Ty was awesome! He played all the right songs that fit our personality and we had an awesome night! He was able to pull off my random requests with ease and did it with a huge smile on his face. He was great to work with and I HIGHLY recommend him for your event!

Ty was THE BEST DJ any bride and groom could ask for! He was very flexible during the crazy times of COVID, which is what a bride needs while planning THE BEST DAY of her life. I was so impressed by Ty, there was not one moment of our wedding reception that the dance floor was not packed! All of our guests said we had THE BEST wedding, and the DJ topped it all off. He is AMAZING at what he does and he is very attentive towards the crowd, he plays that music that gets everyone up and grooving! He was also very receptive to song requests, which guests LOVE! Ty was very easy to work with and willing to stay and play as long as we wanted to party - we APPRECIATED him so much!

Ty was so amazing to work with! He was so very responsive and answered all of our questions leading up to the big day. More importantly- he kept the party going allllll night!! All of my friends are still talking about how fun the dance floor was at our wedding and that’s all thanks to Ty! He even let one our friends sing his favorite karaoke song to the crowd, it was awesome! As far as the logistics go for the wedding day, I didn’t have a to worry about a single thing because Ty had it all taken care of. He was prompt and made sure the night ran smoothly. I can't say enough about Ty and Austin! I've known Ty for a while now, as he's DJ'ed several events and other weddings I've been to. I did a lot of research and he's within the same price point as other wedding DJs. We knew we wanted Ty to DJ our wedding, but he was already booked. He offered for his partner Austin to DJ our wedding. Ty was our main point of contact, in addition to a phone meeting with Austin. We were planning our Nebraska wedding from DC. I dealt with a lot of vendors for our wedding, and it was so easy to work with Ty and Austin. They're great communicators and prompt in their follow up. Austin's experience and knowledge put me at ease during our conversation. I was concerned about the logistics from the ceremony to the reception, but he had a lot of great ideas. Ultimately, our friends and family had a lot of fun, the music was exactly what we discussed, and there were no surprises. One thing that I heard from my friends (who are also recently married) is how much they appreciated Austin's presence. Both Austin and Ty know the event is not about them, so they're not some cheesy guy trying to get attention for themselves or to fulfill their ego. He kept the night on schedule and made announcements as needed.

Ty was one of our best wedding day vendors! He is so easy going but also extremely professional. The music he played during cocktail hour and dinner were exactly what we envisioned, and once people got on the dance floor they didn’t leave until the reception was over - everyone hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun they had! During the dance, he played Dancing Queen, and he unexpectedly told everyone to turn and sing it to me, and it was honestly so overwhelming wonderful to have so many people I love making me feel so special on my wedding day - I’m so happy he did that. We also got married on an away Husker game, and he graciously shared updates on the game for us throughout our reception so our guests (& ourselves!) knew when we scored AND when we won! Finally, my husband joked about closing time being the final dance song (which I vetoed), but once the lights were on and everyone was leaving Ty played the song for him - a small detail but it really capped off the night as it reminded us of our middle school dances. Overall, we’re so glad we found Ty and recommend him without any reservations - you won’t regret booking him!

We loved working with Ty and Austin—they have a very straightforward process and played the music we requested. They were a little difficult to get ahold of at times but it worked out fine on the day of the wedding. Austin ended up being our DJ and he arrived early to help with string lights and helped clean up that evening. Overall a great experience.

Ty made this process so incredibly easy. He took the time to meet with us before our wedding to understand the kind of music and atmosphere we were trying to achieve for our cocktail hour and wedding reception. He was enthusiastic and engaging with our guests and truly gave the crowd (and us) what we wanted. He kept everyone dancing all night at our wedding reception! Seriously, it was packed the entire time. He even let some family members take the mic to sing their favorite song! He had a great read of the crowd and knew exactly what to play to keep the party going. Moreover, since everyone stuck around until the end of the reception, Ty was gracious enough to stay for another hour! He was absolutely a pleasure to work with as he was quick to respond to messages and communicated with us extremely well. I could not be more thrilled that we had Ty as our DJ.

Truly THE best DJ!!! Ty did our wedding reception and has such a fun and joyful personality that made the entire experience wonderful! He was easy going and flexible with the whole process. Ty spent quality time with both of us before the wedding to get an idea of what kind of music we enjoyed and the kind of "feel" we wanted for the dinner and dance portions of the reception! Every time we chatted we could tell how much he cared about our special day and wanted to do anything he could to contribute! He is always easy to contact and communicate with as well. We love a variety of types of music, from oldies to singer-songwriter, and Ty knew right away what songs he was going to play! He also had the idea of bringing his vinyl player to play more of the "rat-pack" style during dinner which was so unique and our guests LOVED it! The entire night people were singing and dancing and we got so many compliments on his energy and keeping people entertained! HIGHLY recommend him for your wedding or event!! Ty is truly the best!

