aint Elizabeth Parish, we had our reception at The Roosevelt Room at Union Station, and our bridal party and immediate family stayed at Hotel Northampton. Jillian at Valet Park was super accommodating and extremely helpful when trying to logistically figure out all of the "moving parts" when it came to getting people from point A, to point B, to point C. With Jillian's help, we came up with a streamlined schedule, that took out the stress of possibly losing an important person when it came time for pictures, etc! Our driver, Richard, was always timely and accommodating to our bridal party of about 20 people. Thank you for being a part of our special day, Valet Park!

The difference between 4 stars & 5 stars was the last minute changes to our shuttle schedule. Due to construction in Boston, VPA was concerned that there would be challenges in doing loops between our church (in Brighton) and the reception venue (Fairmont Copley Plaza). Initially there was a plan to do 2 loops with 2 shuttles to get everyone to the ceremony, then 1 drop off with 3 shuttles, then finally we landed on 2 loops with 1 shuttle & 1 drop off with a second shuttle. I wish we had worked those plans out sooner than 2 days before the wedding, but everyone who wanted to take the shuttle made it, so it worked out in the end.

le service for our guests who were staying at the hotel. We had two shuttles and both drivers, Lloyd and Miguel were very professional. Both drivers contacted me via cell phone. They introduced themselves and let me know their timeline for arriving at the hotel for pick up, and again later in the evening when they returned to the venue to pick up our friends and families to return them to the hotel.
The shuttles were neat and clean and appeared to be new vehicles.
The staff people at VPA that I worked with coordinating the schedule, timeline, trip route, etc., were also very pleasant and patient. It is a difficult task lining up hotel check-in times with venue times and a shuttle service, and VPA was very accommodating and made suggestions that were helpful.
If you are looking for any type of transportation, reach out to VPA. I believe you will not be disappointed.

What is most impressive however is as our guest counts at different hotels changed, VPA was flexible to change the plan to suit the day's needs and change our financial cost to fit the finalized plan. Their efficiency, flexibility, and coordination made it super easy to trust our guests got where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Jillians response when I informed her was “ I got you” within minutes she was on the phone reassuring me she will email me the new pick up times for both hotels and to not worry. Wedding day transportation was spot on to the times she had planned. The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly and the shuttle was perfect and comfy for all our guests. She reached out to me to confirm all the details and timing two weeks in advance of our wedding, and the week-of, she reached out with the name and contact information for our driver. On the day-of, Nelson (our driver) was prompt, professional, and exceedingly helpful, especially when he made sure to get me on and off the shuttle in my wedding dress without getting drenched in the pouring rain. My husband and I cannot recommend Valet Park of America highly enough.

because we didn't have to rely on the hotel shuttle being available.
We had two shuttle buses that stayed throughout the ceremony and reception for anyone looking to get back and forth before and after the reception. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were so incredibly wonderful - kind and fun loving.
We also used them to bring us to the venue for our first look (my husband and I separately) and then took trips for our bridal party and families for photos before the ceremony.
Their prices were fair and the service was great!

d friendly, and the shuttle was nice and clean.
We had the shuttle pick up the groom and groomsmen at one location, drop them at the venue. Then he picked up me (the bride) and bridesmaids. He returned to the venue and we stayed on schedule the whole time!
I'd recommend to anyone looking for reasonably priced, and reliable wedding transportation.

river was okay. She wasn't the friendliest, and we even let her leave earlier than scheduled as the night was over. She was late picking people up and dropping off.. even though the wedding and hotel were exactly 1 mile apart from each other....My sister had to call her to find out where she kept going... Everything did work out though and I do recommend this company, I would just find out more about your driver. Like i said the woman we dealt with at the company was so wonderful, that worrying about the actual driver wasn't a concern for us.. but i would recommend it.

We used VPA for our October 2018 wedding. We had a shuttle service and parking attendants - and they were fantastic! Very attentive, courteous, accommodating and helpful. In fact,...
minutes before the ceremony began, the pastor asked if we'd like the church bells to ring when the ceremony concluded. We thought that would be great, but didn't arrange for anyone to do that. Our parking attendant volunteered himself, received a quick tutorial, and sat up in the rafters for the duration of the ceremony. As we exited, the church bells rang out! We'll never forget that. VPA goes above and beyond every time. Thank you!

wedding to get the entire party around to picture places and we ended up being on time that we were able to go to our local fire station and take some pretty cute pictures there too! VPA worked with me with every change I had and our driver, Bob, was the best!!!!! We were a rowdy crowd that had a few last minute changes and he didn't mind at all! The pricing is unbeatable!!!!

to our timeline that were made in advance, and even one that was made the morning of the wedding! The customer service/sales staff were very professional and friendly during the booking/planning process. They even called me days in advance to confirm the timeline, which made me feel comfortable that everything would go according to plan. On the day of the wedding the driver arrived over a half an hour early and was extremely professional. The buses were clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. My wedding was in Bridgewater, MA and they came out from Rhode Island for no additional fee. I would highly recommend this company to every couple!

25 passenger bus for transportation of the bridal party then for our guests later in the night. They were priced fairly, the driver was professional and friendly, and the service was fantastic. I couldn’t have been happier with how the transportation worked out on our special day.
