Paola and her team were a dream to work with. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and she was willing to work with us and made the transition seamless. She was helpful with all of our planning and made the process painless. Our wedding videos are beautiful, from the music she selected, to the editing she did. Everything was wonderful and we couldn't be more excited to have those videos with us forever. If you are undecided on a videographer or who to hire, do yourself a favor and hire Paola and Vivid Photo and Video!

If you're on the fence about hiring a Videographer for your wedding day, first of all DO IT and second of all HIRE PAOLA AND THE VIVID TEAM!! You will not regret it!! Paola and I instantly connected on our initial intro call and I could tell she understood mine and my husband's vision just over the phone! Paola was so prepared for our final walkthrough call in the weeks leading up to the wedding, took the initiative to connect with our vendors prior to the day of and was just a literal dream to work with! Paola and her team captured every moment of our day so perfectly. Videographers tend to have to be in the background and work around other vendors but they made it look so easy. I've heard engaged couples have hesitations about hiring a video team for their wedding day because they don't want their wedding to feel like a production or they're constantly being followed by cameras- we truly NEVER felt like this with Vivid!! The highlight video still has me speechless. My husband and I watch it at least once a week and cry every time. We are blown away by the beautiful shots captured, and they way the highlight video was put together. Paola took special moments from every part of our day and the most beautiful and special clips of everyone's speeches and our vows, and drone footage is to die for - we truly could not ask for anything better. Our friends and family love the video too and many of them have told us they've watching it so many times over too. Our Best Man has even memorized the songs from the video lol! We also love having the full ceremony, speeches and dances captured in full to watch back. We will cherish this video forever and ever and we are so grateful for Paola and her team for being a part of and capturing our special day. Photos are so beautiful, but there is something so amazing about having the live moments of the day captured to look back on. If anyone is looking to hire a videographer for their wedding day we absolutely recommend Vivid Photo & Video to be apart of your special day!!

WHAT A DREAM TO WORK WITH!!!! Even with some logistical issues (rain, the original location was unexpectedly closed, etc.) Paola had back up plans for every hiccup, remained calm, and just had fun with us!!! The photos we've seen have been AMAZING so far and she is truly a joy to work with.

After some convincing of my now husband, we made the decision to hire Paola/ Vivid Photo & Video. I spent a good amount of time doing research and watching the work of many videographers in the Chicago area and OH MY GOSH are we so glad we went with Vivid. Paola is an absolute gem and her work is beautiful, creative, romantic and really emotional. She captured our day in the most perfect way we could have imagined. Paola was great to work with from the start, she was quick to respond and we spoke on the phone before booking to more easily discuss what I was looking for which helps to add a personal touch especially since everything is done over email these days. Throughout the year of planning she reached out to see if we needed help with anything and we spoke on the phone again before the wedding to nail down final details. Her and my photographer were also in contact with each other to ensure the day ran as smooth as possible. The day of the wedding her and her husband got there early to introduce herself and get set up. Throughout the day they both went above and beyond and were helpful in anyway they could be. Everyone felt very comfortable around them and this ensured they could get the best, most natural footage. Once we got our videos we were so blown away, they captured every emotion and did not miss a thing and the videos are so beautifully edited together. We are so in love with our videos! Can not recommend them enough!!

Paola was great. Can't thank her enough. She was very pleasant to work with on the day of the wedding, we got our video pretty quick, she made all the edits we asked her to do. Thanks Paola for being part of our big day.

In love with every single detail my video turned out to be. Paola is extremely professional, super nice and understanding of all my needs and she put extra care on my videos even though we had different music styles and different language, my video turned out to be just the way I imagined. Could not ask for a better videographer! PS. My videos were out in 5 weeks! She did amaaaazing!

Vivid photo did an amazing job capturing my special night. From the first look photos to the dance floor everything was amazing. We filled out a form that was sent to us by them so they knew exactly what we were looking for. We then had a meeting in person to discuss options and were able to look through some previous wedding photos taken for more ideas. Anytime I look back at the photos I feel I was the most beautiful bride ever and I still lose my breath looking at them. That feeling is because of the hard work Vivid did for me.

WE LOVED working with Paola. The process with planning our wedding video was so smooth, easy and fun. Paola is an amazing human. You have to have her there on your wedding day. She captured gorgeous footage, and we are so happy with our wedding videos (highlight + feature film). She really personally gets to know you, and in the end she got us SO well. Our wedding video is a GEM because of her hard work and fantastic eye for incredible footage opportunities. She is incredibly talented, and our final edit turned out amazing. She is also affordable which was a diamond in the rough. It's important to work with an artist themselves because it can get dicey with a big company that just assigns someone from the company to you and you have no idea what their work will be like. When you're looking at her work, she's done it herself so you know exactly what you are getting. I've watched her work over the last year or so, and she just gets better and better because she is so talented. A MUST HAVE for your wedding day! She is so flexible and accommodating too. She truly wants you to have the best wedding and to capture amazing footage during it! She amazed me by already having back up plans in case it rained, and when we were talking about locations, she knew the most efficient ways to get to each one because being on a party bus going through Chicago can be challenging. Paola is the BEST, so work with her!

