I would give a 10 if I would! Victoria, Kelli and team were the absolute best! They made our daughter and our new son-in-law's wedding the best day of their lives! They go ABOVE AND BEYOND! It is amazing to just have everything done exactly the way you have pictured in your mind! I am in total awe of how our only daughter's perfect played out. It was absolutely perfect in every way! Even the rain didn't interrupt!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My mom heart is so incredibly full!!! We shared our vision and they brought it to life, offering suggestions and ideas! It was truly everything I could have imagined for our daughter and more! Thank you ladies and Cardinal Room team, you guys are awesome!!!

ers, we booked the venue over a year in advance. Leading up to the day Aubrey would occasionally email me to see how wedding planning was going & if I had any questions. She promptly answered each question and made sure to also provide the same amount of amazing communication to my vendors before the event. The bridal suites were a huge pro on our list when looking at various venues. The groomsmen can’t stop talking about how much fun they had with their own little driving range area. & my makeup artist and hair ladies were loving how much natural light filled our space to get ready. I have some amazing detail photos & group photos because of the bridal suite. The team helped set up & tear down our ceremony & reception areas, making everything a breeze for our parents and families that agreed to help with those areas. Overall, we’re literally so thankful to have found the Cardinal Room. So if you want the best wedding day, I can’t suggest the Cardinal Room enough. You won’t be disappointed!!

Karin for our first tour, she was so informative and gave us additional recommendations for vendors that worked out so well. Aubrey was the event coordinator and she made everything seem so easy and smooth. Her helpers the day of took all the worry off of us so we could just enjoy the day! I can't put into words how incredible this team was. They listened to us, they worked with all of our special requests and dietary needs, they always made us feel special and not once did I feel like a burden (which is an experience we had with some vendors we did not go with). All in all, we have had so many compliments on our wedding day and it wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic staff at The Cardinal Room! Not only that, but this venue was so beautiful with the natural light and golf course background. We have amazing pictures too!! Highly recommend.

The bridal suite provided on-site makes for less stress and so much fun for the bridal party and family to spend memorable time together. My husband and I got married at The Cardinal Room in June of 2021, and it was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more from a venue. We had our ceremony outside...

on the covered deck, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It allowed for an outdoor ceremony while providing shade for every guest and wedding party member. We used the wrap around porch with the gorgeous tree for our cocktail hour and many guests spent time out there after dinner. The reception space has lots of great, natural light and can be decorated to fit any style, which is hard to find in the area! The bridal suite was recently renovated and was a perfect place for the girls to get ready. The guys were able to use the driving range on the wedding day which made for a nice place to relax before the ceremony. There is also plenty of parking on site which was perfect for our out of town guests who didn’t know the area well. Joe and Aubrey were incredible to work with and made sure that our every need was met during the wedding planning and the wedding day. They both gave great suggestions and vendor recommendations, and they were always open to our ideas. The rest of their staff was professional and very helpful to all of our guests on the wedding day. Joe and Aubrey alone make the venue worth it! We would recommend The Cardinal Room to anyone and can’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

Aubrey made all of my Pinterest wedding inspo come to life on my big day! I HIGHLY recommend getting married at the cardinal room. For some reason I did not think about needing audio at the ceremony and the coordinators did a phenomenal job figuring out what we should do and getting with my DJ to make it all work out. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and allowed my daughter to plan an outdoor wedding without weather fears. We were able to have cocktails on the wrap around porch before going inside for the reception. Joe was especially helpful in providing a wide range of additional vendor ideas, but open to our thoughts and requests. This is a venue that would support as simple or as fancy of a wedding as you'd like and we thought, comparatively, they were very reasonable in price.

Given that our wedding date fell under Stage 4 of the 5 Stage plan to reopen the state, the Golf Club of Indiana did such an amazing job to ensure we were in accordance with the CDC guidelines with minimal disruption to our special day. They truly went above and beyond to help make our day perfect, and we couldn’t be more grateful! The space is gorgeous and the staff are all super helpful, flexible, and on top of everything! We would highly recommend this venue for any event! Overall, the venue exceeded our expectations for our wedding!

