Booking my hair makeup for my small wedding (6 services) was quick and easy with Kiss and Makeup. When I needed my trial on a specific day and the original artist was no longer available, they found someone else to accommodate me which I really appreciated. On the day of the wedding, everything was on time and they even allowed us to add one more service, for a fee of course, but we were grateful.

They did an amazing job making me feel like a Queen on my special day! Also, fabulous job on my mother and bridesmaids. They were one of the only companies that was extremely responsive and it was easy to navigate their website. The payment process was also very simple. Hair and makeup was just phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things!

The whole Kiss and Makeup team were fantastic to work with. Channing was always responsive and so flexible and even allowed us to make some changes to the lineup week of and day of. Bailey and Sheena did my trial and my wedding day for all of my party. They kept us laughing and kept me calm throughout the entire process. I felt beautiful and my makeup lasted for the entire day! These ladies are amazing!!! They did my trial on the day of my engagement shoot and my car died and they helped me jump start it. I ended up needing to do another trial and they were so helpful and accommodating. Day off was great! Shena did my hair and was so patient with me and Bailey did my makeup. I dont wear makeup most days and I felt that she did a great job making me look beautiful but still like myself. They also did all 4 bridesmaids hair and makeup as well!

I booked Kiss and Makeup DFW for our wedding in January 2023, as well as hair/makeup for our engagement photos. Channing Donahue, Owner, was incredibly responsive to my questions, scheduling, and planning needs. I was particularly nervous for my engagement session, but Channing and Sheena put me right at ease. I was impressed with how I still looked like myself, but enhanced my best features. At times, I wasn’t sure what I wanted so they made suggestions and built up my look and provided helpful suggestions. I felt beautiful. On the big day, they provided services to me, 3 bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Sister of the Groom, and family friend. They started at 7:30am and we were off to the church promptly at 11:30am. Channing and Sheena listened, suggested and pivoted looks on the day off and everyone was incredibly happy with their looks. I would and have recommended Kiss and Makeup DFW to others.

Amazing women who came to our rescue for a last minute booking and adding people in day of. They were a breathe of fresh air to our otherwise stressful day. Beautiful work hair and makeup would highly recommend!!!

Channing and Bailey are freaking amazing!!! They made me feel like a dang princess. They hyped my up the whole time and listened to my woes and helped me solve problems ON TOP OF making my hair and makeup flawless!! For my trial my hair fell out pretty quickly but when I told Bailey, she was on it. She made sure that everything was in place and tested my hair in every way and it was perfect. My hair and makeup was in place all night and flawless through all of the sweating, crying and dancing. I could not be more happy with what they did for my. I would recommend them time and time again. LOVE THEM BOTH!

Ok so i usually really only wear mascara and maybe some eye liner if I’m feeling fancy. I was nervous to get makeup done but it’s my wedding so I figured I should “go for it.” WOW am I glad I did! Channing and the team did a flawless job for me as a casual bride haha and i felt GLAM but also like my best self. So thank you for teaching me about makeup. OH AND THE HAIR yall it was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with booking Kiss and Makeup for my wedding day! I heard about them through a family friend who spoke very highly of them. Channing and her team were able to get 6 girls including myself ready 2 very short hours. Channing put together a timeline ahead of time, we had to make some adjustments prior to the big day, and on the big day we had to move everyone around. They were more than understanding and made sure I was not stressed out about the timeline not going to plan.

I couldn't be happier with booking Kiss and Makeup for my wedding. These ladies made my vision come to life. Looking at photos of traditional wedding looks, I hated everything I saw. Channing was able to take my personal style into consideration and give me a look that felt both bridal, and still felt like me. I was able to collaborate on my hair and makeup feeling like I had a voice and their expertise, and I left my trial giddy and feeling incredible. Day of did not disappoint as they were able to quickly and incredibly get 9 of us ready in 5 hours with just 2 of them.

Bailey did a fantastic job doing the wedding day hair for me, my bridesmaids, and my mom. My hair came out PERFECT and stayed all night and everyone’s hair looked beautiful. Plus she was right on time and super friendly and professional. Communication was a little off for the trial run and setting the appointment, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Kiss and Makeup did a great job! We had a big group of people for the day and they made the schedule beforehand and everything. Even on the day we had to do a lil switching around but it was easy. My bridesmaids looked beautiful! Even my mother and mother in law loved it and they are not big makeup people! They loved how they looked without the heavy makeup feel. I felt so pretty on my big day, even with it being a lil too hot out for end of September! We were very thankful for them!

My original hair and make up person fell through shortly before the wedding, but Micaela stepped in and saved the day! Her team has incredible talent and vision and the best personalities! I asked for a slightly out of the box hairstyle to showcase the back of my dress and Micaela absolutely nailed the look. My bridesmaids and both mothers looked flawless, the team enhanced their individual beauty and styled their hair perfectly. My makeup looked as good at the end of the night as it did at the beginning, and believe me, I danced the night away! I highly recommend Kiss and Makeup. You will not be disappointed in your look!

