The location, parking situation, pricing, food, package inclusions, and customer service is second to none. Cait was our coordinator and we are grateful for her. We had a vision for a “Mobster Themed Party, and she did not disappoint. We navigated seating, colors, lighting and a corresponding menu with Cait. The final product was a huge success. Many out of town guests stayed the night at the hotel. We will refer and use this venue location again in the future!

d dependable. Give this woman a raise! She helped keep us organized and promptly answered any questions leading up to the event, and guided us through things the day of. She was so attentive and kind, like when I spilled my drink on myself as soon as I sat down for dinner and she immediately went and got me a replacement. She even left us a heartfelt handwritten note in a gift bag in the hotel room. It was really nice having a wedding where most things were provided by the venue (linens, candles, an aisle runner, etc.). It was like 102 degrees the day of our wedding and the Sierra Ballroom's A/C was great - stayed nice and cool. We chose the bigger ballroom instead of the cute Grand Pavilion because it had more room and were glad we did. We had 130 people and it felt nicely filled up, but not crowded. We were able to pay a little extra to have our wedding go until 11pm which was nice. We didn't love the food at the tasting but Jackie assured us it would be better for the wedding, and it was! The food was good and a lot of people said they liked it a lot. Super convenient having a wedding at a hotel where everyone can stay there. And you can hit up Sutter St. after too!

SAID. This is the most beautiful venue and wonderful energy filled place we toured. Not to mention Jackie is just the most amazing person as well. Through all our ups and downs and even a possibility of pulling it together at the last minute Jackie was absolutely an amazing support system. One thing I've gathered from all of this wedding planning is it is important that you can trust the person you're essentially planning this wedding with and Jackie would've given me the most beautiful day I just know it. The scenery is beautiful, the spaces are so great, but do not discount how important it is to have a coordinator as confident and good vibing as Jackie. Again I know it's an odd review considering I didn't get to have my wedding here, but really this place was so great I almost feel like eloping since we couldn't pull this place off.

and her team were simply fantastic from the very first day. They were very well organized, responded quickly and helped to keep the entire process moving smoothly. This was especially helpful considering we only had 3 months to pull off the wedding. There was even a little mishap with the floral arrangement during the wedding and Jackie went out of her way to handle things herself. Just amazing service and dedication! s very OCD about timing, decorating, vendors, and our food. She and her team so were on top of it all, so much so that she helped me sneak in a surprise Flower Man and we were 10-30 minutes ahead of schedule up until the reception. If you are looking for a small-ish, intimate wedding with close friends and family this is the venue. All of my guests said my wedding was perfect and I couldn't have done it without Jackie and the staff! Thank you for making it perfect!

stic day of coordinator! Our day went so smoothly because of them, and everything was gorgeous!

ey were extremely flexible with us and the value was excellent for what we got(though disclaimer: we did get a 50% off of the reception cost deal when we initially booked). The only downside was the food, as we didn't get to do any tastings(COVID prevented both of our scheduled times, meaning we had to cancel) so we had to kinda guess what would be good. My husband couldn't eat, as he is allergic to dairy, but they did let us bring in food for him and use their fridge. I also want to mention they were fantastic and attentive during the day as well. Ashley was there for the first half getting everything ready, then she made sure to introduce me to her replacement for the rest of the day. I believe his name was Iris? But I'm not positive. He was an absolute sweetheart and fantastic. I remember finally getting to eat, the sun was right on my husband and I as we sat at our sweetheart table. and before we even had time to think about it, Iris was over asking if we'd like to move to the gazebo in the shade. So awesome. I also want to mention: The location is lovely. There is a trail right along the lake for pictures before the ceremony and the venue itself, whichever side you use is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to be able to use both sides, as no one else had anything planned that day(Tuesday weddings do have their bonuses!). It was great because we were able to have extra distance available for our guests.

