Ryan was fantastic! The online portal was great for organizing the music for all parts of the ceremony and reception. Music was great, people danced all night.

Michal Mena is the absolute best!! My husband and I love to dance but our families are extremely reserved and aren’t that outgoing. Let me tell you, EVERY SINGLE PERSON AT MY WEDDING DANCED!! I mean this literally!! I was blown away at how he kept the party going and truly elevated the vibe. My parents who didn’t even dance at their own wedding were somehow in the middle of the dance floor bopping around. Everyone thinks they can be a DJ nowadays, but it truly takes a remarkable talent to understand what gets the people going. My husband and I are an interracial couple so we need to hire a DJ that could cater to both groups. DJ Michael Mena was up for the challenge and did not disappoint. Michael was also extremely involved in the process of helping us assemble the perfect playlist. We met with him a few times to explain the timestamps for certain songs and even incorporate a surprise dance. We still get so many compliments from our guest saying how much fun they had and how they normally don’t dance at weddings. DJ Tempoe truly is the best!!

One of the best decisions I made for the wedding was hiring from Tempo Entertainment DJs. Will was our DJ and he was fantastic! He had the dance floor busy the entire night. Even the guests in their 70's were out on the dance floor. Tempoe DJ's makes the entire process from booking to song selections so easy, it was one less thing to stress about in the wedding planning. I highly recommend them for your event.

We hired Tempoe DJs for our wedding on 8/28/21. They went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations! We originally were getting married in June, and they graciously worked with us on the date change. DJ Big Ru did a phenomenal job!! When my husband and I had a sneak peak of the ballroom before the guests arrived, I was completely blown away by his set up! He even matched the lighting with the one I chose for the venue. He did an amazing job hyping the crowd up, and the photo booth we hired through them did an amazing job as well! I highly recommend hiring Tempoe Entertainment for any event!

We hired DJ Tempoe per recommendation of our venue & we were so happy with our decision. They were very good with communication and helpful when we had to postpone our reception because of COVID-19. They provided several items on our wedding day: DJ, photobooth, uplighting and dancing on the clouds and we loved it. Our wedding was so much fun and looked beautiful. I hired Tempoe Entertainment per my wedding planner's referral and they were wonderful. The online planning process was so fun and there was a ton of communication through email as well. Our DJ Mike was able to include a few last minute additions to a presentation we had put on via projector, (also rented through them). Mike was on time and professional and amazing!

We hired Tempo as our wedding DJ and that was the best decision. From our first initial conversation, to having to postpone our wedding, to finally holding the event, Ryan and his team were so accommodating and easy to work with. They really take the time to understand their client's needs and make great suggestions if guidance is needed. The day of the wedding, DJ Ryan was incredible. Not once did I have to worry about staying on our timeline and he definitely kept the party going (very important for a wedding!). Tempoe Entertainment DJs are the best. If you are in a market for DJs, you will find the best here. I was looking for a DJ for my wedding. I found five and reached out to all at the same time and decided, the first one to reach back out to me, I will stick with. Tempoe was that and I am very glad that I did. They communicated with me very well regarding my wedding. The DJ for my event, DJ Ruben, absolutely amazing. Just speaking with him over the phone to discuss details, he had an energy that made ME excited about my own wedding, especially in the midst of all the stress. He was very enthusiastic, caring, outgoing, just an amazing person. For my first dance song, he was able to piece together the different parts of the song I requested and, man, did it play. The day of the ceremony, he set the pace, the mood. He was in the zone getting everyone involved, reading off the crowd, knowing what music to play. My wedding reception was great and amazing because of DJ Ruben, no doubt. We cannot thank him enough. Everyone, Tempoe Entertainment DJs are the absolute best. Ryan was great! We had to postpone our wedding day twice due to the pandemic and he worked with us to make it work each time! The music was perfect and kept everyone on the dance floor throughout! We also booked the Photo Booth through Tempoe Entertainment and that was a big hit as well! We would highly recommend Ryan and his team!

We are SO happy we went with Tempoe Entertainment and DJ Joe Future. This company is so well organized, they are experienced, they know what they are doing. Joe was professional but fun. We wanted people to have a good time but we didn't want the wedding to feel like a club. We also had some elected officials, work professionals, bosses, etc at that wedding so we needed it to have an element of class with it as well. Joe totally understood all of that and towed the line perfectly. Additionally, we neglected to plan out our actual ceremony music basically until the week of and Joe helped us plan it out with our very vague descriptions of what we wanted, and he found it perfectly. We used Tempoe also for our photobooth which was perfect. Honestly, we have nothing bad to critique and would 100% recommend this company for any event, especially weddings. We will definitely be returning to Tempoe for our future events.

