was perfect! It’s perfectly tucked into the woods and has a beautiful lake front with soft sand. The lake houses were right on site, so our guests were able to spend the whole weekend with us. Plus, the whole resort was ours for the weekend, so we knew it would stay private for our wedding festivities! Marissa and the Lake Shore wedding team made our weekend super seamless. They were on top of every aspect, so as the bride, I didn’t have to lift a finger! Their coordination and planning skills made our experience much more stress free! We even faced an unexpected emergency, and Marissa handled it like a professional to ensure our day would go on smoothly from there. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator! We’d recommend Lake Shore for any couple that loves nature/forests/fishing/lake living! Not only does this venue fit the perfect relaxing fairytale wedding atmosphere, but Marissa and her team will ensure you have the most amazing experience! hey were so incredibly kind and helpful. Marissa came in as wedding coordinator in March about 5 months before our wedding and she very easily calmed any worries we had! She was so wonderful to work with and helped with everything we needed. When the weekend of our wedding came all of the event staff were extremely helpful, kind and brought our vision to a reality perfectly. Everything went off without a hitch, it was the best day we could’ve possibly asked for and a weekend to remember. Everyone loved being able to stay on property for the weekend, especially our out of town guests! Every single cabin is fantastic, whether it be the views or the amenities, we had no negativity from any guest. We could not recommend Lake Shore Village Resort enough for a wedding, you will not be disappointed!

She is one of a kind and makes the LSVR experience as amazing as it is. The grounds are breathtaking, the lake houses are homey, and the people are down to earth. Having our wedding weekend at LSVR was a dream come true. Everyone left the weekend wanting to book a future stay, which tells you all you need to know. We couldn't recommend LSVR more highly!!

I was a little disappointed because I was told that someone tends to the bonfire and anything we need on the beach on both nights, but she was very difficult to find, and we had to keep asking for her location. The actual wedding day seemed chaotic, and I assume they were short staffed because one of the assistants I knew was supposed to be there was not. I did leave her a tip with the coordinator before I realized this, and it was never offered back to me-though to be fair I never asked. No one was checking in on me throughout cocktail hour, no drinks or food was served to me or my family while we were taking pictures as we were promised. I had to advocate for everything I needed that day when I was told it would be all taken care of. It definitely was not budget friendly which I knew when I chose this venue but assumed that was because it came with so much- but now I am not sure what I really got with the hefty venue fee. Overall, it was a good experience, I am just disappointed with the support and organization as a whole. The coordinator seems very overwhelmed as she is quite busy, and I wish she had more help because if she did everything would have been perfect.

Throughout the whole planning process, she was super responsive, organized and upbeat. She took care of EVERYTHING throughout the weekend- our enjoyment was her priority! She quickly fixed a ripped bustle just before our reception, drove us around the resort after our first look, made some last minute seating adjustments and made sure we always had food and drink! Michael (the owner) and his family were also amazing- the love they pour into the resort is so apparent and they make a delicious pancake breakfast! We are so thankful that our wedding weekend was spent building memories with our families (over bonfires and paddle boat rides!) and nothing felt rushed. If you’re considering LSVR for your wedding, do it, you will not be disappointed!

All of our friends and family told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Starting your welcome party on Friday night gives you so much more time to spend with your favorite people, and there are so many great things to do from kayaking to beach fires, to having the best dance party. Susan was the most helpful wedding coordinator. She's professional, communicative, and so detail oriented. She takes care of every single detail, making your special day feel easy and flawless. Susan is so sweet, helpful, kind and easy to work with. She has a special way of making each and every one of your wedding guests feel welcome and accommodated. We had the most fun/magical wedding weekend, and all I can say is make sure you get an amazing photographer because you're going to want to remember every detail.

Susan was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and helpful in every way. In the middle of our engagement, the pandemic hit. Of course this was new for everyone to maneuver... but we were so glad we had wanted this fully outdoor venue as it saved our wedding. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was the safest place I can imagine getting married. People had small shared cabins and kept to their people as you'd expect anywhere else. It was all fantastic. I can go on forever, but you should just see for yourself during a tour there... if this is the type of venue you want.

We spent our time in front of bonfires, grilling and chilling with our closest family and friends, and fishing off the beautiful docks with the most beautiful view. The owner let us rent the pontoon boat for the week and it made the stay even more magical. There were many different activities for every one and all ages to enjoy all weekend, including our bonfire and pizza party in the smaller, beautiful tent on Friday night, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, etc. The grounds were maintained beautifully and so were the AMAZING CABINS. It was so cool to see the actual owner and his family out on the beach Friday and Saturday morning cleaning up the beach and making the grounds look perfect. The convenience of everything being right at the venue, including our guests, was INCREDIBLE. We want to go back every year. I have so many amazing things to say that it is impossible to sum it up in a paragraph. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is worth every penny.