There are no hidden fees in the contract which is rare to find nowadays. Joe was our Venue Manager and was a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond to make your day run smoothly. Jen was our Wedding Coordinator and we were so thankful to have her. She made sure all the little details got handled while my wife got to relax day of. The venue itself is like none other. The covered deck for our ceremony was perfect! We never had to stress about bad weather because the covered deck can become an enclosed room with clear sidings. So regardless of weather we would still get our outdoor wedding. The exposed deck is the perfect location for an outdoor cocktail hour. Your guest will have plenty of room to mingle, grab drinks and enjoy appetizers! We received so many compliments from our wedding guest on how beautiful and unique the venue was. I can not say enough good things about The Cardinal Room venue and their staff!

at the same location. The Cardinal Room is close to the airport, which was ideal for out of town guests. There was a large parking area, which is tough to find in the Indianapolis area! The venue offered a spacious and newly remodeled bridal suite, which was included in the venue cost. The groomsmen were able to use the driving range on wedding day! Perhaps the most valuable part about the venue is the staff. Joe and Aubrey are incredibly hard workers. Throughout the entire planning process, they were very responsive and quick to help in any way they could. Wedding day was seamless – Joe and Aubrey made sure every detail was perfect!

an option for a full outdoor wedding or on the covered deck where we had ours! The covered deck was perfect for a day with a chance of rain. It kept the guest dry and cool with ceiling fans and shaded from the sun. The reception hall indoors is the perfect size for a 150-200 person wedding. Bright sunlight is let in with the abundance of windows and shades that allow you to keep it out when dancing begins. The staff was wonderful to us all night! Joe was our first impression of the venue. He was so professional and open to all of our questions. He allowed us to call, text, or email at any time. Quick responses and willing to work with all of our requests. Joe made us feel important and personalized everything for our day! Aubrey was our day of coordinator, which was included with the venue! She was so sweet and accommodated all of our needs day of and leading up to the wedding. I felt comfortable leaving day of decisions up to her, knowing the day would still be perfect. My husband and I were in several weddings leading up to ours and this was by far the most smoothly run wedding , thanks to Aubrey and Joe!I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! us reception hall was perfect for hosting our 150 guests. The guys had a blast having access to the golf academy and indoor driving range the morning of the wedding, and the girls enjoyed the newly renovated bridal suite complete with mimosas and snacks! The staff was incredibly accommodating in listening to our wants and needs to bring our vision to life, which was a huge help as most venues have heavy restrictions on food, decorations, etc. We mainly worked with Joe and Aubrey, and we were super impressed by their attention to detail. They went above and beyond by checking in with us regularly leading up to the wedding, and even contacted the vendors the week before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. Having Aubrey as our day-of event coordinator (which is included with the price of the venue) was an absolute life saver. She was so sweet, and it was a relief to be able to relax and enjoy the wedding day knowing that the small details were being taken care of. The day turned our absolutely perfect and we wouldn't change a thing!

We liked that there was a cool space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in the morning (the golf academy, complete with indoor driving range bays)....it seems like this is often overlooked by other venues. The ladies got ready in the newly-renovated Bridal Suite, which is upstairs in the clubhouse and was perfect for our group of 6 to get hair and makeup professionally done. The Cardinal Room itself has a wrap-around deck, most of which is covered which meant we could have an outdoor ceremony regardless of the weather. Everything we asked of the venue staff, they agreed to. They even handled details we hadn’t even considered! The only thing we feel that they could improve was the clarity of their contract and pricing. We had a couple of rounds of questions before we fully understood all of the details, as compared to other venue’s quotes. Despite this relatively minor thing, we would HIGHLY recommend The Cardinal Room for any large event where you want to impress your guests and you need things to go flawlessly.

at planners, organizers, and all around great people. Bo even took time to take my grandparents back to the hotel when it was getting late. The venue is gorgeous and accommodating- no matter the weather. The staff was on the ball all night long. I couldn't possibly thank them enough and now have the best wedding memories because of them.
