She provided us with a list of trusted vendors, including our florist, limo service, and chair rental company, cake, etc which made planning our small, intimate sunrise beach ceremony so much easier. She kept everything organized and helped make our special day everything we dreamed it would be. We truly could not have done it without her! I am the founder and executive planner of Sincerely Yours Weddings & Events. I received my degree in Event and Hospitality Management through the University of Central Florida and I have received my wedding planning certification through The Bridal Society. With over 20 years in the bridal and hospitality industry, I have been involved in bridal consultations, event planning, catering and food services, menu planning, and hotel sales. I have personally overseen over 500 weddings and events as a Catering Sales Manager and Bridal Coordinator at local hotels within the Central Florida area. My organizational skills and passion for weddings make me the ideal planner for your next event. When I am not planning your event you can find me being crafty with my little girls, lounging around with my two adorable lap dogs, playing at Walt Disney World, or enjoying time with my Italian family. I love sparkling wine and chocolate peanut-butter anything! Over the course of those two weeks, my now husband and I did not have to contact a single vendor because Jacqueline took care of it all for us. This allowed us more time to focus on making sure as many of our guests as possible could get into town safely. Jacqueline came to numerous vendor meetings and asked questions that we would not have thought of, and she took organized and tedious notes in a binder so I didn’t have to worry about remembering all of the little things. Jacqueline and her team set up our entire reception and took everything down, organized it, and made sure it was loaded in a car so that my husband and I could just enjoy each other and our company and not have to worry about anything. Not only did I have her as my planner but she was also my MOH and my rock through the whole ordeal, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Jackie creates a very organized and detailed outline of the rehearsal through the end of wedding so you never have to worry about when and where things have to happen. uber-organized personality. My now-husband and I thought that because we were having a relatively small wedding (35 people) that we could go it ourselves and didn't need a planner. How wrong we were!! The best decision we made in our wedding planning process, hands down, was to hire Jacqueline for month-of and day-of support. We learned that even if you're having a small wedding, there are still more details than you ever could have imagined, and it is critical to have someone with experience in the field and local vendor contacts to help you figure out what you forgot or didn't know to think of and solve crises as they inevitably (and did) come up. Jacqueline and her teammate Anna also allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of spending the whole time running around and directing everything. To sum things up, I wish I could share a video clip that a bridesmaid sent me of when torrential rain and 45 mph winds took the power out while everyone was getting ready. You can hear Jacqueline in the background saying, "We will make it work!!!" And she absolutely did! The #1 advice I will give any couple in the future will be to hire a planner from the very beginning, and if they're in Central Florida, to hire Jacqueline and Sincerely Yours. We wish we had hired her from day 1 of the planning process!

extremely organized, knowledgeable, and she will do everything in her power to make sure you have the wedding day of your dreams. The beginning stages of my wedding planning were flowing very nicely, and it seemed everything was pretty much ready to go months in advance. Woohoo! For whatever reasons, however, smooth sailing all the way to my wedding day was not in the cards for me, and lots of things started to fall apart: bridesmaids’ dress company filed for bankruptcy and a different company had to make the dresses, a vendor cancelled on me the week before the wedding, vendors were making changes without my knowledge…an utter mess, and it sucked =(. It would be an understatement to say my wedding was not an easy one to plan and as much as I tried to stay calm I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest bride to deal with at times. It was incredibly stressful and I honestly don’t have a clue what I would have done without Jackie. She was there every step of the way helping me find a solution and fighting for me when that’s what it had come down to. The wedding day itself was all coordinated by Jackie and everything was perfect as Jackie ensured everything was coming along the way it was supposed to. Even though not everything turned out the way I had initially planned, it was still one of the BEST days of my life, surrounded by family and friends and it was SO MUCH FUN!!! raight to Sincerely Yours Wedding & Events. I first met Jackie at a bridal expo in January 2017. We chatted for a little bit about potential needs, exchanged information, and went on our way. I then saw her at another bridal expo (I like to read reviews online and then meet with the vendors in person), and finally at another. At the third expo, I won the grand prize for money toward the local vendors, and it was perfect timing. The venue I booked requires a day-of planner, I just won vendor money, and my wedding weekend was still available! So fast forward, we meet, get everything situated, and Jackie takes it from there! We had 2 meetings in person and she was always available by email. By the time we were one week out, she had an extremely detailed timeline that had each vendor color coded for their required duties. Seriously, this thing is awesome! She makes it so you get to focus on being the bride, mother of bride/groom, family, etc. and enjoying the day you've worked so hard to plan. At one point, the toilets stopped working at the reception, but by the time Andrew and I found out, there was already a backup plan in place. Everything stayed on schedule and we were able to take in as much as we possibly could because Jackie and her team took care of all of the details. I cannot thank you enough, Jackie! You are the best!!!!

