Good Times Productions is a boutique DJ team based in Ozone Park, NY, led by DJ Anthony Gelo (DJ AG). With 20+ years of experience, we deliver a smooth, fun, and stress-free experience from the first convo to the final song always centered around your vibe.
We keep things easy from the start with a no pressure phone or video chat. We’ll talk through your vision, the energy you want, and do a quick budget check. From there, we build a base package that fits your event.
When it comes to music, we focus on three things:

• Our experience - reading the room and keeping it flowing
Once booked, you’ll get access to our online music planner to mark Must Play, Play If Possible, and Do Not Play songs.
About a month before your wedding, we’ll finalize details, create a flexible timeline, and coordinate with your venue or planner so everything runs smoothly.
From packed dance floors to perfectly timed moments, we make sure the music doesn’t just play—it hits.

He was so fun to work with, very responsive and communicative, open to ideas and feedback. He really made it feel personal, like his heart was in it, not like we were just another client.
The energy on the dance floor was high all night long. The dance floor was literally packed all night, it was hard to get people to sit down! If you’re looking for a super in-your-face MC who bounces around the dance floor all night, he’s not your guy. The portal for inputting our information and preferred songs was SO user friendly, it was actually fun to use! Anthony is someone who actually cares about the work he is doing, and any time I had a question or I wasn’t sure what songs I wanted for introductions, he was right there with suggestions. schedule and song requests. Our initial meeting was getting to know each other. Our theme was musical theatre which Anthony was honest that he was not too familiar with Broadway shows. However, we sent him a list of songs that would be appropriate for throughout the evening, and he was able to adapt. We chose Good Times for the DJ set up with lights and he exceeded our expectations. He was knowledgeable with sound and mic checks. He was collaborative with our pianist, live singers and drag performers. Anthony listened to our choice of not playing certain songs. He was very aware and observant of guests’ reactions during the dance portion of the night. All our guests gave positive feedback and said it was one of the best wedding sets (timing, appropriate choices for cocktail to dinner to dance, music transitions). We would highly recommend working this professional team.

He was on site before I even arrived and was ready for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception well before we got things started. He tied together our music requests really well into fun dance sets and he got people up and moving. We had a few requests when it came to special moments (like the cake cutting) that we wanted certain songs to start at a certain line in the song (not just at the beginning). He made sure to execute those tiny details.

He made it very easy for us to add songs that we wanted (and didn't want, which I thought was great) and he was very thorough in going through the plan prior to the big day to make sure we were all set. The of the wedding, Anthony arrived early with ample time to set up and have music up and running for our guests, some of which arrived 45 minutes early. He kept things running smoothly (dances, speeches, etc.) and once the dance floor opened, it was packed for the rest of the night. The music was great and so many of our guests complimented the playlist before and during the wedding. We loved working with Anthony and would highly recommend him to DJ any event.

As a context, for me, music and dance were key parts of the party, and as a multicultural wedding, with multiple backgrounds, I thought it could be challenging, but not for Anthony. I don't think there was a person that didn't enjoy or didn't dance. From the Hora Loca, Latin music to folklore music, he set up the tone for the wedding and kept us moving until the end. We didn't want to finish.
