Just 35 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., this photographer happily services those celebrating throughout the region. When not behind the lens, Jay can be found creating new memories with his wife, Julianna, and their dog, Tobey. This photographer enjoys traveling and documenting his experiences and the globe’s natural beauty with his camera. He thrives when being able to tell the stories behind couples’ relationships and milestone moments through photography. Incredible Moments Photography aims to create images that align with your personality, vision, and expectations. On the big day itself, Jay can document the dazzling highlights and intimate moments before and during the ceremony, as well as throughout your reception. For a unique perspective of your special occasion, drone coverage can be provided. In addition to wedding photography, Jay is happy to arrange portrait sessions. Engagement photo shoots are available to safeguard the “yes” before the “I do.” This adventurous photographer also offers destination wedding packages to capture sun-kissed ceremonies or culture-filled receptions abroad.

Wow! We had the BEST experience with Jay and his team. He executed our vision for our engagement shoot perfectly. Each photo he took of us was absolutely magical. Jay’s personality and vibe is very warm and welcoming. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, his talents speak for themselves. I highly recommend him for all your future special moments you want to capture because he does it so amazing! If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. Thank you so much for everything.

I have used Jay 3 times already for our family photos shot at various outdoor locations and maternity shoot shot in studio. He HAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED!! I’m not very creative so he has done a wonderful job at helping us come up with different poses, he’s put in the effort of researching locations and come up with additional spots to get some cool photos at, he is honestly one of the most pleasant people to work with and it only helps that he is reasonably priced. The turn around for edited photos is also pretty quick and I haven’t been disappointed with a single image yet. We will be booking him again for our wedding and for all future sessions!!

Cannot express how happy I am with Jay and his assistant. He arrived right on time and took pictures the entire 11 hours. He had creative ideas for the pictures and was so pleasant through the entire wedding. I would highly recommend him for any of your photography needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Jay and his wife do fantastic work and more importantly are a delight to work with. We had Jay take the photos for our wedding in February 2019. After seeing the photos we could not be more delighted. Leading up to the big day, Jay was in contact and responsive always asking good questions to understand us and what we wanted for our wedding day. The day of the event he and his wife showed up early to prepare and get all the shots and settings prepped. They had wonderful ideas for a first look and all the wedding party photos. They were patient and thoughtful throughout the night. We are so happy we got to work with Jay. We highly recommend him for his professionalism, thoughtfulness, ideas, and kindness.

Jay did an amazing job with our wedding photography. We were only able to give him 5 days notice but he went above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. He was even able to set up a livestream of our wedding for our friends and family who could not attend the wedding. The photographs he produced were beautiful and he also made us a fusion video, which we are extremely happy with. He took some great aerial shots with his drone camera, which made the video something special. The price was very reasonable for the service we received. Jay is a great guy and takes a personal interest to ensure that he includes all the things you want. He worked hard to get things just the way we wanted and had the photographs ready within a week! We would be happy to share our video, if anyone would like to see the great work that he does. Thanks Jay! You made our day very special! I really enjoyed working with both Jay and Julianna! They captured phenomenal couple’s photos and let me and my partner know the best angles, poses, and if there was anything that we needed to alter or change. They work very well together and made us feel comfortable the entire photoshoot while also providing us with the best scenes and backgrounds to choose from. We will definitely use them every single time going forward and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for photographers.

If you are looking for a photographer with a passion for capturing your most precious moments, look no further! Jay and his team have a talent for bringing your visions to life and will stop at nothing to get the best possible shot (yes, even in 100 degree July weather!). What impressed me the most about IMP Photography, was how creative, kind and easy they were to work with. Jay took the time to listen to what I had in mind and knew exactly how to direct myself and my wedding party, in a way that not only made the shoot fun and exciting, but more importantly - brought our vision to reality. From the littlest details (which - as a Bride, you tend to miss because it all goes by so fast!) to the funniest, most incredible moments - IMP did not miss a beat and managed to capture it all!!! Will recommend IMP to anyone looking for a super talented, fun and creative wedding photographer!

Don’t hesitate to hire this team to capture the most important event in your life as a couple! Jay is professional, personable, and had a few tricks up his sleeve to make me look like a movie star. His shots are stunning and I loved his artistic vision. I would recommend him to any bride I know!
