We planned our September 2025 wedding in under three months, so finding a venue that handled the key logistics, like catering and setup, was a priority. The White Mountains are meaningful to us, so having a place with a beautiful backdrop was equally important. The White Mountain Hotel checked every box, and I’m so grateful we were able to have our wedding there. Kerri was wonderful to work with and made the planning process easy and stress free. Our tasting was generous, and the Chef even came out to talk through menu options and offer customizations if there was anything specific we wanted. Everything went smoothly on the wedding day, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The outdoor grounds provided a beautiful ceremony spot with mountain views, and the ballroom was perfect for our dinner and dancing reception with 55 guests. We’re still hearing compliments about the food and the overall experience. Considering everything that was included, the venue was very affordable and offered great value. Finally, the proximity to Cathedral Ledge was a huge bonus. We were able to slip away during cocktail hour for photos, and they are absolutely stunning. Thank you to Kerri and the amazing team at WMH for working with our short timeline and helping us create a wedding day that exceeded our expectations!

We got married at the White Mountain Hotel this past September, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! The venue is absolutely gorgeous — the mountain views are breathtaking, and it made for such a magical backdrop for our photos and ceremony. Everything about the day went so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Kerri, the wedding coordinator! She was amazing to work with — super responsive, organized, and genuinely kind. Her communication was top-notch, and she made the planning process so easy and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about her couples and wants everything to be perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff were. If you’re thinking about getting married here, do it! The White Mountain Hotel and Kerri made our day unforgettable.

The White Mountain Hotel & Resort is now booking for 2026 and beyond. It would be our honor to host your dream wedding. We accommodate weddings during the months of January through July and then again with limited availability in August, September and October, November and December. We do not host weddings during the last two weeks of September and the first two weeks of October. The Echo Ballroom and Ledges Restaurant are also available to book your dream wedding for up to 100 guests. Tent Weddings are available for 2026 and beyond on the North Lawn for up to 200 guests, with spectacular mountain views! the prompt informative communication from Sandy (on site wedding coordinator) to the superb culinary skills of the chef for both our rehearsal and wedding dinner to the onsite maintenance crew who kept the hot tub hot and the outside campfire rolling... we thank you!!! Oh and the views aren’t too bad either

We knew the moment we saw the White Mountain Hotel it was it. We looked at 6 or 7 more venues in the area and kept coming back to this one. We were amazed by the views and the cozy...

casual feel of the hotel. Sandy and Carol were incredible, great attention to detail, organized and available. I can't think of anything that went wrong on our wedding day! I wish I could give this venue 6 stars. Can't wait to come back on our anniversary.

ots of flowers. We had our ceremony in front of the gazebo, and the landscaping meant that we did not have to spend extra on floral ceremony decorations. We thought that they were very reasonably priced and the food was extremely good; several of our guests told us they were impressed with the quality of the surf & turf. It was like having a meal at a restaurant - the scallops were perfectly cooked! It was really important to me that I have my wedding a full service venue, i.e. one where I would not set-up or take-down or otherwise have to worry about things. The hotel coordinator and staff were completely amazing with respect to running the wedding smoothly and taking care of details that would not have even occurred to me. When we arrived at the hotel on Friday, we gave our boxes with our ceremony items, place cards, and table votives to the coordinator. Then, we did nothing else except get ourselves ready. They set up the ceremony with our special items and then the staff returned these items to our room. We had 1 vase of ceremony flowers, and then this vase appeared on the cake table. The mason jar for my bouquet appeared on our sweetheart table. They provided an easel for our guest book and it was draped in a white cloth. Furthermore, the coordinator that I had been working with left about 2 weeks before my wedding, so coordination was taken over by Carol. They clearly kept good records because the transition was completely seamless. Basically, my parents and my husband and I were super impressed with how easy it was for us, and how much the hotel simply just took care of things. Add that to the amazing food and good location, and it really is a fantastic place to have a wedding.

ll of that at The White Mountain Hotel and Resort. All of the people at the hotel helped us and were excited for us through out the whole process (which was a year worth of planning). On the day of the wedding (10/3/15) everything went off with out a hitch thanks to all of there help, planning, and coordination with the other vendors. The views were breath taking and the food was to die for. I kept having guest tell me how amazing the food was. It was so much fun working with the staff to pick out our wedding meal. My Husband and I are already thinking of a vow renewal there in a few years because we had so much fun! You will absolutely want to have your wedding there. We looked at a number of venues in the area and this just won us over with the people that worked there and how amazing they were.

om provided a large picture window with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The food was exceptional and we consider ourselves food snobs. The staff was very professional and friendly. They tailored the day to our needs from beginning to end. We would love to return for an anniversary celebration!

anmore, Kearsarge, and even Mount Washington in the distance. The outside venue by the gazebo was beautiful with flowers everywhere, and Whitehorse Ledge rising up right next to the ceremony site. The dining room is also gorgeous, with panoramic views of the mountains; many guests said they had the best meal they ever had at a wedding. The ballroom where we had the dancing was the perfect size, and also had beautiful views from the large windows by the dance floor. The best thing about this venue is the on-site coordinator, who's services come with the wedding booking. He made everything run so smoothly, helped me do everything I wanted to make my wedding unique, and provided everything else so I wouldn't have to worry about things like setting up the decorations or receiving or packaging the rental chair covers. It was an incredible day, and many people said it was the best wedding they had been to.

eryone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The facility itself was very nice. The food, though, was probably the best part! What gourmet meals we were served! All of our guests were impressed as well and every single person left the hotel happy as could be.