Ty was recommended to us by our event planner who used him for her wedding. We are so thankful we booked him! He helped us accommodate sound for our guitarist at our outdoor ceremony and everything turned out perfect! He had our dance floor at our reception packed from start to finish and we received many complements! He was quick to respond to emails and always had an answer to our questions. Ty was the best DJ I have ever had. He showed up with plenty of time before my wife and I's wedding reception. He worked with us to get our playlists set and found all of the obscure songs we wanted. And he got along perfectly with our family and our guests. Plus there was never any of those weird or awkward/inappropriate moments that most other DJ's almost always do during a party; he was very polite but very fun and our families also had plenty of good things to say about him! Hire Ty and you won't regret it; we will definitely be hiring him again without considering anybody else.

Ty was a GREAT DJ for our wedding! My wife and I we're a little picky about what music we wanted played and Ty did an amazing job playing exactly what we wanted, but also making sure the dance floor was always busy. He was competitively priced, easy to get a hold of, and very nice. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Working with Ty was a breeze! Meeting with him before the wedding was simple and easy, and he was totally game to do whatever we asked of him. The day of we actually had Austin as our DJ, which turned out amazing. He was outside in 100 degree heat working his ass off to get things right for our ceremony, and kept everyone moving on the dance floor the rest of the night. Major props to him and the Boy Ty team.

Ty was a fantastic DJ at our wedding. He is super easy to work with, prompt with responding to you, open to your wants/needs, and is just a fun DJ. He kept our guests dancing the entire time! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Ty was our DJ for our wedding in October 2018. We have nothing but great things to say about him. The main thing we wanted/didn't want was a DJ who was overbearing and spoke too much. Ty was very different than most DJs you see, and to us that was a great thing. We gave him a list of songs we would like to hear throughout the like, we also gave him a list of songs that we didn't want to hear. He was able to blend songs together and keep the dance floor full all night. He has nice sound equipment that he brings with, microphones, headset for the officiant. Everything was a seamless process throughout the day. He met with us over facetime the week before to iron out last minute details, which was very comforting to us. I would absolutely recommend Ty to anyone, he took exactly what we were looking for and was easily able to make it a reality. Thanks again, Ty!

Ty was great to work with. He was flexible and so nice! He had everyone out on the dance floor all night. Great song transitions - really showed his professionalism and skill. I would recommend Ty to anyone in the Lincoln/Omaha area - definitely the best!

Ty did an excellent job for us. We live out of state and he made it very convenient to contact. He was professional and quick to respond. We wanted to make the reception music very personal during the cocktail hour/dancing, and he made it easy. I was able to send him playlists of what kind of music we wanted and when. We wanted a mix of traditional and non traditional, which he was open to. Ty made the night very smooth and kept the dance floor busy!

Ty did a fantastic job! He set up meetings for us and had a form detailing all aspects of the reception, including lots of items we hadn't thought about. He is very friendly while still being completely professional. I've been to seven weddings since my own and I've had over 12 people tell me in confidence, completely of their own accord, that the dance was better at my wedding. There is a chance that they tell my wife and I this for flattery, but I believe they are sincere. Midway through the dance, the floor literally started to bounce so much that people began to worry someone was going to break through it. Some people told me they saw it moving +/-3 inches, which is a fun memory! Ty seemed to know exactly when to make an announcement, encourage people on the dance floor, and when to let my wife have the attention she deserved. I loved that he made the Bride and Groom (especially the Bride), the center of attention and not himself. He was great at filling the gaps, making announcements, and playing excellent music, all the while giving the attention to the wedding party. Exactly what the DJ should be good at IMO. The equipment was good as far as I can tell, there was no trouble hearing at any point and sound quality was great. It was very affordable and got everything I wanted in a DJ. He even helped set up the audio/video with a projector specifically for the Father/Daughter dance, which was really memorable for her. All in all I had no complaints and nothing but good things to say about my experience with Bow Ty Audio. I would highly, highly recommend!

Absolute best DJ. He was extremely prompt with all the emails I sent asking questions. He made himself available for questions in person, email, or via phone calls/text. All the paperwork for the day of was so easy to fill out and mail back in. He did a fantastic job during our reception. He had the dance floor full of people all night long!! So extremely happy I got on The Knot's website and looked through the DJ selection!!! Will definitely tell people about his services and recommend him to my friends and family!!! Ty had all of the music we requested and all that our guests requested! He graciously handled a fluctuating schedule and was an excellent emcee for the night. Everything was set up well in advance and he was well prepared when we met prior to the wedding day.