I am giving 1 star because I have to. DO NOT use this woman for your big day. Not only is she HORRIBLE at returning calls and has every excuse under the moon about it but she was over 2 hours late showing up for my daughter’s prom.she lied to me and told me she was the one doing prom hair and makeup then blamed her staff for not showing up. I didn’t argue with her because I really didn’t care who was at fault but I wanted my daughters hair and makeup done before prom was ruined. It cost my daughter all of her prom plans with her friends. After we finally got her on the phone she came over and did hair and makeup. My daughter loved her hair but didn’t like the makeup and had to remove it and redo it herself while she was in tears. Unfortunately, I had already booked her for my other daughter’s wedding. Something happened and we were not needing her for the wedding anymore and she agreed to give me back my $250 deposit. She told me it would be a couple of weeks before she could pay me because she had just paid her staff their paychecks. (That was almost 3 months ago.) Then I never heard from her. I finally got her om the phone and she was Soooooo sorry. Then she gave me yet another excuse and she promised to send me the money by the end of the week. Then she went MIA again. Again I started calling her and leaving emails and text messages and she had not returned them. She owes me money and she knows it and she is taking advantage of me. I have been very patient. Unfortunately, it has now come to me having to leave her a negative review. I will be filing in small claims court this week against her. She agreed to give me the money back and she didn’t. She is NOT a good person. So now it is up to me to warn you all of who she is. Avoid this company at all cost !

Micaela is honestly the best! She did my makeup for both my engagement photos and my wedding. I scheduled with her about a week before engagement photos because my other artist fell through, and she did an amazing job! She also did another trial with me to make sure we knew what the plan was for my wedding day. On the day of, she did a beautiful job, while getting us all done on time! I had one bridesmaid back out of her makeup service at the last minute, and Micaela was very accommodating with our quick change. I could not have asked for a better makeup artist for my wedding day!

Kiss and Makeup did my our hair and makeup at my best friends wedding and I instantly fell in love with them! When my planner suggested I use them I was sold. They did an amazing job and I felt so pretty. They also were able to accommodate my large amount of services with quite a few bridal party members and moms! They work super hard and really care. I had my trial with Bree and she quickly learned that I like things neat and perfect. We left the trial on the same page...we had an idea but we both knew it would probably change. On the day of my wedding, I told her to change it up and that I trusted her. Bree was understanding of my comfort level & of course she figured out the perfect hair style for me. Channing was amazing as well! So much fun and even played photographer for us and laid on the floor to get the perfect shot of our bridal party socks (talk about going the extra mile! haha). Micaela was professional, helpful, and polite during the inquiry process - especially with my multiple questions about Asian eye make up experience for one of my bridesmaids! She worked with me to ensure I had a great package for my needs. The trial and day of coordination process was so easy and I LOVED that airbrush makeup and eyelashes are included in every package. Brea was a great artist and understood exactly the look and feel I wanted for my big day and made sure I was happy with the results. She made me feel so beautiful!

Used this vendor at my friends wedding about 2 years ago and was very pleased with my experience. So pleased that when I got engaged last summer I knew I wanted to use her for our wedding this coming summer. Booked with her pretty quickly. My engagement portraits were in October and I had a hard time getting the make up session set up with her. Ended up having to get my hair and make up done at noon for a 5pm portrait session. About 30 minutes prior to my appointment with her I asked her if she wanted anything for lunch as I was picking something up and she calls me to tell me she's sending people from her team instead of coming herself. She made up an excuse to not come because she didn't want to. I was not at all pleased with my hair and makeup from her team. My hair was falling before they left my house and I specifically requested to not have brown colors on my eyes so my eyes would look green instead of brown and they put a very dark brown on them. Ended up having to recurl my hair and take some of the eye makeup off and reapply my own. I was very disappointed with the way it turned out. Because I had already contracted with them I decided to give them another shot with my bridal portraits. About a week after the engagement session I emailed her about her pricing for the bridesmaids so I could give them exact pricing. She used an system called honeybook and the pricing she originally sent me timed out so I couldn't pull it up again. She gave me attitude for asking her to resend it. I never heard from her again after this. I emailed her about 6 times within a month period and my photographer emailed her too so we could get everything set up for bridal portraits in April. No response whatsoever. I finally sent her an email that said I needed some sort of response or I would have to consider our contract null and void. Again no response. I ended up having to book someone else for my bridals and wedding day. Very disappointed in the experience I have had with this vendor. I was contracted to pay her over $500.00 for my 3 hair and make up sessions alone and then no telling how much for my 8 bridesmaids, 2 houseparty, and the mob and mog (moms). The worst part is not only am I a bride who had a bad experience but I am also a vendor in the event industry. I have recommended her to my friends and my bridal clients and I have had to take my recommendations back. I would never want someone to get treated the way I did and I'm not even sure why I was treated this way to begin with.

Michaela was absolutely fantastic! I felt absolutely beautiful the day of the wedding, and my makeup did not budge. I couldn't have asked for a better make-up artist.. She did an amazing job with my sister, mother & my BFF. She went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. I would definitely recommend her services.

Micaela was absolutely wonderful! I didn't have the best experience during my first trial run with my original hair and make up person for my wedding. I live out of state so traveling to get a trial done was a big deal. After I got back home and started looking at some of my pictures I knew I needed to find someone else. Micaela had recently done the hair and make up for a friend of mine and I was so impressed! Micaela was so great and flexible! I was in a panic to find someone knew because it was about 4 weeks until my wedding. I booked a flight and traveled home to do my trial run and she made my bridal hair and make up even better than I thought! I honestly do not know many people that would be so open and flexible 4 weeks before a wedding! The wedding day was even better! She was such a joy to have around that day! Also, she uses airbrush make up and that is the best stuff ever! I do not wear a lot of make up daily and it felt so natural and seriously looked flawless on my difficult skin!!!!