ing to get our wedding cancelled . Although we didn't have as many people as originally planned it worked out well cost wise and we still had around 62 people (not a bad #). The service was amazing. Danny the hotel manager made my sisters and i drinks while we decorated the room the night before (we had a daytime wedding) . He gave me a shot of cognac before i walked down the aisle to calm my nerves! Ashley was so helpful along the way. She would answer all my questions up to the event in an appropriate time. Unfortunately we did not get to try the food before the wedding due to COVID but all the guests said it was very good. I had the time of my life at my wedding. The day went so smooth thanks to the staff. The bartender was great and friendly. For all that was included i think the price was very fair as well. much cheaper than other places i found with all these hidden fees. I cant thank Lake Natoma inn enough for all their hard work. Especially during a pandemic. They made the day feel as normal as possible considering the circumstances.

t. Located in charming, historic Folsom with the lake and Rainbow bridge nearby made for great photos. The venue itself is very nice with great ballroom choices. #3 our guests from out of town were very impressed with the accommodations here. #4 the food was amazing, seriously, I can’t stress enough how important this is. This place feels like a hidden gem and we are so happy we found it.

We had our event in the ballroom and it was absolutely perfect. Any concerns I had, Ashley was right there to accommodate and make our vision come to fruition. wedding reception a beautiful and memorable celebration for us and our guests. Ashley is every couple's dream venue coordinator. She is thoughtful, super-responsive, detail-oriented, and a geninuely sweet person. From the beginning of our planning journey, she helped set the framework as we had no idea how to even begin planning a wedding reception. As additional questions came up, and new wrinkles appeared for us to iron out with all of the other vendors, Ashley addressed every one and masterfully worked with our vendors and DJ to make sure everything was in place. We had fresh flowers delivered ahead of time, and she ensured they were taken care of and kept in a cool location. And when we totally forgot things like our table numbers on the big day, she bailed us out! Our guests complimented our dinner choices, and the service was spectacular! We spent the night there in a lovely room, and our out-of-town guests also got a great rate. There was another reception going on at the same time in a different part of the hotel, but we couldn't even tell. In summary, we're relieved, grateful, and very happy we went with Lake Natoma Inn; a wonderful experience we'll always cherish.

we were beginning to get a little discouraged. Ashley picked up the phone the first time I called and was flexible with meeting me the same day I had called. To top it off, she was incredibly friendly as well as patient with all of my questions. She even encourage us to attend their food tasting the next weekend even though it was meant for booked couples only. We attended the food tasting and were impressed with the food, the service and the ambiance of the Gazebo and the Pavilion. We reserved our date and started planning our wedding! Ashley kept in touch leading up to the big day and was always full of ideas and insight. We met a few weeks prior to the wedding to create a first draft of the timeline for that day. Her knowledge and breakdown of the day brought things to our attention that we hadn't thought of and reminded us that there were still little details that needed to be sorted out. She was there for us during the wedding rehearsal AND on our wedding day. She made the entire process so easy-our wedding was perfect! Our Banquet Captain, Christian, was wonderful as well. He was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything. He kept our glasses full and even provided us with a few boxes of food since I didn't have much time to eat (this was a lifesaver!). AND, just as we had experienced at the food tasting, the food on our wedding day was delicious! Nearly two months later and I am still hearing compliments of how impeccable the staff and food was at my wedding. To top it off, we had a lot of out of town guests that had the opportunity of staying overnight at the hotel. My wedding was on a Sunday and many of our friends and family arrived on Saturday. It is the perfect location for out-of-town guests. Plenty to do, within walking distance, for anyone!

We got married at the gazebo site in front of the beautiful fountain with flowers and trees creating the perfect backdrop to say, "I do!" Our reception was in the Pavillion and I can tell you personally that you will fall in love with the draped ceilings and chandeliers! These physical features made our day special, but the truly incredible thing about this venue is its amazing staff! Erin is the director at LNI and she is fantastic! From the moment I met her, and throughout every email and meeting, she made me feel genuinely important and cared for. Every detail throughout the entire process was handled with excellent care, organization, and professionalism! She has this whole wedding thing down to an art and made sure that everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. Our banquet captain, Dave, was just as wonderful! From the moment I met him, he made sure that I was relaxed and taken care of and made it clear that he would do anything to make sure we enjoyed our special day! He and his crew did not disappoint as they managed and ran our reception. They made sure that everything was taken care of -- Dave and his staff made sure we each had whatever we wanted or needed and everything we had planned went perfectly! Additionally, the food was wonderful and our guests loved it! Thank you to Erin, Dave, and the whole staff at LNI for making our special day as incredible as I imagined it would be! I can not say enough good things about Lake Natoma Inn and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

