Since we were planning out of state, we really wanted to make sure we booked a coordinator who could help us have a beautiful wedding day with minimal stress. Melissa was fantastic at reaching out early on, setting up timelines for us, reaching out to vendors as we booked them to confirm their arrivals on the day of, and communicated clearly with us on the details that we wanted to have for the day of. Melissa was fantastic the day of, getting everything set up, solving a few random problems that popped up, and kept everything and everyone on time the whole day. At the end of the evening, Melissa packed everything up that we had brought so it was super easy for our parents to load everything in. We highly recommend Melissa at The Perfect Touch and loved working with her!

Nicole and The Perfect Touch were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We truly can’t recommend them enough.
From our very first intake meeting, Nicole took the time to understand the vision we had for our wedding and helped bring it to life. Whenever we weren’t sure where to start or needed ideas, she always had thoughtful recommendations and helpful insights without ever making us feel pressured. She found us an amazing photographer and a 9-piece band which were such highlights of our wedding. She really listened to what was important to us and helped us make decisions that fit our wedding.
Our wedding celebration spanned two days, with an intimate family ceremony followed by a reception for 150 guests, and thanks to Nicole, we were able to enjoy all of it. She kept everything organized, kept us on budget, coordinated all of the moving pieces, provided us with really nice rental equipment so we didn’t have to purchase one-and-done items, and handled countless details behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about them.
Nicole was incredibly responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire planning process. She did so much research for us, answered every question we had, and always made us feel like we were in good hands. On the wedding weekend, everything flowed so smoothly that we were able to be fully present with our family and friends instead of stressing about logistics.
If you’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making your wedding everything you hope it will be, Nicole is the planner you need. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her.

We got married in March, and it’s honestly taken me weeks to sit down and write this because I’ve been trying to figure out how to put into words just how incredible our experience...
was with Nicole and The Perfect Touch Co. Every time I started writing, it never felt like it did them justice. From my very first phone call with Nicole, I remember hanging up and thinking, “Okay…I can actually breathe.” Planning a destination wedding from Florida was hard, but every single conversation with her left me feeling lighter. She had this way of making us feel like everything is under control while also making us feel like you’re talking to someone we had known forever!! She was professional in every sense of the word, but also one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve probably (ever) met. The type of person you’re like “wait, can we be friends??” lol!
When we finally got to Colorado and met her in person, she was more attentive than we imagined. Our rehearsal was one of the first moments where we realized just how amazing she is at what she does! She had printed timelines for everyone, walked our entire wedding party through exactly what to expect, answered every question before people even had to ask, and somehow got our ENTIRE family organized and out of there in about 30 minutes. Which, if you’ve ever met our families, is a miracle in itself. Everyone walked away knowing exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do, and made our lives SOOO much easier. Then came wedding day…along with about 10 inches of snow!!! No big deal though. Even with weather that none of us could have planned for, we never once felt like things were falling apart. Nicole was calm, reassuring, and somehow always one step ahead. Every time I looked around, she was quietly taking care of something, checking in on someone, fixing something behind the scenes, or making sure everything was okay. Because of her, I got to spend my wedding day actually soaking it all in instead of worrying about everything happening around me.
One of my favorite memories from the entire day is something that probably seems so small, but I’ll never forget it. Right before the chapel doors opened, it was just me, my dad, Nicole, and our venue coordinator Anna, standing there holding the doors. My bridal party had already walked down the aisle, and I was seconds away from seeing my husband. I remember looking at them and just feeling…SO calm. As someone who struggles with intense anxiety, that’s not a feeling that comes easily to me. Somehow, in one of the biggest moments of my entire life, Nicole made me feel completelyyyyy at peace. I don’t know if she’ll ever realize how much that moment meant to me, but it will always be one of my favorite memories from our wedding day.
By the end of the weekend, it honestly didn’t feel like we’d only known her for a short time. In the most not weird way, it felt like someone who had been in our lives for years!!
Nicole gave us the chance to be fully present on the best day of our lives, and that is something I will never be able to thank her enough for. We laughed, we cried, we soaked in every single moment, and so much of that was because she carried everything else for us! If I could do the entire wedding all over again, hiring Nicole would still be the easiest decision we’d make. We are forever grateful for her, and I truly hope every couple gets to experience the kind of peace, joy, and confidence she gave us throughout our wedding weekend.

Angela is incredibly communicative, organized, and creative. Multiple vendors even commented on how wonderful she was to work with and how on top of every detail she was—something that really stood out to us.
It’s clear that Angela genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every aspect of her work. She helped turn our Estes Park wedding into something that felt like a fairytale. The wedding day went so smoothly, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Angela had everything handled before I could even think twice. We trusted her completely and truly valued her insight and recommendations throughout the entire planning process.
She even went above and beyond by attending vendor meetings in person when our work schedules didn’t allow us to, especially when we wanted someone there to evaluate floral arrangements firsthand.

Meredith went so far above and beyond that I still get emotional thinking about how much love and effort she poured into our day. She anticipated every little detail before I even thought of it, handled every hiccup with grace, and made sure my family and I could be fully present and stress-free. I could literally feel how deeply she cared about making everything perfect — not just for me and my partner, but for everyone who attended.

Honestly she gave us help and suggestions throughout the whole process, not just the month-of. It was so great to have someone working with us to help keep track of vendors and also do some of the vendor communication behind the scenes! Also, having Melissa coordinate those vendors day-of so that we didn't have to worry about any of it was amazing.
Melissa also took so much stress off our plates regarding decor! Neither my husband or I had strong opinions on decor, but knew we wanted to incorporate handmade book flowers somehow. Melissa came through with beautiful vision boards to go with our flowers, and it resulted in everything we never would have even known we wanted!
She made the day-of run so smoothly, even when we had some hiccups with rain. If anything went wrong, we didn't have to know about it because Melissa had it handled!