She took notes of everything so when we had to re-meet all the vendors were on the same page. There were moments where I started to forget what was said at the last meeting but she had it all covered. It also takes a special person to have that creativity to be able to traslate ideas and information well and she knew how to do that. She made all the recommendations for every person that worked in our wedding. Every guest could not stop taking about how it was the best wedding they had ever seen. Where do I even begin? From being in many weddings, I knew from the start of planning I wanted a wedding planner. I contacted Jacqueline soon after I got engaged, and I immediately...

knew she was the one for us. On first meeting, she is so friendly, easy to talk to, but it is also evident that she knows how to conduct business and take charge (something important on your wedding day). We decided to go with month-of planning, as I had the time to do a lot of the work myself. Jacqueline, though, was always available. If I had a question, she answered it. A month prior to our date we all met again to go over more specific details, and we were then in contact on a daily to weekly basis making sure all loose ends were tied. And then our special day came! It was almost as if my fairy godmother waved her wand and made everything so perfect. My family even joked that she could control the weather. Not only was our wedding day so personal, special, and evidently full of our love, it was beyond what I even dreamt it would be. She set up all the personal details, bustled my dress with safety pins without question, and was there to make sure everything went smoothly (and oh boy was it smooth). I honestly cannot tell you exactly what she did that day because I did not deal with a bit of it at all. My job was to get ready, relax, have fun, and love my new husband and that's exactly what happened. It's been over a week since we've been married, and I am STILL having family members and friends call me to talk about how beautiful, special, and amazing our wedding was. We really wanted a day filled with our love for each other, and let me tell you, we brought the love, Jacqueline brought everything else. If you have not budgeted for a wedding planner, do so now. With the amount of money you're spending, you want you day to go perfect. I owe our wedding day to the work of this amazing, talented, organized, and humble woman. Jacqueline not only was our wedding planner, but she became a friend. Trust me when I say she was the absolute best decision Cody and I made regarding our wedding plans. She will for sure be yours too :)

Every time Debbie and Melissa would talk about something I would loosen my tie and wonder, why do we need that? However after partaking of this whole experience, I cannot express the gratitude I have for what you and your team did to make our Puddin Head’s wedding the most perfect day. From the moment Melissa and Debbie met you, they said you were the one and wanted you to coordinate this “event”. Your attention to all the details was amazing and your expertise was priceless. Everything from the meetings and planning to the lighting of sparklers to send off the newlyweds was a choreograph of perfection. htful and caring when it came to how important my big day was. As stressful as planning a wedding is it was completely worth it to have Jackie by my side with everything and made my big day smooth sailing. I highly recommend any new bride to Jackie at Sincerly Yours.

Where do I start? Jacqueline was fantastic to work with! We could not have pulled off this day without her. She kept everyone on time, and it was hard - as our group was like "hear...

ding cats". She did the table decoratons, decorated the wedding arch, worked well with the caterer, bartenders & DJ, and made sure everything was packed up and cleaned up at the end of the evening. With Jacqueline and her staff there, I did not have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend Sincerely Yours - she will make your wedding day flow like a breeze!
