If I could give Natalia and her boutique 10 stars I would! I had a wonderful experience with Svetlana Bridal Couture. After visiting countless other bridal boutiques I knew I had chosen the right place the moment I entered Svetlana’s. Natalia was quick, attentive, and understanding of everything I wanted in a gown and within one visit I had picked the dress of my dreams. Svetlana’s is the place to go for any bride who is looking for a dress of their dreams!

I found my beautiful wedding dress at Svetlana Bridal. I could not be more happy. Natalia was wonderful! Her professionalism and approach was what I loved the most as she never made me feel like I had to try on every dress fast. Natalia (the owner) is such a pleasure to work with. I love the private appointment and the selection of dresses available. When I started my dress search I was easily discouraged by what I found in other stores and quickly started dreading the dress search process. Once I visited Natalia at Svetlana Bridal, I immediately got excited again and walked out with not 1, but 2 dresses for my wedding. The prices were unbeatable and the quality is top tier. I’ve had the most amazing experience working with Natalia at Svetlana Bridal Shop. Back in the fall I came in alone, starting my dress search with no idea where to start. Natalia’s experience quickly narrowed down a few styles for me and she helped me breeze through try-ons for over a dozen dresses during my private appointment in her bright, cheery shop. We decided a custom style, pulling inspiration from a few gowns, was best for my unique vision. She was so talented and quickly sketched up a sample for me and took measurements. Contract signed and payment up front, all I had to do was wait for their skilled seamstresses to do their magic. Turmoil in Eastern Europe delayed the arrival of my dress since it was caught up in customs with significant shipping delays through Feb/March. Natalia proactively communicated updates to me and moved mountains to get my dress to NY on time, with a backup dress tailored for me and ready to go just in case. 7 days before the wedding, we were thrilled that my original dress arrived and Natalia personally hand sewed a few final adjustments for me while I was in the shop, making sure I had peace of mind and left with my beautiful dress in hand. Friends and family commented all weekend that my dress was like a fairytale, that I looked like a princess, and that it was incredibly special. Nothing off the shelf would have made such an impression, and I’m so grateful that Natalia and her team were able to make our wedding so magical. Natalia, has been amazing! I told her that my wedding is three month's away and she Instantly showed her support and dedication in helping me find the perfect wedding dress. I told her my vision and what preferences of styles that I'm interested in; she gave me a couple of options to choose from which i liked and i was able to try on different dresses that fits perfectly! Not only was natalia a great help in finding my perfect wedding dress, but also helping me choose a bridal veil, crown and earrings. She has many options to choose from which was awesome. I wanted a completely custom veil that was a little different than a traditional one and they NAILED it! I spent weeks looking through sites for a lace choker veil that would match my dress and when I couldn't, I found Svetlana. Natalia knew exactly what I was picturing in my mind and even had lace that matched too perfectly. She was truly my saving grace... her knowledge of fabrics, lace, beading, etc. and attention to detail was everything. It was even more perfect than I pictured it to be, she truly knocked it out of the park. Also, her customer service could not be better. So prompt and so quick every time I sent a message for updates and questions. I just wanted to say how grateful I was with my dress and also with my experience with Natalia. I was not sure what sort of quality to expect but the dress exceeded my expectations by a mile. When I first met Natalia, I was a little skeptical because everything in the store seemed big and had a lot of fill, but she assured me that any design I liked I could have customized. She had so many beautiful dresses that I tried on to get a sense of what I liked and what would look good. She helped me piece together a perfect custom dress in one session. One thing that was worrisome was that the dress came in later than expected, only 3 weeks before my wedding which obviously had me worried. I SHOULD NOT HAVE WORRIED. The dress was PERFECT! It fit exactly as she had promised, and looked better than what I had envisioned! I would absolutely recommend Natalia and Svetlana's Bridal Couture to anybody in need of a wedding dress (and a decent price too!). Fabulous, reliable, and lovely work! Svetlana Bridal Couture has the most fabulous, fashion-forward dresses on the market. And not to mention Natalia is so sweet and such a pleasure to work with. As someone who loves to experiment with fashion, I was so pleased to see many unique pieces and styles at Svetlana Bridal Couture. BE WARNED: you may have a hard time picking your favorite dress because they are ALL fabulous. Although I am not engaged at the moment, and therefore do not need a dress, I’m so pleased to know I can save myself the time and headache of searching for a wedding dress vendor when the time comes.

