She kept vendors accountable and on schedule. She kept our/her schedule the whole weekend. No detail was left undone. She made SURE my daughter's every wish or whim happened, even spur of the moment, as best as it could. Anytime we needed to call and ask her Anything, she answered on the first ring! Impressive. And it was taken care of immediately. She was there to make sure everything went smoothly and it did. No one had to ask when/where/how/what, because it was already done. When you are in the middle of a wedding, so many things are happening, and you want to make sure that after all the years of dreaming and months of planning, you get to enjoy it! I was blown away that neither of us stressed about anything. Ever! We even laughed about how we could be so laid back. We kept saying, 'isn't there something we should be doing'?, but it was because of Randi's professionalism. We trusted she had it, so we were able to relax and truly savor every moment God ordained and permitted. If there were any hiccups, we never knew because she handled them. I did witness a guest getting a little out of control at the end of the reception and without blinking Randi handled that like a pro!!! She never let anything interfere., was on top of everything even before it happened, it seemed. We were treated like royalty! With my wife just having a baby, my busy work schedule and trying to do my "manly duties as a best man", Randi kept me updated and helped me and the guys plan a bachelor trip and kept us organized the day of the wedding. She has a fun sense of humor and even got my me and my wife a baby gift. She made an itinerary for the wedding and gave it to each groomsmen so we knew exactly what to do. My wife and I plan to hire Randi for our baby shower. She is a great help and I know my friend's wedding was a walk in the park.

It was so nice to get something on the day of the wedding and a nice cute bag to put my clothes in to where they didn't get lost. She was ready to get a long with and delegated perfectly. She was serious when she needed to be, but overall she was always happy and bubbly and helped us all keep calm. She is a joy to be around. If I could go back and change my planner, she would be the one I would go with.

ay through (when I realized I was over my head)the planning process. At one point of my wedding I had an issue with a vendor sales rep that went over $2,000 their quote. Randi immediately stepped in and took control of the issue. She explained that on the quote at the bottom in the "fine print" it stated that the quote said would be more or less of $500 from the original quote. She went to w-o-r-k and took care of this issue all in 10 minutes. She contacted the owner and they felt so bad the cut my quote in half. Long story short, Randi knows exactly what she is doing. She executes and "power plans" (as she says) all in two weeks. To the brides out there reading this, you need to realize you need help no matter how large or small your wedding is. I would chose Randi 100 times over. You will NOT be disappointed. You will love her work, her drive and most of all her spirit. You will definitely gain a friend along the way.

My favorite part, though: She absolutely exceeded my expectations when it came to coordinating. I can't put into words how great she was on my wedding day. Randi saved the day again and again! No matter how small, if I didn't like something, she fixed it. She even lent her jewelry to my Mother-In-Law to wear because she forgot hers! I was most thankful for the ability to pass along any stress or worry I had, and know that Randi would take care of it, 100%.
