail hour originally had 2 bartenders for 120 guests. The second disappeared 30 minutes into the evening, and the bride's drink wasn't pre-made, so the bartender had to serve 100+ people while chopping strawberries simultaneously all night. The cake came out 45 minutes late and was put on the guest book table instead of the food table, so the guest book was missing for over an hour. They never refilled the cake table, so we had over 3/4 of the $800 cake leftover. We reserved and paid $750 for the patio & balcony outside of the ballroom, but there was no signage, and random people were out there for the first 2 hours of our reception. The room staff kept coming to the bride & groom to ask us things and had no idea who the pre-planned point of contact was, even though the sales staff specifically asked us to designate one. But, the MOST IMPORTANT WARNING I will give: they threw away $1200 worth of flowers, decorations, and supplies. They stole an entire package of 40 AA batteries, our light fixture, and our glue gun. The sales staff told us that we would be able to pick everything up in the office the next business day (Monday). The room staff was not told this, so all of the flowers got thrown out, and the staff was free to "take whatever they wanted." All we got were a couple of signs and table numbers back, and several pounds of (unwanted) cake. They ended up refunding us for the things they threw away, but only after going to the office and calling several times to figure out what happened in the days following the wedding. Our day turned out great, but only because of our awesome wedding party who argued/did damage control with the staff the entire time. They are a great venue, but don't trust them to follow through on all of their promises.

r anything beyond a room block. My wedding happened during the "Stage 4" restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time every other vendor was more than happy to work with us and the changing limitations. Weber's events/sales group made a half-hearted effort at best. We were hosting a brunch the day after at the venue and due to restrictions had to change plans to purchasing our guests breakfast in the restaurant. However, it seems no one communicated this change with any staff in the restaurant; they had no idea and struggled to accomplish charging the meals to us. The hostess at the restaurant was exceptionally rude to several of my guest; and I can't help noting that it was my family members who are African-American who received this treatment.

We stayed at the hotel two days to follow and indulged in their infamous brunch and room service. The hotel is extremely clean and recently renovated. Whether to host an event or to have brunch/lunch/dinner with a loved one, you have to check this place out. We also had our wedding cake (gluten free) made by Weber's and it was the BEST I have ever had. Thank you so much Amber, Tina, our staff, and Weber's! We love you.

She gave advice but was also respectable about our ideas for the day. Weber's went above and beyond with their service the day of - so attentive and helpful. Having everything at one site was amazing and check in was a breeze. The bridal suite was stunningly appointed. It was perfect to get ready in for our group (4 bridesmaids, bride, mothers of bride/groom) but FYI it may be tight if you have a bigger party. The amount of items the staff set up for us as well as the center pieces that were included were AMAZING and so helpful. The food was simply amazing and the best. We had so many people come up and say it was the best food and service - even one of my great uncle's said it was the best prime rib he's ever had in his entire life. Weber's was responsive and just on it - very top notch from the start of cocktail hour until the very end. Our cake was from Weber's and blew our minds it was so good. Mary Beth the baker was amazing to work with to design our dream cake. Our bartender Jesse was phenomenal and kept the drinks flowing all night! Our only hiccup in the entire planning process was that the hotel group code rate that was printed on our invites was no longer working due to a website update which caused some significant confusion with our guests. Weber's handled it well and ended up honoring our rate for our guests up until the day of the wedding which I think just tells you about their attention to customer service - they keep working to make you happy! We would choose to have our wedding at Weber's again in a heartbeat and hope some of our friends do so that we can go back!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this establishment ... they were on every detail throughout the entire day ... they were attentive to every need and what a professional team ! You will not be disappointed with every aspect of their services .. Tina set the stage and Amber made it happen !! Great job everyone and I can not thank you enough for the most memorable night we all had .... Food was 5* cake was the best ever, bar staff was working the crowd and make this PERFECT !!! p notch, as we knew it would be. We met with Amber, who coordinated things for us and arranged for a tasting, as well as bringing in Weber’s baker to take our cake order. I’ve always had fantastic food at the restaurant, but wasn’t sure how an off site banquet would go. No need to worry-it was just as delicious. They coordinated with our venue, got everything set up, carved prime rib, cleared tables and wrapped all the left overs for us to take home. Many thanks to Amber, Shawn, Eric and Sage for making our dinner a wonderful part of our wedding day.

rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and lodging. It is much "cooler" than your average hotel too- we (and many of our guests!) loved how "boutique-y" and trendy it feels. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure my family and guests were taken care of. The food was excellent too! There were a few minor things that did not go as planned (ex: lack of communication about room check-in times for wedding party, or items not being set out that we had planned to be there), but in the grand scheme of things, it is very small. Overall, we had the best day ever and are happy with our choice for Weber's.

r were both wonderful to work with. We worked with Tina when we first booked the wedding and then worked with Amber to plan all the food and little details. Both were prompt with responding to emails and phone calls, and both were extremely accommodating. We wound up not using their traditional wedding packages and customized our own, and they were nothing but flexible with us. Weber’s gave us complimentary rooms for the bride and groom the night before and the night of, the courtesy block was for 30 rooms, they did a great job setting up the event rooms, and the food and drinks was great. The ONLY thing we weren’t pleased with was the cake cutting service. We had 3 flavors of cake, and knowing our families, we ordered a bit extra so that people could try multiple flavors. They didn’t cut our 3rd flavor, we received it boxed up whole at the end of the night. What they did cut, they only set out ~20 slices on a small table and were not good at refilling it. So many people didn’t take cake because they thought we were running out. I just wish we had known this process because we could have had the DJ announce that there was still plenty of cake. But this was the only thing that went wrong all night. Overall, we absolutely recommend Weber’s. They made our wedding so so nice! It was so convenient to have everything in one place, and it is such a lovely venue with excellent staff.

Each event was beautiful and there were zero issues or hiccups. For the reception, Weber's had an upgrade option available to cover the pool with a dancefloor- dinner was in the Atrium ballroom. All I can say is WOW- the room was incredible. I felt like I was on a movie set all night. The dancefloor was huge- perfect for our group. Our guests were able to mix and mingle in different pockets around the dancefloor with ease, still feeling like a part of the party. Our guests stayed in the rooms surrounding the pool, allowing some to sit on balcony’s and take it all in from a greater vantage point. The event flow was incredible- very easy to move around and see everyone and lots of different areas to gather. And the Atrium itself could not be prettier. Easily the nicest ballroom we found in our search for venues. Pretty, modern lighting, nice chairs, neutral carpet. The food was delicious- we had prime rib and Tuscan chicken as our options, with a portabella mushroom as the veggie option. Our guests raved about the food, many stating that they were going to return in the near future for dinner. Amber, the wedding coordinator was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The cake was delicious- we ate it post reception in our room with the champagne they provided in the bridal suite on the side- my mother in law asked to have the cake boxed for us and sent to our room, knowing we’d be busy during cake time to enjoy. So nice! An incredible way to end the night. Weber’s staff took care of most of the room set up, which was extremely helpful. They followed our detailed instructions exactly. The rooms were beautiful- very comfortable beds and I stayed in a lovely suite the night before and day of the wedding. It was a perfect set up to get ready with my bridesmaids. They came through to clean the room and set it to make us feel extra special for the night of the wedding, complete with rose petals, champagne, truffles and chocolate covered strawberries. The brunch the next day was great. The staff agreed to set out the flowers from the previous night which made it extra special, and was so nice to use the flowers more than once. The food at brunch was wonderful. All in all- I wholeheartedly recommend Weber’s as a wedding venue, especially if you’re in the position to upgrade to the dancefloor over the pool. It was truly something special. But even without the upgrade, Weber’s made us feel so special and taken care of at every step. You’re in good hands with this local and family owned venue.