Ryan was awesome! He played right through our song list and guests specifically mentioned how much they enjoyed the music, lighting and especially the photo booth! (People go nuts with photo booths!) We had an amazing time Ryan, thank you!

We are very glad that we used Ryan as our DJ for our wedding. He was a pleasure to work with and made everything easy. The photo booth was a big hit and everything we could have imagined. Ryan is very talented and made our wedding night go better than we could have expected.

Working with Ryan, the owner of Tempoe as well as our wedding DJ, was such a pleasure! He was so professional from start to finish and took as many calls/faetimes with us as we wanted leading up to the wedding. We got married at The Garland Hotel, all outdoors, and he had no problem patching into the hotel's sound system- the music sounded incredible! He provided a microphone for our ceremony, a harpist for our ceremony (see reviews for Hee Jin Yoon, she was great!), and a photobooth with unlimited custom prints. Ryan took all of our requests and really followed our google doc of songs to play and songs not to play. I was very overwhelmed at my wedding and don't remember every detail, but I do remember moments of hearing my favorite songs during cocktail hour, dinner, and reception that calmed my nerves. Ryan acted as a great MC, telling everyone where to go, when things were happening, etc. And his photobooth attendant was also great! We initially sought Tempoe Entertainment out because of their fair pricing and professionalism, but we would definitely pay more just to use them again. All of our friends were dancing the whole night and we received so many compliments on the music selection!

Ryan the owner was DJ for our wedding and he was Absolutely Wonderful!!! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and as stress free as possible for us. I cannot stress enough how Amazing he was and I hope every bride gets to hire him because he will make your wedding so much better. 100% Recommend them for DJ and Photobooth. They are the BEST!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Ryan is a very patient and accommodating presence in a potentially stressful time. He worked with us throughout the planning process and even in some last minute pinches. The day-of, Ryan handled adjustments on the fly and even though being the bride and groom with a million things on our mind, we noticed is agility. We truly appreciated his professionalism and flexibility. We went with DJ services and a bilingual (Spanish) MC, Araceli. The two worked together flawlessly. Ryan even worked with our photographers and videographers to ensure cohesiveness. It shows Ryan is passionate about his craft and helping people to have the best time possible. Ryan is incredible! The services provided for our wedding or so on point! All of his music was perfectly in line with everything that we had discussed. Not to mention the photo booth was way too cute! All of our guests absolutely loved it! Ryan went out of his way to help in whatever way possible. My husband and I’s schedule was fairly complicated and throughout a majority of our planning process the two of us were on different coasts. This didn't stop Ryan from maintaining a constant line of communication with us and answering any and all of our questions in a timely manner. He was beyond gracious with his time and truly a pleasure to work with!!!

Ryan was our DJ for our wedding. He also did the lights and our Photobooth. He was BEYOND professional and BEYOND organized. I was impressed with him since day 1 when we met with him. Honestly had the best wedding dance party I've ever been to thanks to DJ Ruben, not just according to me but according to several guests that came up and said the same thing! Would highly recommend Tempoe Entertainment! I was about to have my old high school buddy DJ for our wedding and thank goodness I did not. The one piece of advice my wedding coordinator gave me was to go with a super professional DJ. So as we got closer to our date, I had called around and didn't really get the best vibe from any other companies. We found Tempoe Entertainment through F/8 Studios. As soon as I spoke with Ryan for the first time, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Our wedding was going to be a huge mix of cultures so we had to have a diverse selection of music. Bhangra, Hiphop, Modern, Motown, and Oldies. Yeah talk about tough crowd! So we met with Ryan and DJ Ruben in person and they made us feel so much better about our specific request being possible. On top of that, we had specific songs and edits we were going to walk out to. I had the bright idea of insisting on editing these myself. Fast forward to two weeks before the wedding, I have no songs edited, and no specific Bhangra music picked out. This is when I called DJ Ruben in a panic and told him I didn't get a chance to completely fill out the info sheets. DJ Ruben told me not to worry and that he had our back. He was not kidding! Come day of wedding, he had every part of the wedding perfectly soundtracked and emceed. When it came time for the reception, he had every person on that dance floor. I'm not kidding when I say we had a tough crowd, old people, Desi people who only dance to Bhangra, young people who only want good hits, and people that just never dance. Everyone was having an amazing night. There were even some hiccups due to external causes during the ceremony and reception, and DJ Ruben stayed calm and collected. And kept a smile on everyones face! Highly recommended and thanks DJ Ruben and DJ Tempoe!