If we booked the same exact wedding (all the vendors, all the decor, all the guests, etc) at a different venue, I can 100% assure you that it would not have been even close to half the wedding that it was. Everyone at LSVR pours their heart and soul into each wedding. When you book your wedding at Lake Shore Village Resort, you are not only booking your venue, you're booking a truly once in a life time experience for yourself and your wedding guests.

we couldn’t have pulled off such an epic wedding weekend without the LSVR crew. Their hospitality and help over our two year engagement went above and beyond our expectations. We had 120 guests in total, many of which that chose to spend the entire weekend up there with us, so it felt like we had a family reunion and destination wedding in one. Erika, our wedding coordinator was there to answer our millions of questions and at the speed of light and she did everything possible to make sure our day went on without a hitch. She even brought us appetizers during our cocktail hour to make sure we were able to try everything. Every little detail was accounted for and Erika truly took away the stress for us so we could enjoy and take in every moment. LSVR has an expansive list of recommended vendors (many of which we used!) and we loved the flexibility of bringing in a lot of our own stuff, being the DIY-lovers that we are. LSVR was the perfect wedding venue for just that. It felt customized and personal and we still have our guests raving about what an awesome time they had. I would HIGHLY recommend LSVR to any couple, especially those that want to have a truly unforgettable wedding wedding in picturesque New Hampshire. I would not have changed a thing - it was simply perfect!

via e-mail/texts/phone calls and she was always kind and supportive. I met with her for ~1 hour (while I was busy doing 1,000 other things since my groom was down with a stomach bug!!) on Friday afternoon to go over "my vision". And on the day of, everything was exactly what I had imagined! She was honestly able to make my dream wedding a reality. Michael (the owner) was visible throughout the weekend and made sure that everything was running smoothly, we had everything we needed and that all of our guests were behaving. ;) The only downside was that it was pouring the night of the rehearsal dinner. We were supposed to eat outside under the small tent, which was not an option that night so Michael/Erika were super flexible and allowed us to use the wedding tent to host our 100 guests. It was a great solution for all of us to spend the whole night together instead of in our individual cabins. Speaking of the cabins-- they were gorgeous and came complete with AC, full kitchens, grills, linens, etc! My bridesmaids and I got ready in Pineview cabin and the groomsmen got ready in Lakeview (two of the largest cabins at LSVR). My other guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed staying all together and not having to worry about drinking and driving! On Saturday, the rain had cleared and all of my guests were taking full advantage of all that LSVR had to offer-- swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. but still had plenty of time to head up to change before the ceremony. Honestly, it was a picture perfect day. I can't imagine a more beautiful place to get married... on a sandy beach, with waves lapping the shore, in front of your closest family and friends... it was a dream come true! Book at LSVR-- you won't regret it!

d. Erika was great in helping us plan throughout the year and make sure we were on top of everything. Almost every question we asked, she had a quick and easy answer for. They were able to accommodate everything we wanted. Michael, Erika, and team were so helpful over the wedding weekend. My wife and I were able to just enjoy the party and not worry about all the details. Not to mention, it is an absolutely stunning venue that we hope to go back to for vacations!

had our dream wedding at LSVR and couldn't be happier that we found this gem- our guests are still raving about what a magical spot this is! We wanted a wedding that our guests could enjoy for an entire weekend, rather than for just 6 hours. About 125 of our wedding guests stayed on-site for the whole weekend in LSVR's beautiful "cabins" - updated lakefront homes with full kitchens, bathrooms, multiple bedrooms, air conditioning, decks, and grills. Our guests loved that our wedding made them feel like they were on vacation and that they didn't have to leave LSVR's property all weekend. We also loved not having to worry about renting buses to transport people to hotels or have the fear that guests would drive after drinking. On Friday evening we had a large welcome dinner that we opened up to all of our wedding guests. Before dinner time, we were so pleased to see that our guests were already taking full advantage of LSVR's various offerings on the water including paddle boarding, canoeing, and using the motor boats! It was so wonderful to have virtually the entire property to our ourselves all weekend long! Our guests got to enjoy a lovely pancake and sausage breakfast on Saturday morning right by the water that was cooked up by LSVR staff including Michael, the owner. Friends are still telling us how incredible the pancakes were! My bridesmaids and I got ready in Pineview, LSVR's largest and newest home at the top of the hill- it's beautiful, sleeps 12, and has a view of the lake! Our hair and makeup artists were so pleased to have so much natural light and the ability to spread out in the large living room- much nicer than a hotel room/suite! We also took our first look photos on Pineview's gorgeous, wrap around deck. Our wedding ceremony couldn't be beat- we got married on LSVR's private beach under an arbor with the lake right behind us. You can actually hear the waves crashing into the sand in our video! Our cocktail hour was very open- many guests were on the grass outside of the reception tent, some were drinking cocktails on the many docks in front of the grassy area, and others stayed on the beach and played games like corn hole and bocce. It was exactly what we wanted! The reception tent was gorgeous and Erika (LSVR's full-time wedding coordinator) did such a beautiful job setting everything up! We had 164 guests at the wedding and there was plenty of room- it never seemed as though guests were packed in, like we've felt at some other tent weddings. Erika and Michael truly made us feel so special all weekend, and we are so grateful! They are wonderful people to work with and are so, so helpful. I communicated with Erika nearly every day for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier with her. She is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet and was always so helpful - she also answered all of my questions in record time! Of course we're biased, but we've never been to a wedding venue that tops Lake Shore Village Resort. Why would you not want your friends and family all in one place for the whole weekend? It's like summer camp for adults, only way classier! We are extremely jealous of the next couple that gets to celebrate here all weekend long - I wish we could do it over and over again!