We ordered combination Photographer & Videographer, incl. drone video for our son's marriage to Aracelly. The whole team was at the locations agreed to and on time! Very nice to work with them. Where do I even begin to describe how amazing Vivid Photo and Video was....Paola and her assistant were UNBELIEVABLE! From the beginning, Paola always maintained great contact with us and always put our needs first. The first time that I met her, on our wedding day, I immediately loved her. She was so creative, caring, and captured every special moment that we had. Not only were our videos incredible, the music she included was perfect and special. We have watched our videos too many times to count because it truly makes you relive your wedding day and feel happy. The videos were so great that I would even put this above booking a photographer. Paola and her husband are awesome at what they do! We absolutely love both of our videos! We got married 2.5 hours outside of Chicago and Paola was so accommodating to travel to our venue. We met before the wedding and she is so nice and professional. She checked in with us about a month before, too. The day of, she and her husband arrived on time and went right to work. We had an incredible experience working with Vivid Photo and Video for our wedding! My husband and I were looking for a photographer not only with a unique style of photography, but also someone who could work with us to make our special day memorable. From our initial phone conversation through the evening of our wedding, Paola and her staff were perfect for us and we would highly recommend using Vivid Photo and Video for your photography needs! After our initial phone conversation, Paola agreed to meet with me at a coffee shop while I was visiting downtown Chicago for an in-person meeting. During this meeting, I felt instantly at ease with Paola and I walked away feeling as if I had known her for years because of her wonderful personality. She took the time to get to know my husband and I as a couple and then worked with us to create a package that would work best for our wedding needs and budget. Not only did she agree to be the photographer for our wedding, but she also worked with us and traveled up to Madison, Wisconsin to take our engagement photos (so my husband and I could have these photos taken in the state capital building and our favorite local bar). The engagement photos turned out amazing and better than we hoped for! Paola was so patient and flexible with us, directing us exactly how to pose and finding the best shots (as my husband and I had never taken professional pictures together before). In the time leading up to the wedding, Paola promptly answered all of our questions and helped us sort out the best timeline for the pictures on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, we could not have asked for a more perfect photographer than Paola and her second photographer, Melanie. From the beginning of the day with the bridesmaids and groomsmen getting ready to the end of the evening at the wedding reception, Paola and Melanie were extremely patient, flexible, enthusiastic, and always accommodating those in the pictures. They made sure everyone was comfortable and felt at ease to ensure everyone was at their best in each photo. Paola and Melanie both excelled at directing those in the photos without making anyone uncomfortable and also handled taking the most intimate, important moments of the wedding day in a professional manner that never interfered with that special moment. All of our family and friends loved working with Paola and Melanie and had nothing but great things to say about both of them. As someone who is naturally anxious and generally hates being the center of attention, Paola made me as the bride completely comfortable throughout the entire wedding and I cannot thank her enough for her comforting, calm presence throughout the day. I will happily work with Vivid Photo and Video again in the future and I would highly recommend hiring Vivid Photo and Video for your wedding or special event!

Let me begin by saying I got married TWO days ago. Paola was (and is) the ABSOLUTE best. She put me at ease and made sure that every moment was captured and that I felt comfortable with everything. I found Vivid Photo & Video online, getting in touch with Paola and setting up an appointment was really easy, even with my hectic work schedule. On our first appointment we went over the details of my wedding. I was having my wedding split into 2 days. While, I was telling Paola of what the 2 days were going to consist of, and what I wanted my wedding video to look like. I noticed something that I haven’t seen with all the other videographers. She was genuinely happy for me and was on the edge of her seat with excitement from all the details I was sharing. She was g happy for me and was giving me ideas of what could be done. It was evident that Paola understood who we were as a couple and captured our day perfectly. As we watched our highlight video it almost felt as if she had read my mind! My experience with Vivid Photo and Video was amazing. I already know Paola when she was my friend's photographer for her wedding 3 years ago. I saw my friend's photos and they were very beautiful. Once I had to plan for my wedding, I knew right away who contact. Working with Paolo from day one was worry free. She was so professional that I put my trust in her hand. Vidid Photo and Video did an amazing job! At first we were a bit nervous because we had never worked with them but now that we did, we have absolutely no regrets. We hired Paola to shoot the video for my sister's cotillion. She worked out a package for us and answered any questions we had. Vivid Photo and Video did a wonderful job for our wedding! Paola is amazing. She met with us before the big day to discuss everything we wanted. She had some great ideas and was always there to answer any questions I had as an anxious bride. Our wedding happened to be on the coldest October 4th since 1936.. and of course we had an outdoor ceremony/photos. I don't think we could have pulled it off without her. She did a perfect job of directing us In a timely manner so we all didn't freeze! The shots came out beautifully. She was great at the reception too! Many of our guests commented on how nice she was and how great she was doing. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! Thank you for the memories!

It was a pleasure and privilege to work with Paola from Vivid photo and video. She was exceptional and captured all our special moments beautifully. She was very enthusiastic and creative throughout the entire day. She was with us from 9am until midnight and did not stop for a second. The quality of her work was amazing and all of our friends and relatives were impressed and asked us for her contact information.