Throughout the planning process, she was very communicative, always on top of deadlines and took all the stress out of working with vendors/timelines/negotiations/etc. Working with Nicole truly made our planning process fun and so much easier that we imagined. This also let us be 100% present at our wedding, which was exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to worry about coordinating anything and could really soak up each moment. We couldn't be more grateful for the support from Nicole and The Perfect Touch team and would absolutely recommend to anyone on the fence! Nicole exudes calm confidence, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. She worked seamlessly with our entire vendor team and took full ownership of communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding. For example, I never had to go back and forth with the DJ about timing or logistics — I just shared the vibe and music preferences, and Nicole handled the rest!
We also used her rental company, which made the decor process so easy. Nicole asked thoughtful questions, referenced my Pinterest board, and quickly pulled together a rental package that beautifully matched the florals and the venue. The final result was stunning and cohesive without being overwhelming.
Nicole knows the Estes Park area and vendor scene incredibly well, and her pricing was more than fair for the level of service and peace of mind she provided. I would absolutely recommend The Perfect Touch to any couple getting married in Estes Park — or anywhere else they work!

endly, communicative, and helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Even though we hired TPT for month-of, we had a couple of planning calls as early as 5 months before the wedding. We also rented our decor (table decor, cake stands, sign holders) and printed our welcome sign and seating chart through The Perfect Touch, which was a HUGE help and greatly reduced the amount of decor we had to handle ourselves.
Meridith helped us from going crazy during the last month before the wedding when all of the payment deadlines, vendor timeline decisions, and decor to-dos started to hit. Rosalie did an awesome job day-of, and made sure that everything was set up perfectly. Hiring The Perfect Touch was definitely the best decision we made when planning our wedding. The wedding was everything that we had ever hoped for, thanks to their hard work!

She was there to prompt me step by step, answered questions from vendors on my behalf, and kept tabs on all the moving parts so that nothing was forgotten. We took advantage of some of the extra services offered and I'm so glad we did. They handled our day-of stationary, signage and rental items. Having those tasks in Angela's hands as the final days ticked by took so much stress off of me.

to work with and helped us have the most perfect, stress free wedding day. I don’t think we had to lift a finger to do anything as Nicole was 20 steps ahead. From the initial inquiry to post wedding she was fantastic. Leading up to the wedding she frequently checked in with us on planning, offered help when searching for vendors and overall just listened to whatever we had to talk about. The Perfect Touch had a great online system that was incredibly helpful to track vendors, to do list, schedule, and the layout!
After listening to our vision she created the perfect layout and all we had to do was assign seats! It was so easy to use and great visuals. The day of she is a magical event ninja. She had everything absolutely handled so we could focus on the fun parts of the day. She was always there when needed but never felt like she was in the way. She always had our favorite drinks in hand when we didn’t know we needed! She kept the day flowing and on time. I never had to question what was going on or where we needed to be. She was on top of it from start to finish! She managed us, all of our vendors, and some family members that needed a little extra help. Nicole was calm, cool and collected from the very beginning which really set the tone for the day.
On top of her exceptional planning and coordination the Perfect Touch also offers rentals which were incredible! Their rental catalog had plenty of wonderful options in multiple styles. We were able to rent some yard games for cocktail hour, table décor, and a gorgeous display for a bud vase wall. If you are on the fence with a coordinator I couldn’t recommend Nicole enough. She will make sure your day is the most special and stress-free. She took care of everything from start to finish and smiled the whole time! You can tell she loves what she does, and it certainly shows! Nicole and the Perfect Touch truly created the most memorable day for us.

them early in the process, they were prompt in communications and helped us to secure our dream venue and vendors with their in depth knowledge of the front range wedding scene.
Beyond their venue insight, Angela met with us several times throughout our planning process to establish our vision for our big day and was an invaluable resource in keeping us on track with important dates, deposits, decisions, and more. Angela had her hands full with us being out of state chronic procrastinators but she was able to shepherd us in the right direction by making each major task seem like no bog deal.
Not only are Angela and Nicole a pleasure to work with, The Perfect Touch uses tools like Aisle Planner which made keeping track of budgeting, decor, and timelines so easy and interactive.

and kind person, but she also is very good at her job. She gave great vendor recommendations and gave us advice throughout our wedding process, such as assistance with creating our wedding website and edits to our save the dates and invitations. Meridith was able to transform our backyard space into a beautiful wedding venue by coordinating all our vendors and helping us with our design choices. It was so nice knowing that our wedding day would turn out beautiful because of all her hard work. Thank you so much to Meridith and The Perfect Touch! We wish we could relive our special day over and over again.

e initial planning meeting all the way through our wedding day 15 months later. Meridith's experience in the industry and relationship with vendors made it easy for us to trust her recommendations, which reduced the amount of time, energy, and stress we spent on planning.
Meridith always advocated for our best interest. What was important to us was important to her. With so many moving parts between venues, hotels, transportation, and vendors, she always seemed on top of every detail.

ss, Meredith was responsive, patient, kind, diligent, and somehow made everything seem effortless! After the wedding, I told my ~husband~ that I feel like The Perfect Touch was the best investment we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. It decreased our stress greatly to have a team of experienced people thinking of all the small details we would otherwise have missed. The day after the wedding, we woke up knowing all of our belongings, gifts, decor, etc. were organized and in the right location, which made packing up for our mini-moon so easy and allowed us optimal time with our family and friends before they departed. Infinite thanks to Meredith and The Perfect Touch team for truly allowing us to enjoy every moment of our wedding. We knew we were in good hands!
