BT was my first and last stop shopping for my wedding dress. I had no idea what I wanted walking into my appointment and I was blown away by how knowledgeable, kind, and supportive Yvonne was! I genuinely could not have had a better stylist helping me! Often I would like or dislike something about a dress but couldn’t put it into words and Yvonne was able to exactly describe to me what I was struggling to explain. She was able to help me sift through dresses easily and stress-free to the point where, once she had feedback from me, every dress she pulled was something I liked! She was also able to tell when to stop pulling dresses as I was clearly going back and forth between a few. Yvonne made the whole experience easy and fun, and she never put any pressure on me at all! She was so kind, letting me stay far longer than my 1 hour timeslot, which helped give me the time I needed to find my dress! Thank you, Yvonne!

I liked this vendor! I have not yet purchased my dress from here because I wanted to shop around at some other stores first and explore other options, but this was my first time shopping for wedding dresses and I was quite impressed! I would certainly recommend them moving forward and Jodi was great and helpful and customer service was on point. Thank you ladies for your help during a very exciting and scary time. My family was not able to be there so I appreciated the support from Jodi.

I loved working with Bridal Trousseau for my big day! I primarily worked with Vera who was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable when I was just trying things on and trying to get an idea of what I wanted. I came back with part of my bridal party and some family for a champagne appointment and had such a great time. If you're looking for a nice experience with other people while picking your wedding dress I would suggest doing this. When I came back for fittings I fell more and more in love with my dress each time. Their tailor is also excellent and by the end my dress fit me perfectly. They listened to any concerns I had throughout the process and made me feel beautiful for my big day. I would definitely suggest them if you're looking for a great one-on-one experience in a shop that isn't huge and overwhelming.

From the moment I booked my appointment, everyone at Bridal Trousseau was amazing! My consultant Jodi was kind, patient, funny and awesome!!! She pulled soo many dresses for me to try on and even let me look at all the dresses, which many other bridal stores didn’t. Once I said yes to the dress, we were spoiled with champagne and Jodi took pictures of us to celebrate! I could not recommend them enough!!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dresses from Bridal Trousseau. I worked with Vera who is fantastic- she was so attentive to how I felt in every dress I tried, and she quickly picked out the exact styles I liked. Their selection is beautiful, and I was so happy with the two dresses (ceremony and reception) I purchased. The owner was very friendly and would pop by to say hello and check-in at almost every appointment. Their seamstress who I worked with was very talented and extremely accommodating, especially with the customizations I requested. Everything turned out perfectly and I highly recommend!

We had a FANTASTIC experience with Bridal Trousseau! I got married on July 8th, 2022. July 2021, we booked a private appointment for a Sunday. What an amazing time! Yvonne was so patient, knowledgable, and kind when helping me find the perfect dress. She pulled SO many dresses, ensured that I was happy, and gave excellent, honest feedback. Even though it is a smaller shop, there are so many beautiful dresses. They were the only place we went dress shopping, and they took care of me for the entire process. Highly, highly recommend!

I found my dress here! The shop was so nice, and I had a great experience with Zoe from Bridal Trousseau. The champagne toast private appointment was well worth it — we were the only ones in the back room and it felt really intimate! My guests enjoyed the snacks and they had a wide selection of dresses to pick from. Highly recommend!

My experience at Bridal Trousseau was amazing! I had Vera as my stylist and she was so friendly and attentive. She took all my feedback with the different dresses she had me try on and helped me find THE ONE! I highly recommend this place because even if you don’t find your dream dress, your experience here is guaranteed to be great.

I lost count of how many times I had to go down to try on the brides maid dress that was supposed to be finished, and nothing had been touched. There will still pins in it one time, the zipper had not been attached another, it had not been hemmed correctly... I paid in good faith for an alteration and it was an hour drive each time I had to go try it on. That would be okay if they did what they were supposed to, but each time was a waste of driving and my aggravation. They cut it real close to the wedding date because of their mistakes. Stay away for brides maids dresses! I should have been offered something off for my time.

I had the BEST experience at Bridal Trousseau! I called them looking for a specific dress. I called a bunch of places and they were the only ones who had what I was looking for! The lady on the phone was SO nice and accommodating. The day I went in, a different lady helped me but she was just as friendly and helpful! She never rushed me or my party, and patiently gave me multiple options for my look. She answered all my questions and even upgraded us to their VIP area! I had the best experience at BT! I just ordered my dress yesterday! Toni was beyond patient and incredibly helpful as I found my dream dress! We clicked right off the bat and any questions I had, she answered super honestly and calmed my anxiety as the dresses I tried on weren’t always my size. I fell in love first with the shop upon walking in they made you feel welcome never pressured you and my personal savior Stylist Toni was a wonder. Third time was really the charm! I had been to two other bridal salons prior to Bridal Trousseau. As soon as I walked into BT I was greeted by Yvonne, probably one of the most kind/warm hearted individuals I have ever met. She was so patient, so knowledgeable, and really made the entire bridal experience. She spent time explaining different styles, different available customizations, let me browse the racks for gowns, and let all my guests choose a gown for me to try on. I did a champagne appointment and I’m glad I did. It was nice to have the entire store to ourselves. We never felt rushed, pressured, or that we were an inconvenience. Because of Yvonne, I was able to confidentially say yes to the most beautiful gown :-)!

