We were very happy with Ceasar and Sapphire Entertainment until 2 weeks before our wedding (the most stressful time). After 1 year, we FINALLY got the name of the videographer that... was booked for us. Once I looked up the name, I found that the camera quality and editing could hardly be considered professional. I brought this up to Ceasar, and we spent a week trying to find a solution because my family, friends, and I found this videographer to be unacceptable. The solutions offered made us feel like we were not listened to, and we ended up walking away from the videography without the small refund we kept asking for.
We also paid for a monogram, studio-recorded introductions, slideshow, and DJ services with Sapphire. Despite providing all the requested names, songs, pictures, etc. one month prior to our wedding, we did not get the chance to review the monogram, slideshow, introductions until days before our wedding. The slideshow was actually given to us as we were preparing for our rehearsal dinner, and we didn't even have time to fully review it. At the wedding, The DJ did not have a cordless microphone so our speeches were unfortunately given far from the head table, and the bride/groom nor the crowd could see who was giving the speech. The DJ prematurely opened the floor for dancing as dinner was still being served on that same floor. The slow dances and anniversary dance we requested were not played at all, which was a disappointment to the guests. We did have a good wedding, but we would not recommend Sapphire due to the many troubles we experienced.
