This was such an amazing experience! The coordinators, DJ, food, and pictures were all amazing. This was truthfully the best night ever.

Misty her husband are absolutely amazing. They did a wonderful job decorating the venue in the ways we wanted, and ensured the day ran smoothly! Also, during the planning meeting, Misty was amazing about figuring out what we wanted even when we weren't sure ourselves! Everything she worked on turned out absolutely beautifully!

Words do not begin to describe the experience we had at The Sterling Castle. Misty and her crew made all of our wedding dreams come true and even more! The venue was beautiful, her crew members/ vendors were so patient and accommodating, the food was delicious, the cake/ desserts were phenomenal, and lastly the fireworks were amazing! If it weren't for Misty's dedication, there is no way we would have had this perfect experience. Her eye for detail is what makes every couple feel heard and special. There is nothing I would change about my wedding day and I am forever grateful to The Sterling Castle for giving me memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I don't regret going with this venue one little bit. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. They were professional and quick to answer all of our questions. At one point, I told Misty that I was a little stressed and she immediately asked what she could do to help. The venue was also beautifully decorated. It was exactly what we wanted. My bridesmaids also loved how sweet and welcoming everyone was. We had so much fun getting married here.

This venue is the reason we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. My husband and I are third year medical students and have absolutely no time. There is NO way I would have been able to have a wedding even close to what I've dreamed about if I had not chosen this venue. The owners were extremely responsive and understanding, and worked with us throughout the process. So, not only were we able to have a wedding, but Misty and Brennon went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding absolutely gorgeous and truly better than what I had always hoped for. We were two men getting married in Alabama and from our first conversation with Misty and Victor we knew we had found the perfect place for our wedding. The warmth and professionalism and pure joy in planning and execution that this family and creative team brought to our wedding was spectacular. Getting married with our guests seated in a circle? Not a problem. Morning wedding with brunch reception? Sounded like fun. Out of the ordinary ceremony? Fully embraced. Last minute pivots to the timeline? Easy like it was always planned that way. It felt like we were at our friends' beautiful home rather than a venue we reserved. And what a beautiful home and grounds! I got my covered outdoor ceremony and my husband got his elegant reception. The space is beautiful and the love is present.

This place made the whole wedding experience an amazing ride. The team on site brought together the wedding of my dreams and was able to perfectly capture what I tried to explain with pictures and words in a way that was better than anything I had hoped for. I never had to stress about flowers or cakes or catering they took care of everything and allowed me to be as involved or uninvolved as I wanted to be! 11/10 would recommend!!

We just had our wedding at the Sterling Castle. I have to say our whole day was amazing. We asked for an Alice in Wonderland theme and were blown away with the details put into the ceremony and reception. We even had some issues with the wedding dress, and they went out of their way to get things fixed up. There is so much to plan for and so much that can go wrong, I really don't know how we could have accomplished the wedding we wanted without all the wonderful people at the Sterling Castle.

Amazing venue! You couldn’t ask for better! Misty and her team only had a little over a month to plan and prepare for our wedding and everything from the flowers, to the food, to the decor was perfect! The day of the wedding was stress free and with Misty acting as a true “Fairy Godmother” she ensured everything flowed seamlessly. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience or wedding!

Searching for venues We stumbled on Sterling Castle. Instantly this princess fell in love. Never thought I would be able to pull off a fairytale wedding. We looked at tons of venues that weekend. Sterling Castle was our first one. It set an extremely high standard no other place could even dream of competing with! We feel like most brides do. We have this once in a lifetime love. We can’t wait to share our story with friends and family. Meeting the Binkerd family sealed the deal. They have a true passion for love, romance and weddings. Touring the venue they showed us how much love and thought was put into each and every aspect of their place. I’m such an intentional person and everything they did was for the intent to display a love story. Then they repeated that with my family. They had a huge variety of options on the food, ceremony places. It was also going to rain on our day and the last minute we were able to move to our original spot. Tons of adorable picture options. If I had a wish they did everything in their power to grant it happily. The day of the wedding was no different. They even took time to show my family around to show them the hidden gems of this place. Made them feel very special. Every detail exceed my expectations. As if the venue itself wasn’t a wow factor. Misty design for all the flowers and decorations was beyond belief. She has a unique gift. We left there feeling like family. Comparing to the other venues we looked at we were happy to feel the love and romance from Sterling. Someone to join us in our day. Not just provide a space for us. It will forever be a special place in our hearts. We are already trying to find a reason to celebrate at the Castle!

