She is organized, warm, communicative, and always three steps ahead. Her calm, friendly presence took so much stress off our shoulders, and we felt completely supported the entire time. The staff at Linden Hall—from the event team to the hotel to the restaurant—were equally wonderful. Every person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in the level of care they put into every detail. The food for the wedding was outstanding. Our guests were raving about the dinner all night (and even days after). Everything was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and served with impeccable timing. Many guests said it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had. One of the biggest advantages of choosing Linden Hall was the on-site lodging and restaurant. Having accommodations right on the property made the experience incredibly convenient for us and our guests. The hotel staff was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and accommodating—which made the entire weekend feel like a relaxed getaway rather than a hectic event. Guests loved being able to arrive, settle in, explore the grounds, and enjoy a full wedding weekend without worrying about travel logistics. Throughout the night (and for weeks after), we heard from countless guests that our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. So many mentioned the beauty of the venue, the amazing food, the staff, and just how smooth everything felt. Linden Hall creates an atmosphere that is both historic and warm, elegant but welcoming—exactly the feeling we wanted. I truly cannot recommend Linden Hall enough. We had many out-of-town guests stay on-site, and they absolutely loved the pool, golf course, and the convenience of having everything in one place. Being able to set up our décor in the tent ahead of time made the actual wedding day feel relaxed and stress-free. We had an amazing rehearsal dinner at Linden Hall and even hosted a welcome event in the rec room after. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful, and the cocktail hour inside the mansion was absolutely stunning — our guests are still raving about it! Our tented reception was magical. We also had an after-party at the bar and plenty of snacks which were a huge hit. Having the entire weekend take place at one location made the experience so seamless and enjoyable for everyone. What truly sets Linden Hall apart, though, is the incredible staff. Rachel Swink was there for us every step of the way, answering every question and helping with every detail. The hotel, restaurant, and event staff made us feel so welcome — like family. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. We were blessed to not only have our wedding here, but also have our guests stay onsite and to be able to continue the celebrations at the bar/lounge for an after party with late night snacks offered by the venue. But, those are not the only highlights that made for the perfect wedding venue. Rachel, the wedding coordinator, was amazing! If I’m being completely honest, she is one of the sole reasons we chose Linden Hall as our wedding venue. She was warm, kind, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful, and overall a joy to be around and work with. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was magical. She was always a phone call or email away to help and guide us on what was right for our big day. Linden Hall is a beautiful wedding venue for any couple that is looking to have characteristics that are rare and breathtaking for not only you to enjoy, but your guests. Looking back at our wedding planning journey and choosing Linden Hall, I wouldn’t change a single thing. I loved the venue down to every detail and I loved Rachel who made the whole process easy and stress free. Talking to my guests throughout the day and after our big day, I have never heard a wedding get so many compliments on the food, service, and venue itself. My guests were absolutely shocked at how great the food was that was served and how amazing the mansion was. That tickled me as a bride dreams of hearing such wonderful things about her big day. She’s very knowledgeable of the mansion itself and the logistics of running a smooth wedding. She will calm any nerves you have! The venue itself is gorgeous and is all inclusive to help ease your planning, as well. It gives a small mini getaway for you and your guests since everything is on site! The very first time we came to Linden Hall and met with Rachel we immediately felt like we were in good hands. Rachel’s enthusiasm and dedication to the mansion and its history is palpable. Her dedication to the couples choosing Linden Hall was extremely evident throughout our entire experience. She was so kind throughout the entire year of planning and always did everything she could to make our vintage, old-world wedding dreams come to life. Any request or question we had was always answered promptly and without issue. My husband and I felt supported by Rachel through every email, phone call, or in-person exchange. We have nothing but great things to say about Rachel!!! She is the best!!! The staff were also exceptional every time we were on site. Everyone was very friendly and any time we needed assistance they helped with a smile on their face. Many of our wedding guests commented on how kind the staff were throughout the wedding weekend. The venue is to die for! The mansion is the most beautiful place and the staff take such great care of the grounds. The history and beauty of the house paired with the exceptional staff is a match made in heaven for any bride. g short of perfect.  