My husband and I found DJ Tempoe at F/8 Studios. We had the pleasure of working with DJ Ruben for our wedding. He is so incredibly nice and kind. We had a few interesting requests for our grand entrance and first dance and DJ Ruben delivered everything perfectly. Our wedding was a diverse fun mix of cultures and generations. Throughout the entire night he was able to blend bhangra, oldies, our favorite meaningful songs, and currents hits all together. He kept our dance floor going! My relatives NEVER EVER dance and my wedding was the first time in my life I saw them having fun and really celebrating. That’s truly a wonderful memory for me. He directed the night gracefully and my husband and I were in such good hands. We can’t thank him enough!

Ryan stepped in and saved the day. Our previous DJ cancelled 2 months before the wedding and we were lost. We found Ryan through f/8 Studios and could not be more thankful. He really understood our likes/dislikes and masterfully combined that with the mood of our guests to keep us all dancing the night away!

We hired DJ Tempo for DJ, MC, photo booth, and the Gobo-Monogram services for our wedding. Ryan was professional, friendly, and very organized. It was very easy to communicate with him.I was a bit worried because we were expecting a very diverse group of people, and I was not sure if the music selection would be appropriate for all our guest. Ryan made it super easy, and provided me with an organized list of different music selections. I was able to pick the type of music I wanted to be played. I listed both English, Spanish, and American singers of all genres and everyone enjoyed it. The dance floor was full and everyone was dancing, we got so many compliments from our guests. Our Gobo-Monogram was amazing, and the photo booth was perfect. I am so happy that I found DJ Tempoe (Ryan and team), highly recommend their services as they are all very professional and friendly.

DJ Tempoe provided multiple services for our wedding in Sacramento Sept 2nd including up lighting, and photo booth services. He did a great job, all of our guests loved the Photo Booth and had a blast with all of his different props. The lighting and video setup was amazing. I had to get DJ Tempoe for my wedding, My sister had Ryan on her wedding and we all loved him and so I had to use DJ Tempoe no doubt for my wedding! Unfortunately Ryan was booked, but DJ Mike from his team was great! He was on time, organized and friendly the wedding went smoothly.

Ryan and his crew were amazing! My now husband and I asked Ryan to DJ at our wedding including a photo booth. I was surprised to see almost everyone dancing the whole night! All of our guests had such a great time and had a lot of fun with the photo booth. Ryan and his team were very quick to respond to questions or concerns I had and they made the day go smoothly. I will definitely refer Tempoe Entertainments to family members and friends. Thank you so much again! You really helped make our day so special!

If you can book Ryan, I highly encourage you to do so! He's amazing and so professional and great to work with. Even with a couple of last minute requests, he was nothing but positive and accommodating. We booked him for our wedding and everybody was so impressed and we kept hearing comments from everybody about how great he was! Everybody danced the night away and his song selections were perfect. If you need a DJ for your wedding, you should definitely look into hiring Ryan. But I would recommend doing it asap, because he's very high in demand!

So incredibly pleased with Ryan’s service from start to end! From our initial meeting with him, my wife and I did not need to go further in looking for another DJ for our wedding. DJ Tempoe was the man for the job. Very professional and easy going. His prices are very reasonable , we feel like we got more than what we paid for. The dancing on the clouds absolutely had us blown away, our hotel did not allow for us to use fog machines but Ryan came up with the alternative that made for amazing wedding photos! From the MCing to the music, Ryan made sure the dance floor was never empty. We highly recommend Ryan, were still blown away by how entertaining he made our night. We enjoyed working with him and look forward to working with him in the future as well.

Ryan was very professional & flexible. The variety of music he played had the dance floor full during the entire reception. Guest continue to give me positive feedback about how they enjoyed the music and atmosphere because of Ryan. The purple lightning around the reception room & gobo light with our names/date on dance floor was amazing absolutely perfect! Unfortunately I had a slight issue because the wedding party, my husband & I were supposed to walk into reception with two different songs. The wedding party walked into reception with the correct song we picked for them, but the song was not changed for my husband & I that we picked out. I know it's a small issue, but everything matters when it's your wedding. Overall experience was good working with Ryan.

They were so attentive and went above and beyond to meet our every need. When we originally had concerns we contacted Ryan and he got back to us quickly with a response and a solution. Communication is extremely important when planning a wedding. He provided us with his most reliable attendant to ensure that we had the best experience. His photobooth was by far one of the crowd favorites!!! We would definitely recommend them!

