The day of he and his team were ready to go, knew the venue, had mics and sound ready and tested, got in touch with my officiant, readers, etc to make sure everything was perfect for the ceremony. The preparation continued through dinner and the reception; the sound was great, speeches went perfect. We loved the DJ booth set up, and the lighting added so much to the space. The planning app we used to add all of our details, song requests and timeline was very easy to use and made planning start to finish a breeze. Gabriel does have a ton of recommendations for songs and games which we didn't really need to use but would be nice to have for others. Overall everyone had a great time and we danced the night away! We would definitely recommend GDG, our only bit of advice is to be clear on what you want throughout the day/night, ask for specific songs, ask for more song selections in the planning app, be clear on your timeline and needs and they will make it happen.

s company offers and once we decided to go with them we were asked to download an app which allowed us to go through questions about my wife and I, the wedding party, the other vendors, any need to know information, things we liked about previous weddings, things we didn’t like, etc. They really want to know who all is going to be involved in your day to give the smoothest ceremony and reception possible. It was great! They also had different sections you can add music too and he helps you get together a timeline. He offers games as well that you can play, or fun dances you might not have thought of! Gabriel and his team were definitely a huge part of our wedding and everyone had a blast! Gabriel does great with following up throughout the process to see if you have questions or need help. He was helpful in our final call before the wedding, just getting all the details down that we had and finalizing our timeline. He also asks you what kind of crowd you’ll have to see if you have a lot of dancers or if it’s more chill. It was a question I hadn’t heard before and was grateful he asked! It seemed he wanted to make sure we have the day we envisioned. We definitely wanted to have a party and GDG delivered! We also got the Photo Booth which was a hugeee hit! Our wedding was at Artspace111 and he was a preferred DJ with them. I highly recommend going with GDG Elevated Events if you want to have a great time with no worries!

t Gabriel helped us with figuring everything out. The mobile app is very easy to use and makes coordination a lot easier, and Gabriel is always there if we have any questions. Everything went super smoothly and the GDG team made our big day absolutely perfect! We also added a mirror photo-booth, flower backdrop, up lights and virtual guest book other than the basic DJ/MC service. Sure, those are not cheap, but it’s money well spent in our opinion, every guest has a lot of fun with the photobooth, and up light is just beautiful. We highly recommend having GDG host your next event and you will not be disappointed!

It was really awesome that he also took requests from our friends throughout the night as they thought of so many awesome songs that everyone loved. We really liked using his app to help us plan the timeline for the night and select music for specific moments as it made things feel so personal and felt the "vibe" of the night be really cohesive. At times when we were doing planning meetings we didn't fully appreciate the level of detail that Gabriel was going into, but his expertise and experience is truly second to none. I also loved how clean and professional his setup is! We actually opted for a second music set-up for our cocktail hour area which also made things really fun. We also opted for additional uplighting and had the custom monogram our wedding planner created projected onto the dance floor, which seem like such small details but it gave the night such an elevated feel. We cannot recommend Gabriel enough for anyone's wedding or event!

were reflecting after the fact that our one regret for our own wedding 16 years ago was that we didn’t invest in a good DJ. Because when you do, they are able to set the tone for the whole reception. And let me tell, the tone that was set by GDG WAS SO, SO MUCH FUN! There were sweet moments and funny moments, but mostly just lots of people being prompted to have a blast the whole night. We didn’t want it to end. My family admittedly is a bit awkward and can be tough to get out of their shell, but I’ve never seen so many smiling and laughing faces out there on the dance floor. Additionally, the videos GDG took and posted on social media was an added bonus too. So fun to have those videos to look back on. Truly grateful for the all the fun memories you were able to create that night and we would highly, highly recommend you to others!

Gabriel was not able to DJ my wedding due to already being committed to another, but who he sent in his stead, James, was full of positive energy and did a great job being the emcee and DJ for the best day of my life. The sound quality was great, the white DJ booth was classy, and James kept everyone dancing right up until the last minute. I really couldn't recommend GDG Elevated Events more!!

He was even able to give us great advice about our floor plan because he has so much experience and pays attention to details. You can tell he loves his job so much. He is a pleasure to work with! Gabriel put his heart and soul into getting to know my husband and I, the kind of music we liked, the kind of "party" we wanted, and what our guests would want too. Gabriel introduced us to the custom planning app which was SO nice and easy to plan dances (1st dance, father/daughter, etc), must-play song choices, fun games, big moments (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc), and so much more. Communication was never an issue. It took so much stress away from the reception part of the wedding planning. A lot of the music we wanted was Latin-themed and throwback 2000s hip hop. The music he chose for us, the professional DJ set up (the white facade looked amazing), the fun dance party lights, and the sound quality for our cocktail hour and reception were fabulous - Gabriel had everybody up, dancing, and having a blast! He did a fantastic job entertaining my guests - they could not stop talking about how cool and down-to-earth our DJ was. Gabriel was overall an extremely professional and kind individual to work with and he truly cared about making our cocktail hour and reception at the Amon Carter Center at Lena Pope the best it could be! I would 10/10 recommend booking GDG for your wedding!

For entertainment during the wedding, he hosted a bridal party musical chairs that was also a huge hit. We added on the bubbles feature including smoke bubble and it was the most memorable effect at our wedding! Guests have continuously commented on how cool their photos came out. Planning up to the wedding was very easy and thorough with Gabriel directly. The GDG app made it so easy to select our wedding preferred playlist along the planning process. We highly recommend working with the GDG team!

The quality of his sound equipment was amazing as well as the special lighting that he supplied. Gabriel arrived early to set up and was very organized in implementing the details so that everything ran smoothly. In the words of one of the guests, “What a party!