The Sterling Castle is NO less than the fairytale it appears. The initial conversation with Brennan was easy, breezy and after a preview and meeting with Misty, there were NO doubts that this would be our venue and we would be very well taken care of. I cannot rave enough about this family and their full commitment for events. Misty, Victor, Brennan and Kelsi are ALL amazing and are devoted to providing a one-of-a-kind experience like no other. They are kind, helpful and very professional in their works. We chose the Sterling Package and every aspect of our wedding dreams were precisely brought to life. We had our wedding here on November 13th. It was the easiest and most fun day of my life. Misty and everyone else worked amazingly together to do everything for us. Communication was great. The whole atmosphere is extremely welcoming. Our day was perfect. We had what was considered an elopement with a few guests. We got the exact same experience as anyone else would have with a larger/longer lasting wedding. Misty went above and beyond my expectations for absolutely everything. I was blown away by how well everything was conducted. They really make sure you have exactly what you want. There is nothing bad I could ever say about this place. I am going to recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

We just had a wedding at the Sterling Castle on October 20th. The entire experience was MAGICAL from beginning to end. I felt like I was in a fairytale and Misty was truly my fairy godmother! We had the most precious elopement ceremony at The Sterling Castle! Misty and family took my vision of a sweet lakeside ceremony, and made it a reality. They took care of all the details, and I was able to relax and just enjoy the day. Everything was beautiful, from the venue to the decorations and flowers, and our cake was delicious. Quite frankly, my husband and I cannot rave about Misty, Victor, Brennan, and their home enough! As many of you know, wedding planning is a stressful process. You get engaged & poof - your money is out of your pocket quicker than you realize. Being a budget savvy Bride, their elopement package was perfect but I was afraid with the restricted time frame, we weren’t going to get too much. Also, I had worries that it would look “budget friendly.” You know what they say, you get what you pay for. Gladly this was not true with them! We fell in love with their home as soon as we got there. Victor was very upfront on what we were paying for and there were no hidden fees; they offer a payment plan (which I can’t thank them enough for- it allowed us to budget for it!), I made a Pinterest board; and basically showed up. When I tell you it was like my Pinterest board hopped off the page and became real! Misty and her team made the day feel so much like a fairy tale. Our hearts were so full with the entire day. Honestly, everything was perfect!!! I have already referred them to my newly engaged friend and literally cannot put in words how appreciative we are for them!

We had a fabulously special day at The Sterling Castle! Our wedding day was truly one that we will never forget! All of our guests just raved about how impressive and gorgeous the venue was and how wonderful our wedding was! Many said that it was truly magical! “This is best wedding I’ve ever been to” was a phrase I heard often from our family and friends. We had several unique requests for our ceremony and reception; and Misty, Victor, and Brennan were excited to make them happen for us! And they did just that! The decorations, the flowers, the food, the cake...just everything was wonderful! The only thing that we wish is that it could have lasted longer!

Words cannot express how magical the The Sterling Castle is! My husband and I were married on 9/1/19, and we cannot get over how amazing it was...and neither can our guests. We had such a wonderful experience having our wedding at the Sterling Castle. It was a big Indian wedding with a traditional Hindu ceremony. Even though Misty and Victor had never had an Indian wedding at their venue before, they were up for the challenge and did an exceptional job! We fell in the love with the venue at first sight as it is so picturesque and romantic. Misty and Victor were wonderful to work with, they really paid attention to every detail and listened to all of our ideas. They truly went above and beyond our expectations and we are so incredibly grateful. Misty is a magician with flowers and made the ceremony space and reception hall a tropical paradise. Our guests loved the experience and felt it was even better than a destination wedding! I seriously do not know how to thank the Binkards enough for my wedding day. That was the most wonderful beautiful wedding I could have ever imagined. I chose The Sterling Castle for our wedding for so many reasons. First and foremost, the landscape and beautiful castle/home took my breath away upon my first visit; and I just knew I had found my dream location for a small elopement. Dreading the planning of my bouquet, flowers, officiant, reception, etc., the all inclusive package sealed the deal! There are so many beautiful locations to capture every special moment. The best wedding I have ever seen, attended or been a part of. My son was the groom. Misty and her whole family was so easy to work with. They met every need wonderfully. Everything was so organized. The venue was so clean. They provided such great food and drinks for the bridal party (while they dressed and fellowshipped on the day of the wedding). Misty did the flower arrangements which were absolutely stunning. She is gifted. She used the biggest, most beautiful roses I have ever seen. The reception hall was decorated beyond luxiourous. It transported us into a "LAND OF LOVE". The food tasted like everything was made from scratch. So delicious. Music and lighting was beautiful. They thought of everything. The staff, headed by Misty were professional, helpful, lite-hearted, but oh so caring. They made us feel assured, confident and like we were "family". I would recommend this venue whole heartedly.

