s the best coordinator! She was very efficient at communicating with us, understanding exactly what we wanted and needed for the big day. The food tasting was a wonderful experience with Chef, and all the waitstaff, bartenders, chef's, those who help set up details of the tent with decor and tables, everyone was so great to work with. Stonebridge was super flexible by letting us drop things off the week of the wedding, versus the night before. I really wanted the ceremony facing the mountains versus under the arbor- so they were able to accommodate this for us and it made the ceremony pictures so beautiful. I couldn't have dreamt of a better day and couldn't thank Stonebridge and their employee's more!

It down-poured the entire day and they somehow made the ceremony better than we could have ever imagined, it was perfect. The tent ceremony made for a more intimate time with our guests. The team kept us on schedule as best they could despite our billion family members needing to take photos with us. The food was delicious and came out very quickly, the passed hors d’oeuvres and stationary appetizers were delicious as well. For the amount of people we had (120) the quality of the food was impressive. The Stonebridge team did an amazing job setting up all of our decorations in our vision, on top of that they also took everything down and packed away. At the end of the night we were stress free thanks to the team!

Jason, Cyndee, and Erin were a great team to work with. They made sure everything ran smoothly and took care of our entire wedding party. Cyndee and Erin were attentive and continually checked in prior to the ceremony both with myself and my husband. They were great with gathering everyone for photos and assisting our photographers and DJ with getting around the property. I highly recommend this venue and team to help make your day special!

nted us from hosting things outside (literal sideways rain). During the rehearsal walkthrough we spent time going through rain or shine scenarios so our village could be prepared for the next day. We had a couple of coordinator turnovers leading up to the wedding, but GM Jason stepped in to ensure we were taken care of. They were quick to answer any/all questions we had and worked closely with us to make our vision come to life. We met with them 2 - 3 times the month leading up to the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. They ensured the day-of timeline moved forward as it should, allowing us to make the most of our time at the reception. If you're looking for a wedding or event space - we'd recommend them 10x over.

For starters, we went through 3 different wedding coordinators in under a years time. Weeks before our wedding we were informed that our coordinator was on vacation so the manager and kitchen manager would be running the show. On the day of, the bridal suite balcony was swarmed with bees, and the staff was aware but nothing was done to try to solve the issue. It was a beautiful day and we couldn’t even open the doors without them coming in. Our niece and my bridesmaid got stung at the ceremony and reception. As I was getting ready I counted the ceremony chairs, there were only 80 chairs. They were missing 40 until I spoke up. It also came to my attention later that night that the buffet basically ran out of chicken and steak, leaving the last few tables to be called with barley any protein for their meal. There was one bartender for 119 people. Causing a huge line with a waiting time of about 20-30 mins. The biggest issue we experienced was when my 91 year old grandmother asked for the heat to be turned on and the tent immediately filled up with a propane smell and everyone feared for their safety, so they left the tent and most even left the wedding entirely. Ultimately we don’t understand how such a massive outdoor tent could fill up that quickly with a “propane smell”. After talking to numerous people they all believe it was due to a leech field malfunction, which would explain why the carpet in the tent was wet to begin with. We truly hope that isn’t the case and that it was propane, but either way our wedding was evacuated and cut short due to problems out of our control as bride and groom. All of our guests will now remember our wedding as a disaster, instead of the amazing time it should have been. We did not even once receive any sort of apology for the smell or explanation for the heaters not working. Staff had mentioned to a guest that it was the first time they turned them on this season but the wedding coordinator confirmed with me over the phone weeks later that that was a lie. Also when speaking to the wedding coordinator over the phone about our issues, she stated they would do anything to make it right, now she is no longer responding to us. ( they probably moved on to the 4th coordinator by now 🤦🏻‍♀️) Overall every aspect of this wedding from start to finish was substandard and chaotic. There was no direction and we feel that if at least the wedding coordinator was there that day that some of these issues would have been handled better (hopefully). Truthfully I am embarrassed about my wedding and cringe when people ask me how it went. We are baffled that Stonebridge country club calls themselves the number 1 wedding venue in NH.

They made sure we felt comfortable & confident in them since day one. We received many compliments on how flawless the wedding day went. They were sure listen to all of our wants and needs, and helped us each step of the way. We felt as if no task was too large for them to accomplish. If you are looking for an affordable wedding with Mountain View’s, Stonebridge is your place! We cannot recommend Stonebridge Country Club enough!!

The waitstaff and bartender were super friendly and attentive. They even hopped in the photo booth we had and snapped some pics. Highly recommend. Everything turned out perfect.

