Everyone was so happy with how their hair and make up turned out. My bridal party was texting me for the following days after the wedding about how much they liked their hair and make up on the wedding day. They looked BEAUTIFUL. Keri did an amazing job on my hair and make up. She was able to make my vision of looking like a vintage bride come true. I have never felt so beautiful. tough booking vendors during COVID wedding planning, but luckily she had my date available! Keri and her staff were such a joy to work with. The morning of the wedding is so hectic no matter how much you plan it out, but they were all so much fun and kept a relaxed atmosphere while doing our hair and makeup. I did two trials with Keri before the big day and honestly didn't even need the second one because she nailed the look I wanted on the first trial! I went for pre-wedding facials leading up to the big day and she was so sweet at all of my appointments giving me advice and calming my pre-wedding anxiety. She and her team made all of us look and feel so gorgeous! I had been in two of my friends weddings prior to mine and experienced different hair and makeup teams. I can confidently say that ProRadiance Artistry is THE BEST in the business. I promise you will not find anyone better so seriously do not even waste your time looking at other vendors...hire Keri and her team now!

I was specifically complimented on my makeup multiple times that day- and oh my gosh, it held up in 85 degree heat until late night when I had to take it off!!! Not to mention the day of I was extremely nervous and she had such a calm about her that I knew I did not have to worry about a thing. I don’t know what I would have done without her!

believe this is the same person. I booked her in March 2021, for the wedding, so it was months in advance. Here is the whole story, for full context. I am from NYC, so I had to travel to RI for the trial. I originally scheduled the trial for August, however I had to go to LA for work so I wrote to Keri in July (a month before the trial) to reschedule. Keri gave me so much attitude! I had to keep following up to rebook it. Then I finally had a rebooking in September. Welp, the my train was delayed from NYC so I wrote to Keri asking if we could push the trial an hour. I apologized profusely (it was totally out of my hands) She said no, but she rescheduled hair on Friday and Make Up on Saturday. I knew I was messing up the schedule, so I totally understood and stayed in RI for two nights in a hotel. First of all-- Krista, the hair stylist was SO GREAT. She was super patient with me, tried a bunch of different things and everything she did was magical!! I was so happy with the hair. Highly recommend Krista, she's the exact energy you want on your wedding day. Then the make up trial rolled around and it was a total disaster. It was clear Keri did not want to be there. When I did not like the under eye concealer (which was very cakey) she screamed at me that there was nothing she could do about it and that was just my face. Then she said my only option was for me to apply my own BB cream. She would not do a liquid foundation, only airbrush with under eye concealer. Ladies, this gives you a very white circle under your eye. She had no interest in making me feel good or making sure I was happy. Then she told me that she didn't think we could work together and she was thinking about canceling and not coming to Vermont. She actually said to me "You think this is all about you!" Well, yes Keri, I do. I'm the client. I left in tears and cried the whole Uber ride to the train station. The after the trial she texted me and said I could cancel and she would give me a partial refund. She was the one suggesting we terminate the services! She was extremely unprofessional and mean. It was very clear to me that she did not want to keep the booking and was trying to force me into cancelling. I get it, it's been a long year for wedding vendors, but that doesn't excuse a complete lack of professionalism. Make sure you meet Keri and make sure you click before giving her a deposit. I did not meet the sweet Keri that the other reviews mention. I am totally confused, and all I can think is that after a long year, Keri really did not want to make the trip to Vermont.

I was even able to add a girl who I had not originally accounted for, and of course, Keri was incredible understanding and adjusted the timeline. Keri and Courtney (Courtney did everyone's hair) came to the house where all the girls were getting ready. They were kind and funny, chatting with my bridesmaids and family. So easy to have in the house. Keri was able to individually work with each woman, to really listen to them about what they wanted for makeup. Courtney was similar for hair, and able to adapt the style to the way you wanted. I also did a trial, and it was a lot of fun! If you're on the fence, definitely do one! Thanks again, Pro Radiance.

I met Keri at my friend's wedding when I was a bridesmaid and I was impressed, at the time I didn't know less than a year later I would be engaged and giving her a call. When I look back at my wedding pictures I look like myself, just on the best day ever. She was very flexible with us, we ended up changing our wedding date due to Coronavirus, and instead of having a full bridal party we ended up with just a myself, a maid of honor, my mother and mother in law. I will never look as beautiful as I did on my wedding day thanks to Keri and Pro Radiance Artistry.

Keri and team got me and 9 bridesmaids/family members in just over 3 hours - I was so happy to have that extra time that morning. Overall prices are somewhat higher than some other salons you may find, but when it comes to weddings you get what you pay for, and Keri was worth every penny. I also loved the included spray tan! I also saw Keri prior to my wedding for facials and she is lovely! Highly recommend.

Marissa even saved the day by coloring my hair from blonde to brunette the day before my wedding after a really bad dye job from another stylist! My mom and bridesmaids were equally as in love with Keri and Marissa and how flawless they made them look. Both Keri and Marissa really listen to you and are able to create the individual style you are looking for. It was such a blessing to have found these two incredible women and could not be happier with the way my hair and makeup looked on my wedding day.

l that I had to have Keri and Nicole for my wedding! The day of the wedding there were 5 of us getting ready and the systems Keri and Nicole had in place was flawless! We were done with enough time at the end to take a couple of pictures before the ceremony! My make up was perfect! People are still raving about how amazing it all looked! Keri did a great job of making me feel pretty but also like myself which was very important to me! Nicole worked her magic on my hair even though I changed the style from the trial. I danced and jumped around ALL NIGHT and not one piece of hair fell out, which is incredibly hard for someone with fine hair like myself that doesn’t even hold a curl. My maids of honor and both moms’ were also raving about how beautiful they felt after Keri and Nicole were done! My mom said she felt and looked better than she did on her own wedding day! I think price should be dependent on the services you get - an updo that takes 20 minutes should not cost the same as one that takes longer. The makeup on all my girls, including my mother, was beautiful and everyone still looked like themselves, just enhanced a bit. Marissa did an awesome job with hair too! Both Keri and Marissa were relaxed and fun during prep and it helped make the morning less stressful!
