DJ Jon was absolutely amazing! My husband and me knew right away that we wanted to hire him after meeting him. We gave him a specific list/genre of music to play at the wedding which only some people danced to. Jon took it upon himself to try something a little different which got EVERYONE on that dance floor... the entire night! we have had so many guests tell us that they haven't danced that much in so long! We HIGHLY recommend dj Jon for your event. You will not regret it, I promise!!

We used JAJ Music Entertainment to DJ our wedding this past October and DJ Jon Galvez exceeded all our expectations. He was a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. He even took time to meet with us in person prior and at convenience to go over all the details (Name pronunciations, etc) to ensure the night would go flawlessly, and it did.

I was in need to find a DJ in a short period of time. DJ Jon reached out to me and I was very happy from the initial conversation. He was very honest and knew exactly what he was doing both as a DJ and as a help for me when planning all the special moments. The build up to the wedding, he touched base with both me and my husband and on the day of the wedding he killed it! My guest and family where extremely impressed and thought that he knew how to aim the music towards the crowd. He was very accommodating and an excellent communicator before and during the wedding. My guests where all about the music requests, and although this could be stressful for some, he was kind with my guests and was able to play any songs that were requested. Overall, we were very happy and will recommend to anyone looking for a DJ! Thank you again Jon :)

We found DJ Jon of JAG Music and Entertainment using Thumbtack after we named a certain price. He contacted us quickly and worked patiently with us during the ten months it took us to plan our wedding. Jon was kind enough to meet me before the trifecta snow storm here in the Boston area back in February. He was on time, pleasant and humble. We hired him shortly after and continued to keep in touch via email. Jon sent us up with an online form where we could request "must play" songs as well as other categories, including names of the wedding party, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, etc. He met with us two weeks before our wedding again face to face to go over final details. Turns out we had missed a few key songs (cake cutting song - who knew this was a thing?!?) and patiently suggested ideas. Jon showed up WELL before our 11am wedding - I think 9.30am - and coordinated his arrival with our venue and wedding planner. He was dressed formally, made all announcements clear (including a very last minute "Get all these family members together NOW" request from my MOH sister...) and was friendly. The price was super reasonable for a five hour ceremony and reception and we very much enjoyed having him there. Thanks for a great five hours, Jon! We just wish it didn't go by so fast :)

DJ Jon was wonderful. He did both our ceremony and reception. He found exactly the songs we asked for (we were very specific) and the ceremony went flawlessly. Our reception had the option for karaoke, which was a huge hit. The night finished on an impossibly high note that kept our guests wanting more and sorry to see it end. All of our guests had great things to say about him.

DJ Jon was the perfect DJ for our wedding! My husband and I were nervous about a DJ being corny, but this was not the case at all. He was easy going, accommodating, and kept the party going all night. He MC'ed perfectly, wasn't cheesy, and transitions were so smooth. We definitely have an eclectic taste in music, but he played everything we wanted and added tunes that fit perfectly with our style. There was not an empty seat in the house, we all danced all night and we literally could not have asked for a better DJ! On top of that he was so affordable and I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Hire DJ Jon and you will not be disappointed. Thanks for helping make our wedding the most perfect night ever!!! :)

Jon was the DJ for my wedding on 8/22/15 and I honestly could not have imagined a better DJ for the day! He played a variety of music during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He had all of our guests on the dance floor for the entire night. So many people came up to my husband and I to tell us that our wedding was the funnest wedding they had ever been to, and we owe that all to Jon! Jon met with us in the weeks leading up to the wedding to go over details and we were able to request songs we wanted him to play through his website. The whole process was so stress free and enjoyable. I would honestly recommend Jon's services to anyone, he is the best!

Choosing the correct DJ is KEY! Jon was amazing! He was easy to make appointments with, and was always on time. If my husband and I were coming up with blanks for song ideas he would always have some input. We had a few songs that we were not dead set on for different parts of the wedding and still had those blanks on the day of. Jon would check in quickly and run some ideas by us as the night went on without ever being pushy or noticeably checking in with us. He was very discreet when he approached us during the reception and he kept the party going. He played to what kept people on the dance floor, and it was usually pretty full. Our wedding was on the smaller side under 100 people, but it felt like a "rager" on the dance floor thanks to Jon being in tune with what everyone wanted to hear. We can't thank him enough! It was a blast.

Jon was a pleasure to work with! He was always quick to respond to emails and the online site he gave us to add music to before the wedding was a big help! Everyone was on the dance floor at our wedding and Jon kept the party going! I would highly recommend his services! Great price, great service, great DJ!

People still to this day ask us who our DJ was after 4 years. He played the best music and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! John is very reasonably priced and is very accommodating to your needs. We continue to use him for all of our functions and would highly recommend him for any event!

I used Jon at my Wedding and I can't say enough great things about him, his talent and his professionalism. He met with us for over an hour before the Wedding to go over the details and when we ran into an issue with the organ at the church the night before the Wedding, he was very flexible and came to the church for us as well! We've used Jon for several event including our wedding... He does exactly what you ask and isn't one of those DJs that has to talk between songs. He is very accommodating and fairly priced. We love Jon!
