I had driven almost an hour to get to this shop so even though I knew that was my dress, I said I wanted to try on every possible dress to make sure I was making the right decision. She was completely honest with me regarding if a dress was good for my frame and style all while showing respect and tact. It was obvious she wasn't trying to coax me into buying something more expensive (THE dress was not the most expensive and was within my budget), and she was patient with me as I tried THE dress on 3 other times. They worked with me on a payment plan and I was able to make payments over the phone. I found the dress in February and as it wasn't a "buy off the rack" situation I was told my dress would be ready to be picked up in July. I was called at the end of May because it had already arrived... and that was in the middle of COVID! I cannot say enough good about The Bridal Shoppe. It was absolutely worth the drive!

I fell in love with the second dress I tried on and she made the buying process SO easy! She would text me with updates on my dress and was there for every visit we made afterwards: for bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride and groom dresses. These ladies are so brilliant that I’ve already taken my dear friend shopping for her bridal gown here - she found one at that visit and it’s on its way here now! s at all. It was more of a day for the moms than anything else. They let us peruse the dresses, explaining how everything was organized, and how to read the tags for pricing and sizes. They let my bridal party go wild pulling dresses for me while the assigned assistant escorted me around asking what I was really looking for. She was extremely friendly and put me at ease within seconds of closing the curtain. She explained that my comfort was the most important aspect that day and if I didn't like a dress for any reason, even while she was pulling it up for me, to let me know and she'd get me in something else ASAP. We ended up finding a dress that fit my body almost perfectly, the pricing was PERFECT, and it made me stop and stare at myself for longer than I ever had. She was almost more excited than I was and let me stay in the dress a little while longer. They even provided a list of seamstresses they recommend in the area as I did need to get it hemmed. The entire experienced began as full of anxiety and longing for it to be over, and because of the staff quickly changed into something fun and exciting.

So we went back to where we started and I had Emily help me for the second time and within just a few dresses I had found my one. Worth the drive from St. Louis county. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous my dress was and I didn't have to pay a fortune for it which made it even better. We also got the bridesmaid dresses from here and my girls had no problem sorting through that process. The Shoppe also sent me "Mr." and "Mrs." koozies prior to the wedding which we used for the whole wedding day. 10/10 would recommend!

that the size I normally wear which is about a 2 would probably mean I’m around a 6 in wedding dress size. Of course every dress designer is different. Once I tried them on I totally agree. The 6 was a teeny tiny amount to big but the 4 would’ve been too tight! So I picked out about 10 dresses and she picked out a few for me and the two that I narrowed down to were ones she picked out and the first dress I tried on was the dress I got. The ladies are friendly, down to earth, and will work with you. Andrea made sure I was comfortable and helped me greatly! My first bridal shoppe experience and happily the only one I have to go to!! ❤️

was so great we also got my junior bridesmaids dresses from here as well. They helped me find exactly what I wanted for them and then were flexible with them coming in to get measured. We also used them for the suits. I loved their options and they helped make sure even out littlest junior groomsmen looked sharp that day. Everyone there is very friendly and were always ready to help with any questions!

he Bridal Shoppe. She thought she seen a very similar dress on their facebook page... so what do I do... stalk their facebook page and find some very beautiful dresses. So I call to make up a appointment and find out that they do a private appointment where you pay a small amount and they provide wine and snacks and it is only you and your girls in the salon. Of course I did it... I booked a private appointment for me and my girls to go dress shopping. During the appointment my consultant was very patient while she put me in 22 different dresses.... 22! then she asked me... then there on the bottom of the pile … THERE WAS THE DRESS! when I called and made the appointment I told the shop over the phone about my horrible experience and falling in love with a dress... they remembered the dress! I bought my dress, veil and picked out my bridesmaids dresses that day. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in March and come time for them to get them sized one of my girls dresses was WAY too big... everywhere we took it to be altered said they couldn't do it... they could change the dress dramatically but it would cost more than the dress did... so I took it down to the shop and spoke with the girls working... they sized my bridesmaid... one of the girls working was very similar is size.. .she tried the dress on... they agreed that its wasn't ordered incorrectly that particular dress design was just made differently … but now we are 30 days out from my wedding and we will at least have to get it hemmed... The Bridal Shoppe made it happen! they ordered a smaller dress and rushed it so we would have it in time at no additional cost to me or my bridesmaid.... I will forever recommend them to every future bride I know!

my dream dress! I ended up purchasing a dress “off the rack” for $500! Since it was so reasonable, I was able to spend money on alterations to make a already beautiful gown into a custom dream dress. I had so many compliments on my dress, and I seriously could not love it more. The Bridal Shoppe was wonderful all the way around. The staff is so sweet and not pushy at all. I really felt like they genuinely wanted me to find what was best for me whether or not they “made a sale.” Taylor even sent me a handwritten note in the mail after my visit! Highly recommend this bridal salon!

bsolutely loved my dress! We got our bridesmaid dresses and suits from here as well and they looked amazing! Khrista also fixed our tie situation immediately. If I needed anything, I knew I could contact her and she would respond immediately. Such an awesome place to work with! I highly recommend them for your dress and suit needs!