Ryan was so easy to work with! I really appreciate how prompt and professional he was at meetings and in emails! I used Ryan at my wedding as the DJ, up lighting, photo booth, and gobo light and everything was top of the line. He played all the music I requested and added in songs that fit in great when we needed more! I can't thank him enough for the wedding running smoothly. He did an excellent job of staying on schedule and commanding the attention of the room. Everyone always knew what was going on! The photo booth was a great addition and would highly recommend it!

DJ Tempoe ("Ryan") is a true professional. I'm very happy to have had Ryan be the DJ/MC at my wedding. From our first conversation over Skype, I could tell Ryan was very organized and that he really cares about his work. He answered our questions, and he provided us with sample wedding timelines, showing his "cues" for various songs or MC moments. He also sent us song lists for various genres. We were very impressed, and he exceeded our expectations. DJ Tempoe arrived early and brought a partner to help setup our ceremony and reception. When we found out our ceremony location did not have any electrical sockets and would not allow for electrical outlets on the beach, DJ Tempoe went out of his way and bought a wireless setup. Even though that will likely help him with future business, my husband and I were very impressed and very grateful to him for going above and beyond what we expected. That is the sign of a true professional. As far as the ceremony itself, it went off without a hitch. He kept to the vibe we wanted to have at our ceremony - romantic, but playful. He had each song we selected for each important part of the ceremony, and they played seamlessly. It may seem like not a big deal just to have music play, but it takes a lot of patience and focus to be able to mix and match the songs to the moments of such an important day. Again, very impressive. Before our grand entrance at the ceremony, Ryan double checked to make sure he (as the MC) would properly pronounce everyone's names. He got our guests pumped up and excited for our entrance. He also facilitated a really fun honeymoon dance! At the end of the night, DJ Tempoe played "Thriller" for the remaining guests who wanted to go out with a party song, and they loved it! In fact, several of our guests commented throughout the evening that each part of the day was perfectly complimented by the DJ's amazing music. They loved our ceremony music. They loved our cocktail hour music. They loved the music through the whole evening, which was mostly upbeat dance music, sprinkled in with a few sweet slow songs in between. DJ Tempoe took our suggested song list and really got a sense for the vibe we wanted to have at our reception. He has an extensive song collection, and if you have a suggestion that he doesn't have, he'll download it. He took suggestions from our guests at appropriate times and managed to keep everyone happy (which is tough to do for 120 wedding guests). Overall, it was a fantastic decision to hire DJ Tempoe for our wedding, and if I could do it all over again, I would hire him without a doubt.

Dj Tempoe was simply professional, responsible, responsive, supportive, helpful, everything a bride could wish for and more. He did an excellent job at our wedding.We will definitely recommend him in the future.

Ryan was a lot of fun to work with! His services are very affordable, but don't let that fool you, his professionalism mirrors that to those offered by DJs 2-3x in price! Not only does he offer DJ services, but he also has other equipment that can be used for the wedding as well (uplights to set the mood of the venue, a screen and projector for a picture slideshow, dancefloor lights to set the party atmosphere, etc). A fear of mine was that we would have an empty dancefloor because guests are reluctant/embarassed to go up, but was I wrong! Ryan proactively selected songs that were right for the crowd to get their bums off their chairs and everyone was dancing the night away and having a good time. I had a relatively small wedding with about 85 guests in total, and at least 90% of them were dancing! Many complimented on the whole event and had said that it was one of the best weddings they've been to. Thank you Ryan for setting the mood to create a wonderful atmosphere and experience for everyone at the wedding! :)

So I just got married 2 weeks ago now and what an amazing day we had. One of the best decisions we made, was hiring Ryan! He was a gem from the beginning to the end. At our first meeting with him, my now husband ;-) and I liked him right away. Nothing was a problem for him. He was friendly, easy to talk too and really wanted our wedding day to be the way we wanted it. We felt like we had known him forever. And he was open to us giving him a play list too and accommodated every request we made. One of my main things that made a Ryan a must for our event is his level of communication! He responded to EVERY SINGLE email I sent immediately and always in a timely fashion and as the bride, you really need that :-). In LA people sometime take a while to get back to you but Ryan was fantastic at that. Really put my mind at ease. So we could relax knowing he would be there and be on it. He arrived early for our wedding day and gave us lights and projections all included in our package which was very, very reasonable and within our budget as we had spent a lot already on the day. Our wedding guests loved him and he knew exactly what to play if there was a lull in the night. The dance floor stayed packed! He charming, unassuming, affable, a gentleman and very humble and just a joy to have around. We are planning a summer barbecue and Ryan is our guy. Do not look any further, especially for your wedding day. We got VERY lucky finding him on 'Projectwedding.com'. This is the DJ that you want. Thank you a million times over Ryan.