She was always available for questions leading up to the wedding, and always responded within 24 hours to either an email or phone call. She truly made the whole planning experience stress free and enjoyable! Throughout the entire weekend she and Michael made themselves always available if needed. They are by far some of the nicest people we have met!! Friday night we had a welcome dinner with a beachside BBQ under a small tent for everyone staying in the cabins. After dinner we closed out the night with a couple a beach bonfires, drinks and music. We all had a blast! People even found themselves floating in the lake! Then the big wedding day! In the morning everyone filtered to the beach and had an awesome time enjoying the gorgeous and clean lake. People were taking turns using the kayaks and stand up paddleboards. We set up water volleyball and bag toss and everyone had such a great time! The bridal party got ready at the Lakeview cabin, which was perfect!! Plenty of space for all to get ready (hairdresser and photographers too) with the large deck we could sit on looking down at everyone having fun at the beach without being seen. The cabin provided a great background for taking some pictures with the bridal party before the ceremony. The ceremony was right on the beach followed by the reception under the large and spacious tent right on the lake. The natural background of the lake was breath taking. The following morning all the guests gathered again for a delicious pancake breakfast on the beach. All of our guests continue to say how amazing the entire property of LSVR is, how extremely nice and unbelievably accommodating Erika and Michael were. It truly exceeded all of our expectations and made our wedding weekend so memorable and more than we could have ever imagined! We can’t wait to go back for a vacation or anniversary celebration!!

. Erika, the venue coordinator was absolutely spectacular. She was so friendly and completely accessible, and responded to my (MANY) emails/calls thoroughly and in no more than 24 hours. She made our weekend completely stress free, and I am unbelievably thankful for that. We had the venue for the entire weekend, and each day was absolutely perfect. We had our rehearsal on the beach and rehearsal dinner in a small tented area off of the beach on Friday night, followed by a bonfire on the beach. Saturday while I (the bride) and my party were in our ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL cabin getting ready, I was able to watch our family and friends playing on the beach, taking kayaks and paddle boards out and around the lake and just genuinely having a good time. Our ceremony was right on the beach, and the reception was underneath the very spacious tented area. Our guests were in awe of the beautiful view, as were we. Sunday following the wedding, there was a delicious pancake breakfast back under the smaller tent. LSVR exceeded our wedding dreams tenfold. It was breathtaking in every aspect and having the venue for the whole weekend meant we could enjoy it even longer! Thank you to everyone at LSVR for helping to make our day absolutely unforgettable and more perfect than we could ever have imagined!

was breathtaking and exactly what we had been looking for but hadn’t yet found. Emily St. Pierre is the wedding coordinator and she did an amazing job! She was extremely organized. She always answered my questions in a timely manner. She made sure that everything was set up exactly how we wanted and was perfect for both the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding! The venue offers a little something for everyone. Whether you like the outdoors, swimming, fishing, kayaking etc. or you prefer to enjoy peace and quiet with a book, it has it all. The cabins are fully equipped and absolutely gorgeous. Each cabin has a view of the lake and a wraparound deck. The venue is extremely easy to work with and allows you to really make your day unique to you! There number one focus is to make sure that your day is perfect, and they made sure of it for us! There isn’t one thing that didn’t go as planned. We had our ceremony on the beach, followed by a tented reception and a bon-fire on the beach after! I wouldn’t change a thing if I could. I would highly suggest using LSVR as your wedding venue.
