The Grove Country Club was an exceptional venue for our October wedding day. From the moment we first connected with Lisa, she was incredibly responsive, whether it was quick questions or more detailed inquiries. Megan, who took over as our point of contact from Lisa, was equally great and helpful throughout the process. Megan was patient and kind throughout the process and we could tell she always had our best interests at the forefront. She also went above & beyond in assisting with the little hiccups of the day. The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a classic elegance that. On rehearsal day & the day of the wedding, the team at The Grove was extremely hands-on, helping to coordinate everything on the venue’s end to make sure everything ran smoothly. We are grateful to the entire staff at The Grove for making our day unforgettable.

The Grove Country Club is a sophisticated wedding venue in Long Grove, IL, boasting a beautiful grand ballroom, stunning golf course greens, and an elegant ambience. The Grove can accommodate wedding events that range anywhere from 25 to 250 guests in it's outdoor and indoor event settings. All-inclusive wedding packages are available at The Grove Country Club to provide couples with a relaxed and stress-free planning process. Executive Chef Luigi Garcia is the well-seasoned and reputable leader of the in-house culinary team and he specializes in European, American, Latin, and Asian cuisines. Every wedding menu is crafted with attention to freshness and high-quality presentation, ensuring a luxury dining experience for everyone. The club is also in partnership with local wedding cake bakery Lovin Oven Cakery, who will design and create spectacular wedding cakes and dessert tables for the occasion. Other services include valet parking, coat check, audiovisual equipment, and use of the baby grand piano for entertainment.

ways made us feel so welcomed. Everything from the food tasting, cocktail tasting, walk throughs, and day of were just perfect. The bridal suite was such a nice bonus for us girls to get ready in all day. It poured on our wedding day but The Grove has such beautiful places for photos inside or outside with an overhang, that you wouldn’t have even known from our photos. We rented out the members dining area for extra space for our guests and it was so worth it. The members were so understanding and kept cheering for us every time we passed by them. Everyone loved the food, drinks, and kept telling us we picked such a perfect place for our wedding. Lisa really felt like family by the end of all of it. Everything exceeded our high expectations and we can’t recommend this venue and their team enough!!

From our very first meeting, Lisa's professionalism and warmth were evident. She handled every aspect of our wedding with such grace and efficiency that we felt completely at ease, even with some last-minute changes that came up and especially as we were planning our wedding from overseas. Her ability to manage the schedule seamlessly and adapt to any adjustments we needed was nothing short of miraculous, not to mention the speed at which she answered questions and emails was second to none.
The Grove Country Club itself was a beautiful setting, with stunning views and a charming atmosphere that added an extra touch of magic to our celebration. thing. She is so eager to help, answered all our questions in detail and in a timely manner. She is so kind and made us feel like our wedding was just as important to her as it was to us. The wedding ran so smoothly and that is because of Lisa and The Grove Country Club team. The club and golf course are beautiful! The staff is very welcoming and did not make us feel like we didn't belong there because we weren't members of the club. We did run into a few unfriendly members throughout the wedding day who were not as understanding of the fact there was a wedding going on and that we had just as much right to be there as they did. We just shrugged them off as there were also a lot of members that were excited about the wedding and told us to just enjoy it!

dancing, drinking, eating, and more. We worked very closely with Lisa, and she was exceptional every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, positive, and very calm. The entire Grove staff worked very hard to make our dream come true. The best part was that we had our entire wedding party enjoy the bridal suite & men’s locker room for getting ready/ pictures. There was no need to take pictures anywhere else because the landscape was beautiful and the newly renovated inside was equally stunning. We selected the deluxe package that included everything you may need- from delicious food selections, drink packages, bridal suites, golf, chairs, and so much more. Definitely recommend having your wedding here for the most incredible memories ❤️

It was absolutely outstanding. If you truly want to feel special on your wedding day, these people know how to do it. Everyone was so attentive to us, and anticipated our needs. Everyone kept us updated on the schedule and where we were at, and confirmed with me that every little thing was as we wanted it to be. They made us feel so special and loved, and we could feel that the staff was truly so happy for us on our big day! It was a perfect venue that has a lot to offer guests! process. She was always willing to meet with us and answer all of our questions. She made sure she got to know us, so she understood our vision for the day. The day of, her and the team made everything look even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Geri was amazing! She was there the whole day and night to make sure we were having the best day. The whole staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. The views on site were amazing. It was the perfect backdrop for the day. The wedding photos turned out amazing. The site provides so many different views, so every bride is sure to get the setting they imagine. Cocktail hour looking out on the course with the sun setting was perfect! The venue has a large bar area, a perfect outdoor area overlooking the 18th hole, and a gorgeous grand ballroom. The food was delicious! The guests raved about everything. I highly recommend the ice cream station as a late night snack. It was a huge hit! I would recommend The Grove to any bride-to-be! Take a tour of this venue, and you will not be disappointed! I can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else besides this perfect place!

when we drove off after the reception was amazing.
When I got in touch with the wedding coordinator, she actually put the date on hold for me before we even came to see the place "just in case." She was so friendly and excited for us, which we did not get with anyone else that we talked to in the area. When we went and met with her she made us feel so at ease and we walked out of there knowing that is where we wanted to have our reception.
They kept in good communication with us, we had a great tasting at the venue (which the food is outstanding!), and had fantastic recommendations for our florist and our hotel room block from them.
The day before we were allowed to bring all of our decorations and even our outside food that we were using for our sweets table. They stored it all for us in their kitchen and offices.
When we got there the day of after our ceremony it was like walking in to a fairytale. Everything was set up perfectly. The food was delicious and all of our guests still rave about how great our wedding was. A huge reason for that is because of The Grove. I can't thank them enough for making our wedding the best day of our lives!