I loved my dress and so did everyone else trust me ladies u will feel amazing once u try on her dresses it was so hard to pick from since she has so many different beautiful dresses but I guess when ur body and heart know what u want u will find it good luck ladies and congratulations

Please do yourself a favor and go see Natalia! She was so patient helping me find my dream dress and explaining what I could do and add and whatnot. You can customize ANYTHING with your gown and Natalia made it so easy and paid attention to every detail I wanted. I have the most perfect wedding dress all thanks to her!

My review: I found the Swetlana Bridal Couture online. There was a list of brides ateliers, but I quickly decided to find my wedding dress at Swetlana ❤️ I didn’t understand why this name sounded so special for me. My appointment was at 11:30 and I went there with my mother and my sister. Natalya was a beautiful and communicative lady. She showed me a lot of dresses, and she helped me to wear and undress them. The dress which I decided, was the first sign of love for my sister. I couldn’t believe that I found my wedding dress on my first day of looking. I cannot wait to do the pictures and to post them on the website. Also, I bought my beautiful veil, which I can’t wait to wear. I am so excited. I highly recommend Swetlana 😍 Thank you, Natalya❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Sveltana Bridal. Natalia was absolutely amazing! She provided an unmatched level of personal service and expertise I hadn’t seen at other bridal shops. I was able to make modifications on the style I picked, and Natalia listened to what I wanted and provided her expert opinion on what was feasible and what would look good. When my dress arrived, it needed a slight adjustment but she took the initiative to figure out a way to adjust the fit without altering the dress and it now fits perfectly! I am very happy with the way it turned out and love that it truly is one of a kind. I highly recommend Svetlana Bridal to anyone who values service, experience and attention to detail, but most of all, wants a beautiful wedding dress!

The best bridal shop experience I’ve ever had I am so happy that I found this bridal shop. I’ve gone to several others looking for my wedding dress for my upcoming wedding in November 2022 and none of them have been as friendly and as inclusive as Svetlana‘s bridal. I had one of the best wedding dress shopping experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at svetlana. I love the fact that it was by appointment only, I loved having the entire store to myself and family with no one rushing us or waiting for another person to finish trying on the dress you want to try on. Being on the plus size side trying on dresses was not difficult because of the various sizes available. Natalia was very welcoming and patient with dealing with us. I love the fact that she referred to me as her bride, she was patient and took in every little detail about what I liked and didn’t like. With each dress I tried on that wasn’t the right one the next was always closer and closer because of how much she paid attention to what I liked and didn’t. I was very comfortable and felt very welcome at svetlana. My dress is breath taking in every way. When I went to pick up my dress designed and cut to fit me the fit was perfect, so perfect I don’t have to worry about any alterations whatsoever. I really enjoyed my time at svetlana and it was definitely worth driving from another state to get to svetlana where I found my dream dress. I couldn’t thank you enough Natalia and Svetlana.

Natalia helped me create a custom dress of my dreams and I couldn't be more excited to get to wear it on my wedding day. Svetlana Bridal Couture saved my day! I needed a wedding dress in less than 3 weeks, and I found the most amazing one that, you wouldn't even believe it, fit me perfectly without alterations. They have such beautiful dresses -- unique and not mass produced -- and they carry a variety of sample sizes, so there really is a chance you'll find one (of course they also customize dresses, so if you have more time than I did, you should totally do that!!). Natalia was so super kind and patient with me, and she even opened up the store on a Sunday evening to come in after I explained my dress emergency on the phone. I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop. I am so happy with my dress and with my overall experience.

I am incredibly happy that I went with Svetlana Bridal Couture for my wedding dress!! I had originally tried finding a dress designer online, since I wanted something a bit unconventional (I couldn’t see myself in a plain white wedding dress; there needed to be some color in it). After being ghosted by two separate designers on Etsy, my time frame for finding a wedding dress was narrowing—fortunately, though, my best friend recommended the place that she went for her wedding dress, which was Svetlana Bridal! I went into the shop with my friend and found “the dress” that very same day; I probably tried on about 7 or 8 dresses, and everyone agreed on the one dress that worked best for me. On top of that, Natalia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. She scheduled the appointment so my friend and I were the only people in the shop with her, so the experience felt very personalized and not at all stressful. The biggest plus was that Natalia/Svetlana Bridal had a lot of flexibility with customizing the dress to my vision. After falling in love with one of the sample dresses, I asked if the dress could be modified to include some layers of light blue fabric as well as a red 3D rose on the waist, to which Natalia excitedly replied “yes”! I also requested an extension to the train, which was no problem for Svetlana Bridal to accomplish. Considering the fact that this dress needed to be fitted to me and designed in less than 5 months, I was thrilled that Natalia was so accommodating! I would say that the only hiccup in the process was that I did not see a photo of the final dress before it was shipped to the store (when we had agreed to go back and forth with photos until final approval), so I was slightly anxious about the final result once it came in. Fortunately, though, the Svetlana Bridal crew knew exactly what they were doing, and everything was PERFECT and exactly what I was hoping for! The dress was so unique and fit me like a glove, and the incorporation of light blue fabrics, the red rose, and a red lace up corset ribbon in the back made my dress the talk of the wedding! Thank you, Natalia and the Svetlana Bridal crew, for making me feel like an absolute queen on my wedding day!