l, and the shop seemed inconvenienced that they messed up and put me down for the wrong time and I had asked them to change it back, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ended up finding my dress there and I ordered a belt to go with it. I was not told it would take THREE months to get this belt. When I went to pick up my dress for alterations, I was finally told it would be three months and noone had an answer for me as to why I wasn't told this. I ended up using the Tina Fisher Alteration's which the Bridal Shoppe strongly encouraged me to use as it's the mother of one of their consultants. This lady was downright awful as she told me the alterations would be one price and then came back $100 more and even went off on me. The alterations lady even said the Bridal Shoppe was saying bad things about me (I'm guessing because I made a deal about noone telling me the belt took three months to get). When I brought up all of my issues to Amy - the manager/owner, she told me that this was just my side of the story and that it was lies that this lady said anyone in her shop could talk bad about me. She continued to argue with me and finally issued me a refund on my belt which I no longer wanted, because I found one for half price online. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND HORRIBLE RECOMMENDATIONS! I would strongly not recommend them!

t would be a good place to start looking. I ended up loving the 2nd dress I tried on and bought that day. The set up was a little strange. They let everybody go around and pick dresses you think you'd like but it's impossible to see them in the bags. The employee brought out 3 dresses were exactly what I was looking for and were great. They did bring out dresses that were above my stated budget but told me right away so I could just avoid even looking at those dresses. I took one star away because they only had the dress I wanted in blush and could not show what it would look like in ivory and this made the decision very difficult. They did end up finding one online which helped but it would have been nice to be able to see the real thing to make my decision.

shops. My only complaint is that they originally ordered the wrong dress in their system but caught the mistake right away. When I went to pick up my dress, they tried to charge me more than I thought I still owed on the dress. After insisting that the amount was less, we discovered that they still had the old dress in the system which was more expensive. They fixed their error and were professional.

I knew the dress was meant to be when it almost fit me PERFECTLY (size/length/bust/everything!) I live about 30 minutes from this store but I had heard so many good things about it so I had to check it out and now I see why they are highly talked about. The price was reasonable & the staff was friendly. Thank you!

ad no concern with finding a dress that I loved! Not to mention... They told me my budget was, "too low," for the kind of dress I wanted! When I got to the Bridal Shoppe... They found a ton of dresses that were in my budget, and were just what I was looking for. They were friendly, and never once made me feel like they just wanted my money. I tried on one dress, and fell head over heels in love with it! It did end up being a little over my budget, but they have the option to pay 30% down, then $30 towards it each month until it's paid off. That worked out perfect for me! They also work with, "The Alteration Shoppe," down the street from them. So, I was able to have my dress altered for a major discount. I'm sorry to say, but I forgot the lady who helped me look for my dress. Though I will say, from the times I went in there to pay on my dress, everyone I met was friendly, and very easy going. Very pleased with The Bridal Shoppe, and I still haven't seen another dress I love as much as mine! Thanks for all the help, girls!

most 2 and half hours with me and my family trying on dresses! I was stuck in between two dresses and she was very patient with me. The service I received here was great! I wold recommend them.

Plus we got great discounts on other needed items, such as bridesmaid dresses, guys attire, & the bus. The guys attire was not as great of an experience. In the end everything was fitting and looked amazing on wedding day but every single person had the wrong size ordered. When the measurements were being taken they kept telling this girl they have never worn sizes like 2xl or size 38 pants, yet she insisted she knew what she was doing. Surprise, surprise when they came in they were swimming in their clothes. They did fix the mistake and rushed ordered the correct sizes, but I think they could have saved everyone the rush order and extra trip if this girl would have just listened.

our questions, but after that, eveything went down hill. They never called to let us know that the bridesmaid dresses we're in, they ordered dresses 10x too big so alterations we're very difficult. On the guy side, I told them the lost of everyone of the groomsmen and ushers, so with so many people the grooms should have been free, but they made him pay a deposit because they only had 4 people down as renting (we had a total of 8). When the guys went to pick up their tuxes, they still made him pay and then overcharged the junior groomsman. They had all of their measurements wrong, I asked not to have "slim" pants, and they ordered slim pants, so they didn't fit the groomsmen. On the day of our wedding, the buttons on the jackets fell off BEFORE the ceremony! Causing alot of issues at the church. When I went in to talk with the shop about the complaints, the owner was VERY condescending and rude and did not take responsibility for anything and basically said all the problems were due to my bridal party. (This is the new owner by the way). I would not recommend going there for anything.

ey had and said if we bought the bridesmaid dresses there I would save 180 on my dress. I thought no brainer sure. Well the next time I came in the staff was not attentive at all, and very rude to all my girls pressuring them into choosing to buy right that day. Even after some of the girls stated they couldn't afford the dress that day. After the poor service and rudeness of the staff we ultimately decided not to buy the dresses there. Fast forward a few weeks ago I went in to payoff my dress they said my balance was 189 which is what I was expecting. I paid it off then decided to order my veil too which was another 188, I put half down. I came in today to pick up my veil and pay the other half and they said I owed 270 because I didn't do the VIP program. I told them I was in a few weeks ago and told them I was paying it off and no mention of it then. They offered no apologies, nor any assistance and insisted to pick up my veil I had to pay them 270. Now because they royally screwed me over I will not be able to have hair and makeup done. This was the most awful experience ever when it should have been fun and exciting. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

They didn't have a ton of others girls scheduled at the same time as me like the other shops so they gave me plenty of attention and were very helpful and didn't push any dresses on me that weren't in my own taste (and I'm very picky). Overall, they were amazing and I highly recommend that everyone who wants a maggie dress shops there. (ps, clarice's was the most pricey of the places I went for the same dress style numbers)

I had shopped at other stores and felt ignored at times but I was never left alone for any long periods of time. I was also happy that she was willing to stay in my lower price range.
