helpful with planning the menu, from the passed apps to the main course , she was extremely patient and supportive - we are so glad we went with her suggestions! The day of the wedding Ellen worked her butt off, but always with a smile on her face! The food was delicious! We got so many compliments from our guests. Everything was perfect for the setting. And the staff who manned the food truck, they were also great! Professional, courteous, kind, friendly -- they too worked hard in the hot weather to make everything go smoothly. We are so grateful for all that was done to make our daughter and son-in-law's day special! Thank you for all you did! We highly recommend Red's Catering for your event - you will not be disappointed!

even got spinach as my side since I don’t like asparagus, any caterer that goes that extra step to keep a bride happy is awesome in my book) Then we have Ellen, you cannot get a better person to represent your business, than her. She was always one or two steps ahead of my wishes!! She nails it as far as planners go!! Not to mention she’s the sweetest person! The staff- well let’s just say everyone ( even our best critics) thought they were friendly, courteous and attentive to the needs of our guests!! Now onto the good stuff… the FOOD!!! The food was to die for!! I did not hear one complaint.. I have people still messaging me telling me how amazing the food was!! The appetizers we went with were clam chowder shooters and crab cakes, mini Italian sandwiches, grilled cheese and tomato soup, Hog wings ( can’t go wrong with these amazing wings) charcuterie board and everything in between!! I promise when I say you cannot go wrong with Reds!! I wish I could relive my wedding just to eat the food!! I feel like I am apart of the Reds Kitchen Family!! absolute superhero when it came to our big day, she was always invested in making our day perfect from the start, and was always helpful in every aspect from contracts to venue tours to making sure the bride and groom were taken care of! solutely delicious. They provided fun plates, tons of toppings, and everything was beautifully set up. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how tasty the food was. In addition to the food, they also provided waiters and bartenders who helped make the night run seamlessly. What really set them apart was the last-minute addition of an event planner to their team. Ellen was incredibly organized and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She even attended our rehearsal dinner and took the lead in organizing the processional. We truly cannot say enough great things about Red's Catering Company. They played such a huge role in making our wedding day perfect, and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

llent, especially when comparing to others whose food/menu we were not as impressed with but cost twice as much. Max was incredibly helpful in terms helping us build a menu. We still get told how good the food was at our wedding, it is one of the first things people mention! Which I feel like is an endorsement in itself as most people don't even remember the food at a wedding, but they do when you hire Red's!

lso do catering, we couldn't wait to set up a tasting. From the jump, Max was so cool and easy to work with! Everyone loved the food and so many people told us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! The passed apps were amazing, the bbq buffet was absolutely incredible - I DREAM of Reds Mac n cheese! And the cheesesteaks and fries for a late night snack were perfect. Something I loved was the servers coming up to my husband and I with passed app trays specifically for us (literally labeled bride and groom), which was so awesome considering how busy we were talking to everyone during cocktail hour. They did the same thing with our late night snack! I will recommend Reds to anyone for any event. We truly can't wait to work with them again and be able to enjoy their food that is out of this world!

rom scratch. Thank God we were introduced to Max at Red’s kitchen! Our tasting was such a fun and delicious experience! Throughout the wedding process Max checked in often, not only to make sure the food was taken care of, but also how we were doing with our planning in general! He took care of all of our plates utensils, napkins, etc. His servers even set the tables for us with my own napkin holders I purchased. It was all exactly what I wanted, beautiful! The food was amazing! We had a fall, warm, and cozy palette and it perfectly matched our perfect day! The staff was so kind and one of the server’s even escorted my husband’s grandmother to her seat with her plate from the buffet! I couldn’t have crafted a better experience myself using Red’s Kitchen!

wedding. My husband and I are very laid back people and it was so nice to work with someone who understood our vibe and made our wedding menu almost completely around that. All of the hors d' oeuvres that were served were absolutely delicious and there was plenty to go around. We got married in a barn venue and wanted and upscale rustic theme and the entrees were just PERFECT! I have no idea how, but the beef was so tender and literally tasted like the woods. I had three separate guests from different sides of the families say that it was hands down the best wedding food they have ever had from any wedding they ever went to. In fact, everyone kept mentioning how delicious everything was when we went table by table to greet our guests. Max even did a late night snack for us which was his pizzas and oh my gosh those were amazing! We can't wait for an excuse to be in the area just to get that pizza again! The staff was wonderful and so professional and we truly can't thank them enough. If I were planning my wedding all over again, I would keep choosing Red's over and over!