I went into Svetlana Bridal Couture in a complete panic after my original wedding dress (bought at a different store) wasnt altered correctly. My wedding was 5 weeks away. Natalia was amazing. She had me come in right away and helped me find my DREAM wedding dress. I am so thankful for her. My only regret through this whole process was not going to Svetlana when I originally started looking for dresses. She has the most stunning gowns. Thank you Natalia!!!

Natalia was amazing in helping me put together a wedding dress. The shop is beautiful with multiple options lined up on the walls and on racks. She's very patient and sweet, giving me great insight and advice while we were in the shop, including picking out a veil. The dress does take 10-12 months to be put together and she gave us multiple updates throughout the process via email and phone. I loved the final product we put together. They even extended my train free of charge so the veil could lay perfectly on top and it could then be bustled during the reception. I had a destination wedding and the garment bag provided was easy to place into a carry on suitcase or be a carry on item itself. I would recommend the shop to anyone who would like a custom wedding dress.

I shopped around for my dress at SO MANY places in NYC and Westchester County and was feeling defeated that I could not find "the one." When I walked into Svetlana Bridal Couture with my mom and sisters, Natalia locked the boutique door behind us, giving me her full attention for the appointment. I cannot say enough how happy I am with my experience at Svetlana Bridal. If I could give Natalia 10 stars I would! My mother, sister and I had looked at a few other bridal shops but nothing was ‘me’. When we met with Natalia we were the only appointment so we had her full attention. I fell in love with the top of a dress but did not like the skirt. Natalia listened intently to why I did not like the skirt and asked what I would like it to be. She then took a dress off the mannequin and held the skirt at my waist, exactly what I wanted. She assured me that the border on the bottom of the skirt would be altered to compliment the top. I also wanted some black crystals on the top and she said that was no problem. I was a little apprehensive since we were marrying two different dresses and it is hard to imagine what the final dress will look like. I had NO need to worry! When the dress came it fit me perfectly, no alterations were needed, and it was everything I imagined and more! For anyone reading this review who thinks this semi-custom dress was extremely expensive, nope, the price was very reasonable. Thank you so much Natalia for a wonderful, stress-free experience! I will share pictures after the big day!

I’m the son of the bride and when we were looking for stores for her dress, there was never any dress that made my mom feel right, as she is one indecisive person. However, when we went into Svetlana, we were welcomed by Natalie, who was such a nice, honest, and patient person. The dresses at her shop were beautiful that it became difficult to pick a dress, so we tried on many dresses, but there was one dress that my mom kept on eyeing the whole time, and once she tried it on everyone knew it was the best for her. Thanks to Natalie we found a dress, because my mom and I knew nothing about dresses, such as fabric and shape, so she told us what she knew making this a learning experience for my mom and I. When we finally got the dress everything was perfect, the size, shape, and the train, that once we left the store my mom couldn’t wait for her wedding. I highly recommend this place, and I hope anyone who is finding a dress, finds something for them at this shop.

We had a destination wedding in NY, and I was in desperate need of getting my dress steamed 1 day before the wedding when Svetlana's bridal came to the rescue and made it all possible. She was so helpful and quick to respond, my dress was ready in less than 2 hours in mint condition and at a great price. I had gotten quotes from surrounding areas for over $250 to have my dress steamed. I will continue to recommend this bridal shop for every bride that wants exceptional service during the most stressful time of their wedding. Svetlana's Bridal will be sure to get the job done!

This shop is amazing! the owner, Natalia was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the process and was willing to work with me when I asked for a pop of color in my dress! it turned out exactly the way I had hoped and fits like a glove.
