Harbor Club at Prime

. I was originally worried about people having to wait a long time for drinks at the bar, or the floor feeling overcrowded, but the HC team made sure all 175 of my guests were happy, dancing, drinking and EATING the entire night. When my husband and I went around cocktail hour to say hello to all of our guests, most immediately said “this is the best cocktail hour I’ve ever been to”. The food, presentation, and service was unmatched. During the planning process, I worked with Helen who is the most genuine person I have ever met. You can tell she loves what she does, and when I saw her on my wedding day I felt like I was seeing a family member for the first time in my dress! She is a special human who makes you feel heard and seen the entire process. Laurie was also a pleasure to work with, and Richard pulled the night off seamlessly. I could go on and on, but I am just so happy that we chose Harbor Club at Prime for our big day!

Everything went smoothly, guests raved about the quality of both the food and drink, and the party was outrageous. All the staff, in particular Helen, was beyond attentive to our needs for weeks leading up to our big day, which truly made our wedding day stress free and special. Having your wedding at the Harbor Club is elegance, quality, and care. I’m sad our wedding is over, but so happy to have all the amazing memories I’ve shared with the Harbor Club throughout the process. We are looking forward to celebrating each and every anniversary at Prime, reminiscing about our day.

She answered phone calls, emails, texts, etc. She is so passionate about what she does and she held my hand all the way till midnight on my wedding day.... guiding me all the way and I can't thank her enough for that! The staff was so professional and so helpful the night of anything I needed, they did it! Their kindness and ability to get things done quickly was amazing and made it so stress free. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your wedding here, these people are incredible and the views are out of this world! etic Christine, the sales manager, and Helen, the wedding coordinator, were a pleasure to work with and were on top of everything. Our guests have still been raving about the food at our wedding and that it was the best cocktail hour they have ever been in. Harbor Club offers WAY more included food stations/hor d'oeuvres/entree options than any other venue we had looked at. One of my favorite things they did was add speciality drinks with each cocktail station. For example they pair mini lobster rolls and fried clam strips with Montauk beers and the taco station with mini Don Julio bottles filled with margarita! They also offer so many unique add ons that we couldn’t resist doing, like tomahawk steaks being served to each table and a champagne tower. The staff for our day were complete professionals and ensured everything went smoothly. We had 140 guests and the venue fit that size perfectly.

e to start!!! We were drawn to HCP right away for many reasons, including the very modern look, the amazing view of the harbor, the outstanding food, and how welcomed we felt from the start. We worked with Helen (events coordinator) and Christine (sales manager) throughout the time from booking to our wedding day. To say we felt at ease with low stress knowing that they both were on top of everything is genuinely true, although not common to hear when planning a wedding. Christine was always so quick to answer our emails with any questions/concerns we had, and Helen stayed so on top of everything that was needed to coordinate a perfect wedding day, as well as made both of us and our families at ease whenever we met with her. The HCP team made our wedding day beyond what we ever could have hoped for - from the way they set everything up, to how they welcomed our guests, and the food that was just out of this world and still has our guests talking about, along with incredible cocktails that were continuously supplied, everything was just honestly incredible. I’ve never heard people be so blown away by a cocktail hour like they were by the one presented at HCP - it was truly out of this world and clearly shows that they try to fit the restaurant versus catering hall vibe. The whole staff the night of was so attentive and amazing, and our guests had such an amazing time. The whole day flowed so smoothly; Richard (Maitre D), Kevin and Maurico (captains), and Jacaranda (bridal attendant) were all so dedicated to making our wedding perfect and they really worked well together along with Helen, Christine, and the rest of the HCP team to do just that. If you are looking for a modern, intimate wedding or other event with the best food and team you’ll find, run to HCP - we cannot recommend them enough!!! ~ Roza and Matt Milone

utes of meeting with the amazing Christine Walters, we walked out onto the dock at HCP and turned to each other and said, "this is it!" In our very comfortable and candid initial conversation with Christine, we felt extremely confident that HCP would bring our vision to life, and in all sincerity, they exceeded our expectations! We were in search of a non-traditional wedding venue; a boutique venue, as Christine referred to them as. Our vision was to have an elegant reception, with food quality and service at the forefront. We are an Italian (& Irish/Australian) family, so food quality is the most crucial part of a wedding reception! We are big fans of Prime Huntington, and when we came to find out that the chefs are the same as the neighbor restaurant, we were assured that the food would be extraordinary. In speaking with our guests during and after the wedding, the compliments that we received on the food were innumerable! Everyone raved about the cocktail hour - the stations and passed hor d'oeuvres; the selection of entrees, the surprise Tomahawk steak, the duet course, and the dessert. We were extremely satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food! Their professionalism is exceptional. I cannot even begin to describe the amount of email correspondence that I must have sent to both Christine and Helen in preparation for the big day. I am a very detailed-oriented person, and throughout the entire process, I always felt reassured that the team at HCP knew exactly what I wanted. Christine & Helen truly made the entire wedding planning process so seamless and uncomplicated. They met all of my requests and helped me feel so comfortable in my decisions for the big day. These two ladies are boss ladies!!! They are genuine in their nature and truly wish to provide the most unforgettable experience for their couples and guests. I cannot rave enough about HCP and Christine & Helen! My husband (ah!) and I, and our families had the most memorable day at Harbor Club at Prime! Thank you will never be enough!