I initially went to a different bridal store before coming here and had a bad experience so last minute looked for somewhere else to go that day and found Bridal Trousseau with a very easy to use website I was able to book an appointment right online for later that day! I was very impressed with the dress selection they had and the stylist helping us Jodi was wonderful she allowed me to try on as many dresses an I liked and was really good at helping me narrow my search and find what I liked most! I ended up finding my wedding gown there and purchasing it. The alterations process was also wonderful the seamstress is excellent I was nervous because I lost weight and the dress ended up very big and I’m short so it needed a lot hemmed but she did amazing you couldn’t tell anything had been done to it, it was comfortable and fit perfectly, and the way she did the bustle was beautiful! Highly recommend!

This place 😍😍😍 I have no words. They are simply the best. I am still in shock. I found my dream dress in just 2 hours. Ebony was the stylist a girl could only dream about. I felt so seen. I didn’t go in expecting to buy anything because I am so indecisive. But Ebony was patient and guided me through the process. She ended up showing me dresses that complimented my shape and figure. I live all the way in Texas and came up to do the bubbly appointment with my family and friends and the team still went above and beyond to make sure I found something in my budget that I loved. I am not one to love to go shopping and try things on… Bridal Trousseau made it so fun and so stress free! The two hours of trying dresses on, they were very accommodating to all my needs! They helped with opinions and knowledge and found dresses based off whcih way my style was leaning towards! Completely recommend them!

Ahhh where to begin? I don’t wear dresses. The closest I get to dressing fancy is wearing a romper, so to say I was a bit ignorant is an overstatement. I walked in and had a *general idea* of what I wanted to wear. Eboni picked out a dress within minutes that was right within my price range, exactly as I described it, and fit like a glove. The dress I fell in love with was the 2nd dress I tried on, and the first dress she picked out for me. Eboni was incredibly encouraging, hilarious, and gave me constructive advice to make sure I was making the right decision. I’m so glad I decided to take the leap and actually visit a bridal salon because I felt like a celebrity. I can’t wait to go back! From start to finish on our very long 2 year journey- Bridal Trousseau was amazing. When I went in to try on dresses they listened to exactly what I wanted and even let me look through dresses on my own, they were very helpful and kind and even made an effort to get to know me better as a bride which I really appreciated. Throughout my entire two year engagement (prolonged by the pandemic) they were incredibly responsive and helpful. So much so that I decided to do my alterations and my veil through them as well. Everyone who works there is especially warm and kind and special shout out to Yvonne who helped me find the perfect dress. (Really there were two perfect dresses and it was so hard to choose which one I wanted). I highly recommend Bridal Trousseau, especially if you want to support black businesses. And Mel- the owner, is extremely sweet and kind as well.

What an amazing experience!!!! BT has a beautiful collection of dresses. Yvonne was a delight! She was so sweet and patience. She pays attention to details and listens. It was my first time shopping and I really wasn’t expecting anything and well, I feel in love with a dress!!! I have to say that I did kept my other appointments and visited other places, but nothing compared to their service. I went back for my dress! I put it on and did not want to take it off. It’s truly was THE DRESS! Yvonne got us champagne and we toasted to another yes in my life! It was a great experience!

I had such a wonderful experience with Vera. I went in looking for one dress but open to trying on different styles. I ended up falling in love with the second dress Vera had me try on. (Which was not the dress I went in looking for) She was amazing and all the other ladies in the shop were so nice. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Mel! My family and I had a private, 2 hour champagne appointment on a Monday and had such a great time. We walked in to find a beautiful, customized welcome sign with my name on it. Mel was so helpful in giving honest feedback on the gowns I tried on and helped me find styles that work the best for my body type and the vibe I am trying to set. Her genuine interest in what I was saying, how I was feeling, and what I was looking for simply blew me away! My group returned on Thursday of the same week for a follow-up appointment after a very disappointing experience at another salon and we had the same, wonderful experience with Mel on our second visit. The gown selection is fantastic and the salon is a very comfortable space. Mel is so unbelievably patient and kind, I can't thank her enough for helping me find the wedding dress of my dreams!

I had a terrible experience at another store the day before, so she made this memory into a beautiful one. I could NOT be more thankful. Fantastic experience at Bridal Trousseau! They were so accommodating when I called for a same day appointment. I loved that I was able to browse dresses by myself instead of having my "entourage" pick out dresses for me. Yvonne was so helpful in narrowing down my dress choices. I felt truly cared for during my appointment and was able to find the perfect dress!

The experience I had at Bridal Trousseau was absolutely great! Yvonne and Eboni both assisted me and they were so patient and kind and extremely helpful. They both made me feel very comfortable. I went to this place as my last stop after searching everywhere for a dress. I almost cancelled my appointment because I was feeling so overwhelmed shopping at other places and not finding "the one". Let me tell you I am so happy I didn't cancel because I found my dream dress here! It has everything I was looking for! I decided to come back to the shop the following week when they were having their trunk show in order to get the dress at a discount. I came back with some family members that hadn't come to the first appointment so that they could see me in the dress and both Yvonne and Eboni were so accommodating. We even had a champagne toast when I finally said "Yes"! I can't say anything about alterations because my fiancé's aunt is a seamstress and will be taking care of that for me but over all it was a great experience and I would totally recommend this place.
