My family has gone to Piette’s for generations. I originally bought my fiancé’s engagement ring in March 2020. You can’t beat the quality or price. Just recently I purchased my wedding ring for our upcoming wedding in Aug 2021. My fiancé wanted to use her grandmothers wedding ring as her wedding band. Piette’s resized And dipped the ring to make it look brand new all with keeping the original engraving! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs!

My fiancé used Piette Jewelers to create my (beautiful!) engagement ring. They were able to make a one of a kind custom hammered gold band that I am obsessed with. My fiancé had nothing but rave reviews about his experience working with them so naturally it was the best place to go for our wedding bands! Ryan helped me find the PERFECT wedding band to go with my engagement ring. He was incredibly patient and not pushy at all. He was very easy to talk to and worked with our budget respectfully. I'm so grateful that we found Piette Jewelers! My fiance and I went to pick out my engagement ring. Ross was amazing - he knew what I wanted before even I did! He is very patient and obviously cared that we were happy. I described to him the color of sapphire I wanted, and I left there without a doubt that he would get the perfect one. Sure enough, he did and it is absolutely perfect! We're definitely going back for wedding rings and probably for every other jewelry need we have in the future. Wow! I am so grateful that we found Piette Jewelers! I have a milestone birthday coming up and we had to cancel a planned celebration trip. My husband suggested I think about a piece of jewelry instead. I don't wear a lot of necklaces, but, said if I could find a simple diamond necklace that I could wear with anything - that would do the trick. We visited local jewelers closer to us that had surprisingingly very little to show us. I started to look for other jewelers and noticed all the great reviews for Piette. I saw something online that I liked and Ross offered to order it for me with no obligation as it would replace one they had sold. When we got there for our appointment, it just didn't do it for me. Way to small. When we asked to see other options, TRAYS of options came out. I saw one stone that I really liked, but, I wasn't crazy about the chain it was on. TRAYS of other chain options came out. I ended up with something even more wonderful than expected. I absolutely love my necklace! The selection and service is simply OUTSTANDING! We will also be using them for a jewelry peice for our daughter' upcoming wedding!

I cannot day enough about Piette Jewelers! They beautifully cleaned and resized my grandmother’s engagement ring for me and helped us find the perfect wedding band to match! Piette Jewelers is a 10/10 establishment! The staff is super knowledgeable and have great relationships with their suppliers. They were able to quickly and efficiently work with us to order a custom wedding band for my fiance, and were open with communication the entire time. We worked with Ross, and he took the time to listen to what we wanted for our bands and offered many different options for us, providing information and feedback that was valuable. Ryan and his family helped design the ring of my dreams. They were all very creative and knowledgeable. My husband and I were using family stones and wanted to showcase them in my ring, therefore having to create a custom ring. From the start not only did Ryan and his family offer great ideas they made sure we were included from start to finish during the design process. When my husband showed me the ring on the day he asked to marry me I could not of been happier, it was exactly what I wanted. Piette Jewelers goes above and beyond to help! My husband gave me his grandmother's engagement ring when he proposed. Beforehand, Piette Jewelers cleaned it and made sure everything was still secure in the setting. A few month later, I brought it back to be resized. The work was flawless. We also bought our wedding bands there! We planned a virtual wedding in a month (due to COVID-19). Jen and Ross were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Due to limited resources, we were able to pick from what they had in the store but will also be getting 2nd bands when we renew our vows in a year or 2. They made us feel like a priority the whole time. They arranged times to meet to get the rings since the store had very limited customer hours. They even provided us with an at home ring sizer so we could get the right size ring for my husband. I never felt stressed whether the rings would be ready on time. They made the whole process very easy and made us feel like we were the number one priority (even though they had other orders that they were working on with nearing due dates). We will never go to another jewelers. We have been so well taken care of. Thank you!!!

Ross and Jen are by far the best! My family has been going to this family jeweler for decades and I would not go anywhere else. The quality, price, and customer service are exceptional! My fiancé and I have been to Piette many times but they were especially helpful to us during our engagement. They worked with my fiancé to design a beautiful engagement ring and then later expedited a watch engraving for me when they knew I was on a tight timeframe. I love that as a family owned and operated business, they take the time to get to know their customers and understand what they are looking for. Definitely a much more comfortable environment than at some chain jewelers where you feel pressured while shopping. We will definitely be back again soon!

We had the best experience at Piette Jewelers! My husband worked with them first to design my engagement ring and he said the whole process was so easy, everyone was so helpful and friendly! Choosing our wedding bands was such a smooth process too, they matched my band to my engagement exactly and they have such a great selection for men’s bands too! Piette Jewelers was hands down the best jewelry store my husband and I went into. They were sweet, attentive and so helpful. My engagement ring belonged to my great grandmothers which makes it an antique ring! Finding a band to go with it was pretty impossible until we found Piette’s!!! I had pretty much lost hope in finding the perfect band to match my antique ring. I had been to probably 6 other stores prior to this. Ross really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. He understood my frustrations and my desire to find the perfect ring. The very first ring he pulled out to show me was my band!!! I swear it was made for me!! Ross blew my expectations out of the water and showed me the perfect band for my ring. It hit every requirement I needed/wanted!!! When it was time to pick them up, yes you bet I got two bands they took my engagement ring and cleaned it and made sure that my prongs were alright!!! Like seriously how sweet and awesome!!! I highly recommend going and looking at all their amazing diamonds!!! The best part was Ross was willing to have my perfect ring made for me if I didn’t find what I was looking for!!