Misty puts so much thought into everything she does. The flower arrangement she made were beautiful as well as all the decorations. My husband and I could not have asked for a better venue, venue owners or wedding experience. The Sterling Castle was more than we ever imagined and more. We were so impressed by our initial contact that we did not schedule an on site tour; however, for planning logistics, a live virtual tour was provided. Every discussed detail was executed fully, and there were some extra surprises also. Upon arrival, the magic truly unfolded for a fairy tale wedding experience. The entire Binkerd family met us with smiles, assisted those with physical impairments, carried our things inside, had steamers and other things on hand just in case, and just helped in every way. Their love for one another and the love they have for others shine brightly. They are an inspirational couple, whom we now call friends. In spite of our busy schedules, we keep in touch and look forward to reconnecting with them in the near future. It was truly a blessing to have crossed paths with The Sterling Castle Staff!!! Where should I start! Sterling Castle's entire staff is simply amazing. From day one, the son explained his parent's love story, how and why they built the castle and when they decided to share their home with engaged couples such as I! I will always remember our 1st conversation because after that 1st call, I only had to call one other time! Everything we discussed then came to fruition; My wedding day was perfect! The venue was lovely, food and cake excellent and the atmosphere far exceeded my expectations. I can say my husband and I got our money worth and some! I NEED TO SAY AGAIN, the venue was amazing! Also, Misty coordinated the wedding really well, my family stated she had a kind spirit. Victor made sure the fog and fireworks were eye catching and heartfelt. Lastly, their son Brennan was a Great DJ. I can go on and on about how wonderful my freestyle wedding turn out thanks to the help of Sterling Castle dreammakers.

This was such a beautiful venue! We chose to have our ceremony in a spot that no one had before on the property and they went above and beyond to get it ready in time! My husband and I looked at this venue and instantly fell in love. We stopped searching for a wedding venue and immediately booked! There are so many options for creating your wedding day. They really worked with us on our budget and made us feel like we were still getting a million dollar dream wedding. For 10 months, from day one to the day of, everyone at the Sterling Castle kept in contact with us to make sure our wedding day was everything we wanted. Every single detail was taken care of, and any questions we had always got an answer. I can’t thank them enough for being so responsive, caring, and reassuring that we would have our dream day. It was truly beautiful and more than I even expected. Misty is incredible with decor and details! Brennan and Victor were also amazing. Brennan handled all our music. I picked out all the songs for our ceremony and first dances, and they all flowed flawlessly. During our first dance, we got a surprise by gorgeous little bubbles falling all around us from a bubble machine Brennan had up above us on the balcony. It was the perfect last minute detail that really made our first dance extra special and beautiful! I can’t speak highly enough about the Sterling Castle and everyone there. It was an absolute dream and if I had to do it all again, there’s not one thing I’d want to happen differently! It was truly a fairytale!

I truely do not know where to begin! “Wedding planner” does not seem to convey the role accurately Misty has at The Sterling Castle! She goes beyond and above to make this extravagant wedding event seem effortless! We live out of town and Misty was on top of everything, a true blessing leading up to the day of rehearsal. My daughter’s wedding party, 7 bridesmaids, 1 junior bridesmaid, a flower girl and 7 groomsmen. Approx 150 guest. We arrive the day of rehearsal and were actually met with the Castle crew opening our doors and immediately began unloading the cars and carrying things to the proper place. Rehearsal went without a hitch! The entire wedding party was relaxed and comfortable learning their part in the wedding, due to how well it was planned and executed by Misty, Brennan, Victor, Kelsi and many more that I do not know their names behind the scene. We arrived the next morning and the entire day, makeup, hair, brunch, photography was a wonderful experience. We were treated like royalty and at the same time felt like we were a part of the family that lived on this magical estate! We got the same reaction from our guest, memories we will all cherish for a lifetime! Every moment was breathtaking. They truly made our wedding day a complete fairytale, from floral design at the ceremony to the smallest detail of the reception!
