We booked Mission Theatre as our wedding venue, so it was incredibly convenient having RJ's Bob Be Que right down the street. We originally booked our catering through Sarah, but D...
enise took over after Sarah returned to her home state. I was originally bummed, because we had to go through all of our plans and the details again, but Denise was incredibly patient, sweet, and upheld everything that we originally booked through Sarah. Denise went above and beyond for us on-site the day of our wedding too. For example, we had ordered a pint of cheesy mac just for our sweetheart table and she made sure it was there for us. While her staff set up, manned our buffet tables and cleared guests plates, Denise herself checked in on us multiple times to see if she could get us anything. RJ's even cut our wedding cake for us, free of charge, and set out to-go boxes so our guests could take leftovers with them, since we were going on our honeymoon and didn't want the leftovers to go to waste. They packed up and labeled the leftovers we did have, which was also nice and made it easy for our family who'd volunteered to take the leftovers to our house. Our catering experience with RJ's was good and Denise was very open to meeting our needs and she was very sweet to work with. I'd definitely recommend them for local BBQ catering.