From the moment we first walked into the mansion for a tour, we knew that it was going to be the location for our wedding. Fast forward a year later, and the day was everything we imagined and more. The weather was beautiful and we were able to have our ceremony in the courtyard; the courtyard looked dreamy with the with the fountain and freshly manicured landscaping (we got an extra bonus with all the fall foliage)! We had our reception in the mansion and can’t express how gorgeous it was. The mansion has so much natural character both inside and out that minimal decoration is needed. In a weird way, the mansion feels like an entity that is a part of your wedding and not just a venue… it is an attraction for all to enjoy the history and elegance while also celebrating your big day.   The food served at the reception (sirloin, stuffed shrimp and chicken) was all very good, and we received positive feedback from our guests on both the dinner selections and the cocktail hour food. We also had had our rehearsal dinner on site and went with the Italian buffet; it was delicious too! The breakfast buffet (that is included with all hotel stays) was also very tasty. The wait staff and bartenders were also very attentive and so kind; you truly feel as if every single employee is interested in making sure you have the best weekend possible. Special shout out to Dawn and Becca, who we especially loved! Last, but not least… to have Rachel as an on-site coordinator from day one made all the difference. We had lots of questions for her during the planning process and she always provided timely and thoughtful responses while being direct and addressing any concern or question that we had. Everything that she promised was followed through on and it was very evident that she truly cared about us as people. She took the time to get to know us and worked to make sure that she understood our vision for the day. She is also so incredibly organized and makes sure your day runs smoothly. We had the most stress free wedding day ever and were able to totally enjoy every second of it, and that is thanks to Rachel and the way that she handled all of the logistics. Rachel worked directly with our vendors as needed (DJ Dickie with second to none productions, stone & field photography, Perry Floral, Katie’s cookie jar) to make sure that the day ran smoothly. We cannot say enough good things about Rachel (or our other vendors - we LOVED them all and are so thankful to them for making our day perfect!). It’s the week after our wedding and we’ve heard everything from “enchanting” to “the most beautiful wedding” to “the wedding of all weddings” and we can’t stop smiling or reliving the entire weekend. A few of our guests provided gift cards to return on our anniversary next year, and we cannot wait!

We had our ceremony outdoors and reception inside the mansion, and it was beyond perfect! The mansion and grounds are so beautiful on their own that you only need the bare minimum of decorations. All of our guests kept telling us that this was the most beautiful venue they’ve ever been to and they were not kidding!! It’s absolutely stunning and even our photographers were freaking out over all the beautiful backdrops for pictures! Not to mention that the food was also delicious, you really can’t go wrong with any of the menu options they offer. They were also incredible with accommodating any allergies/food intolerances! I 10000% would recommend Linden Hall to anyone looking for the most stunning and unique wedding venue for their special day! One of the biggest factors for us selecting the venue was our confidence that we would be provided with support to make the planning process enjoyable. We were not disappointed! Rachel (our main point of contact for our wedding) was the ultimate excitement and hype source to help us through the planning process. She provided a wonderful balance between ensuring the day reflected our vision and offering her expertise when we needed guidance. Everyone in our family that reached out to support various parts of the day consistently shared how much they enjoyed their interactions as well. Rachel personally did so much to help us that day from bringing the wedding party drinks directly following the ceremony, facilitating giving our envelopes to our vendors, and even grabbing last minute items from me the day of the wedding to help make the day run smoothly. Along with Rachel, the entire staff was so friendly, kind, and professional in their approach to supporting our day. Each interaction truly communicated true investment in our experience in such a warm way. We decided to have our rehearsal dinner on site. It ended up being such a wonderful way to enjoy great food and have such a great evening with our guests staying at the hotel. We had access to a great space to transition from the rehearsal dinner to evening activities (we brought board games, s’more supplies for their fire pit, and Pittsburgh Popcorn). Every experience we decided to add onto the wedding (rehearsal and post-reception snacks) along with seeing our guests at the hotel-provided breakfast really added wonderful chances to connect with everyone the whole weekend. We decided to have our reception in the mansion and our ceremony in the garden gazebo. Each of the spaces were so beautiful and we received so many compliments from our guests. Our guests greatly enjoyed the cookie room and the porch that overlooked the property from the top of the hill. Linden Hall provided my husband and I with a venue that had the aesthetic and beauty we wanted and the weekend opportunity to connect with family and friends. We both truly hope that anyone hoping for a similar experience will consider Linden Hall in their venue search!