zing (the first coordinator left to start her own business, the second had two other weddings that night, so a third took over for her). We also had a "captain" that was with us throughout the whole reception. She was phenomenal! She made sure that we always had champagne in our glass and was there to make sure everything was going smoothly. She helped to set up and to pack up after the wedding. With my family helping with the packing up, I didn't have to worry about anything. They also quickly got us carts to get everything up to our rooms. We stayed in the suites the night before and the night of and it was perfect!

We had many guests coming from out of town, so it was wonderful to have a central location for everyone to stay (and such a great location in Old Folsom!) and with such easy access to the ceremony and reception! We had our wedding outside and it was so beautiful and romantic! They had flowers planted over and above the flowers we purchased from the florist, and it was so green and spring-feeling. Our reception was right next door, and EVERYONE commented on how good the food was! Ashley was our wedding coordinator and she was very helpful and accommodating. Dave was the head server during the reception and we could not have been taken care of any better! When we got back to our room, the staff had put together food for us (complete with utensils to eat with!) so we could enjoy a meal before going to bed. The venue was great for both the ceremony and reception, but the value is even better! I looked at other venues in the area, but Lake Natoma Inn provided a fantastic wedding experience at a very reasonable price which allowed us to invite more guests. I'm not sure there is a thing I would change about how our wedding went. Thank you to Lake Natoma Inn staff, especially Ashley and Dave!

n what we were looking for (outdoor garden ceremony site, indoor banquet room, and guest accommodations at the same location or close by), LNI was the clear winner for both quality and value. What we didn't expect was that the staff were also OUTSTANDING, leading to a stress-free wedding planning experience and perfect wedding day! Erin was our wedding coordinator, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout all the wedding planning. She was also terrific on the wedding day itself: friendly, calm, knowledgeable, flexible, and making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a number of special requests (dietary restrictions, timing, etc.), and the LNI staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Given how many weddings we know they do, we were impressed with the great care that they take for each and every couple! We had our ceremony on the Patio (their beautiful garden, with greenery and flowers everywhere), and it was breathtaking. At first, the little paranoid part of me worried that we might hear outside noise from the pool (it was a hot day), hotel guests, cars, etc...... but we didn't hear a peep! It ended up being sheltered/secluded enough that we felt like nothing existed apart from our wedding. The banquet food was delicious and an amazing value, and the bar package prices are excellent too. Rooms also had all the amenities and were reasonably priced. The main downside is that they are open to doing multiple weddings in one day, but the spaces are separate enough (and they stagger the timing), so I don't think it would cause any issues. Luckily, we were the only wedding that day (a Sunday), so we didn't even have to worry about it, and the staff was extra flexible with timing, space, etc. We could not have been happier with our LNI experience!

They took care of my guests and made sure everything was out on time, and even a guest that couldn't make it down to the reception, was made a plate to go. Food was great. The wedding site and reception site were all at the hotel. Their outdoor garden is very pretty and well kept. My wedding was in September and the sun was never a problem for our guests. All around, The Lake Natoma Inn was a great venue for our wedding and my husband and I were very pleased with their services.

booking vendors to setting up the ceremony she was there. When she was out of town a member of her staff got back to us. Erin is wonderful. Our ceremony was outside in the gazebo site...it was beautiful, 160 people no problem. They let us decorate however we wanted, even their fence and lamp posts. Reception was in the pavillion. Decorated beautifully and LNI provides all linens and table center mirrors, votives and more. The banquet manager Diane is superb. She is more than any bride could ever ask for. Only down side is the hotel is on the smaller side. only 104 rooms, they give you a great wedding rate, but for a large wedding you need to book rooms early.
