A beautiful covered bridge leads you to RedTail, nestled within a prestigious community of rural luxury with majestic oaks and rolling hills. Our elegant Clubhouse and covered Verandah is available for exclusive reservation. We are dedicated to each event and commit to hosting only 24 weddings per year. Maximum capacity is 200, depending on requested layout & rentals.
Our main requirement is for Food & Beverage to be provided by our facility. For additional fees, we will also arrange any rentals or extras needed to make your event fabulous!

nue was and how good the food was. The bartenders were on top of keeping my guests happy and with drinks in hand the whole night. Jaclyn did a great job balancing my wants with the wants of my future MIL and my own mother. I was able to drop off all decorations and supplies in advance to have at the venue and the team there did the setup for my reception. I would highly recommend RedTail Golf Club for any event!

t. The lovely dining room flows seamlessly to the oversized veranda and out to the beautifully manicured property. Then we met Jaclyn. She was the icing on the cake. Although she has many events going on, she made us feel like this wedding was the most important thing. She took care of so many things from seating to food and helping us make many decisions that were a first for us. Her knowledge and assistance made for a seamless and magical event. The day of the wedding the "Wedding Tee" was perfectly groomed for the ceremony, the food was delicious- many commented on the fact, and at the end of the night, the amazing staff sweetly scooted me out when I asked if they needed help and told me not to worry! When I returned for some of our items the following day, the staff sincerely wished all well and had all of my things organized and ready to go. Could not have asked for better! Thank you Retail!!

ing. Kara is the chief and that girl can cook!! All of our guests loved food. She made sure our plated dinner experience was perfect! She even sent us to our honeymoon with a bag of food! Linda is the nicest person I've ever met and she was spot on when coordinating our big day! We enjoyed the bridal suite while the guys had fun in the men's lounge. They allowed us to have a sparkler farewell and was over accommodating. I just can't say enough wonderful things about the venue! They made our wedding perfect!!!

Bill Shiles the General Manager of the facility was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made us feel comfortable and at peace. He instilled a calm in us that made us feel he would take care of everything we needed. The day of our wedding everything was exceptional. The service, the set up, the hospitality, the food and so much more. All of our guest were impressed and amazed at how elegant, classy and Excellent everything was.
As a Bride I had a lot on my plate with just the makeup and hair. I didn't have to worry about anything because Bill and his staff took care of it all. I would highly recommend Red Tail Golf Club. When we renew our vows in the upcoming years, we will be there!