Their ceremony space with gorgeous and the reception area was a outdoor tent. It waz heated with heaters since it was October in a little chilly. Overall our families and guests seem like they had a great time.

h to do with the entire process and I felt that click almost instantly at Stonebridge. Stonebridge has incredibly reasonable pricing that includes a lot more than most places. The venue is definitely beautiful and that was obviously a major reason for wanting to get married at Stonebridge but I can honestly say that was sold me was Kelley, she is extremely sweet and welcoming and you can tell that she is comfortable and loves what she does. In the end I chose to actually have a destination wedding in Jamaica instead of having a wedding locally so I didn't end up getting married at Stonebridge. I have always wanted a destination wedding and with Covid going on I temporarily gave up on the idea which is why I had toured local venues and decided on Stonebridge but in the end I decided to just follow my heart and take my chances with a destination wedding in 2021. If you are considering Stonebridge I would 1000000% recommend them, I know that Kelley and the rest of the staff at Stonebridge would have made sure my day was perfect. I hope to use stonebridge for an event in the future!

round. Leading up to the day she was consistently answering my emails with questions quickly and went above and beyond in making suggestions and making sure she had every detail down. When it came time for the rehearsal she was very organized which helped to make sure we got through everything quickly and efficiently. The actual day we were able to use a room on site to get ready and the staff was very accommodating making sure that we had water, bringing us a speaker for music, and checking in asking every once in a while that we didn't need anything. I had forgotten when I chose our cake that my maid of honor was allergic to nuts and it was an almond cake, she asked if they had ice cream she could have instead. I pulled Cyndee aside and explained the situation and asked if they had ice cream, without even hesitating she said no but that someone could go to the store what kind did she want. My maid of honor was SOO happy and we both couldn't believe that they would go above and beyond for this little detail. As the day went on Cyndee constantly had little tips and tricks that she shared and also made sure that everything ran so smoothly with our first look, pictures, organizing the bridal party, the ceremony, pictures after and the reception. We consistently had staff coming up to us throughout the reception asking what we needed, could they get us more food, another drink, etc. The attention to detail was phenomenal and they made a huge effort to make us feel like our day was perfect. If you're looking for a venue look no further because I guarantee you will love the venue and Cyndee!

ption. We had our ceremony and reception indoors and the day could not have been more perfect. The real gem of the venue was Cyndee, the coordinator. We had been planning our wedding for over a year and she was there to help every step of the way. She was so supportive and did everything she could to make sure that our day was flawless. We are so grateful that such a kind and legitimately caring person helped us make our day that much more special.

nted reception was a blast! Cyndee, who is the wedding coordinator at Stonebridge, was so incredibly organized and knowledgeable, and made our wedding day experience a memorable one! A couple of our favorite things that really made it easy to choose Stonebridge was that the tavern next to the tent was open during most of our reception for anyone wanting to drink specialty drinks that wasn't available in the tented bar area (with a beautiful deck for guests to hangout and relax.) Also the golf cart procession was so such a fun and different that made this place stick out differently from all the rest! Stonebridge is affordable and made the process of planning so very easy! Lots of love for this place

planned for includes an arbor and a lovely aisle. It rained on our wedding day it really ended up being lovely as well and we used the balcony for photos when it was misting so we still had some outdoor shots. The tent was very nice with pretty string lights elegantly covered with sheer fabric, white wooden chairs, dance floor, and because of the rain, side panels and heathers were also included. We used golf carts for our bridal party introduction! We REALLY wanted a brunch wedding and they worked with us on a package that fit our budget, desires and theme. The food was delicious! We give the most kudos to the coordinator, Brandi who was just special. She was really easy to work with, had great ideas (like an orange juice toast), and really made us understand that she was there to make things happen as we wanted and support us. It all came to be most meaningful the closer we got to the wedding. When we started to have last minute issues with a vendor she had an immediate backup plan and called to soothe me about it. She helped us make last minute meal accomodations for picky children. However, she was most amazing the day of the wedding when it rained and totally changed our plans for an outdoor ceremony. She and her staff cheered me up in the morning and as soon as I walked down the aisle and saw the room and the rest of the wedding play out, I was simply happy and amazed. You would’ve thought that everything was exactly as it was supposed to be and it was all beautiful. She was there to support us through the day and kept us on task with photos so that our guests could eat on time. The rain made it so the day wasn’t as planned, but Brandi and the venue still made it the perfect day and we are so grateful (I teared up a little writing this).