Our guests enjoyed the amazing live music on Friday night after our rehearsal, then again post-wedding on Saturday followed by a great brunch in the restaurant on Sunday. The grand ballroom looked stunning - completely transformed for a wedding compared with what we had seen setup for company meetings. It was an elegant, cozy atmosphere even with our large crowd. Amber was great to work without throughout the process, helping with our special requests, dietary needs, and our absolutely amazing scotch bar that was our must have. Everything worked out so well and our guests have all been saying it was a wonderful party, not just a reception, and I credit Weber's for providing us with such a great atmosphere for the celebration.

to our last follow up post-wedding with Amber and every communication in between, my wife and I could not have been happier with our experience with the entire Weber's team. Leaving our initial consultation with Tina, we knew that we wanted to go with Weber's but we didn't have to make that decision at that moment; we had a complimentary 2 week hold where we were encouraged to look at other venues and complete thorough research on all our options (nothing came close to Weber's though). We worked closely with Amber throughout the rest of our planning and every communication with her reaffirmed our decision to have our wedding here. We happily went with their in-house baker, Mary-Beth, for our wedding cake (which was stunningly beautiful and exactly what we were looking for) and again we were blown away with how in-tune the staff was with one another and how well they all represented Weber's mission. The Atrium Ballroom and patio was the perfect space for our wedding guests, allowing for an intimate affair without feeling like you were on top of one another. Throughout the evening, unbeknownst to us (the bride and groom), staff would check in with our designated wedding party point person to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything they could do. Every staff member at Weber's takes great pride in their work, and going with them for your event needs is the best decision you can make!

onderful. We had our morning Indian ceremony in the Atrium Ballroom and an afternoon luncheon in the Grand Ballroom. To begin with, Tina is awesome and we loved working with her from the beginning. We were having a unique wedding at Weber's (Hindu ceremony and Indian luncheon) and they promised they could make it happen for us. While we did meet several bumps in the road with Weber's that we had to discuss with them, the day turned out beautiful. After you book through Tina, you end up planning the wedding with Amber who was good to work with as well. Since our day was unique compared to most weddings they do, they definitely both had to work hard to make the day right for us and we appreciated that. The head chef worked with us throughout the year to make the Indian dishes for the luncheon. He had never made Indian food and therefore we had about 3 tastings before we thought it was fit to be served. Ultimately, our guests really enjoyed the Indian luncheon! My husband and I as well as our guests stayed at Weber's Inn and that's probably where our biggest complaint was. Since we had so many out of town and out of country guests, many stayed for multiple days. There were some bumps in the road making reservations and some confusion upon check in (when my husband and I were checked in late one evening, they actually checked us into the wrong room first). I'd say the biggest flaw with Weber's is there front desk isn't 100% on top of things and aren't as friendly as I would expect. I would have liked this aspect to be a bit better for our guests. Ultimately, we were happy with the wedding planning process and the actual day turned out beautiful.

My husband and I also stayed at Weber's on our wedding night. Tina even helped to arrange a room for my parents. The rooms are modern, spacious and super comfortable. Our suite also served as the bridal suite that morning for hair/makeup and it was the perfect space to fit 10+ people. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Weber's Inn to any couple planning a wedding!

We even had a bit of cake leftover because there was more cake slices than guests- but it was all gone by the end of the night because everyone wanted seconds! The bartenders were very helpful, and Bill especially was great. They always made sure we (the bride and groom) had drinks when we were empty-handed, and were extremely professional and friendly with all our guests. I have nothing but the highest praise for Weber's for helping us create the perfect night. Book them as soon as you can!!

She worked through all of the details and continued to answer questions and make adjustments. NaKita at the front desk did a great job with a room mix-up. Cathy scheduled a great Sunday brunch in the Habitat Lounge. Every step of our weekend went smoothly and Weber's did a great job with some last minute requests. It is the perfect venue for out of town guests and a great place to host all of the events on your wedding weekend. The cocktail party they throw in the Habitat Lounge in between the ceremony and reception kept our guests engaged and having fun. We also had rave reviews on the dinner that was served. Our guests favorite part was the Cheesecake Bar!!! Thank you again Weber's. We'll be back again soon for dinner!!!
