Reed's Jeweler's SWAPPED my DIAMOND
Reed's Jeweler's swapped my diamond for a smaller and lower quality stone. My husband purchased my wedding ring from their Huntsville,Al locat...
ion in 2014. I took it back there in 2016 to get it cleaned and re-dipped in white gold. I dropped it off for 6 hours and returned to pick it up to find out that they had SWAPPED my diamond. This has been so heart breaking and such an emotional rollercoaster. I can't believe they would do such a horrific crime to their customer. I want to warn everyone/ anyone who is thinking about doing business with them that they are disloyal and I wouldn't trust them. They also failed to provide the IGI certificate for the original ring which was supposed to have came in the mail to find out later that there isn't a IGI certificate to match the diamond. Luckily, we already had it appraised and the ring I have now is a lower weight, color, and clarity. I informed Reed's that I will not allow this to be swept under the rug as they offered to replace the stone but only if I kept this confidential. Total disregard for the emotional turmoil I've been through because of this. I know I will never get my stone, the one I picked out, wore and admired for over two years and exchanged vows with back so I chose to let others know of their dishonesty, fraudulent, bad business habits instead. I wouldn't wish this to happen to anyone. So please protect all your friends and love ones by sharing my story as we continue to pursue this legally.
We have discussed our concerns directly with Reeds Jewelers and have reached an amicable settlement of our complaints. We are totally satisfied at this time and are glad that this matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
I absolutely love my ring. Had great selection and experienced jewelers. The representatives are always nice, helpful and clean my ring when I go in.
My husband bought my engagement ring from Reed's and we both really liked the service and quality. We bought our wedding bands there too!

ke up there was a diamond missing from my wedding band. We called them on our way out of town for the honeymoon. They said to swing by and if they didn't have another one available they would give me another band to wear on the honeymoon (Awesome idea). When we got there I found another band that I liked (more) and we traded the bands! They were super nice and extremely helpful!
We will continue to do all of our business with them in the future!
great customer service, great prices
We searched high and low for the perfect wedding band for my guy when one day we decided to take one last look in Charlotte before heading out of state. That's when we ran across ...
REED's Jewelers. We found the perfect ring but didn't like the yellow gold / white gold mix. Our sales lady took the time to find out if the maker of the ring would create it in white gold only and they did. We absolutely love it!! Thank you Reed's Jewelers.
great diamonds
The service here is great. My engagement ring, wedding ring, and my husband's wedding ring came from here. I love all of them. Remarkable quality!!!!
We loved our rings!!! They did a wonderful job and they were very fast!!! Can't wait to go back to Reeds and get more jewelry!!!
Reeds was the last Jewelry shop that we went into to look for my wedding band, and I was glad. We had gone into every Jewelry store that we could and not one person was willing to...
work with us. The woman that helped us at Kay was pushy and showed us pieces that we were not interested in, in Zales the woman did not want to even help us and did not ask what we were looking for. We went into Reeds and immediately we felt welcome, the woman asked what we were looking for, what I wanted my band to look like, and tried matching as close as she could with what they carried. I was extremely happy with the service and felt welcome there more than anywhere else. Reeds will now be my first stop when looking for Jewelry.
My husband gave me an estate ring for our engagement and Reeds helped us to find a custom setting for it (it was too small for me). We were so pleased that we went back for our we...

Of course I adore my ring and I love it soooo much!!! However there were a few issues when I bought it. They sized me wrong when I initially bought it. Got it back and it was hu...
ge. So then they tried to charge me to get it sized again when I had a friend that bought her ring from the same store and had it sized 3 times for free! And I purchased their "warranty plan" that was supposed to include free sizing. After going back and forth with the inexperienced "jewelers" there I finally had to speak to the manager who took care of all of it. Everytime I go in there, there is a completely different staff which definitely doesn't look good. However the one that is in Southpoint Mall, is worlds better. That will be the store I will visit for anything in the future.
My husband picked out my engagement ring here and we picked out our wedding bands here. They have great prices and offer a really nice warranty on their rings. I am definitley plea...

I love the service. I love our bands! I love my engagement ring!
we worked with Diane and words cannot express how much we appreciated her! She went out of her way to make the ring shopping experience special for us! Not only did she let us come...
in and see our rings anytime, she always made sure to clean my engagement ring when I stopped by! But more than anything, she took the time to get to know us, and for that, well be returning again and again to this store!
Didn't buy ring here because they did not have a large selection in mens rings
They resized my ring all lopsided ended up using Diamonds Direct to fix it and purchased my bands from them.
I love the REEDS Jewelers in Cary! I couldn't have asked for more exceptional service! Everything was purchased from REEDS, the engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. The e...
mployees are so friendly and helpful. My husband actually ordered my engagement ring online, because it was a really great online only deal. I still receive compliments on my ring! Service plans are cheap and all inclusive. The rings are cleaned for free each time we're in the store. They also sent home a bottle of ring cleaner. It keeps my ring looking brand new daily. I couldn't have been more satisfied with another jewelry store. I will definitely always go back to REEDS in Cary for all of my jewelry needs!
My Husband and I choose a Men's Scott Kay Cobalt Wedding Band (Prime Bevel) for him. And a Ritani
My husband went to Reeds to pick out my engagement ring knowing I was not a diamond type of girl. With the assistance of the manager at the Charlotte location, he picked out a gorg...
eous sapphire with a diamond setting. It was a custom order and turned out beautifully. The only complaint would be with their in house jeweler. The setting came in on schedule but the local jeweler took several weeks past the time frame it should have been completed. However the quality of service and the beauty of the ring had us back for our wedding rings. Overall, we had a good experience and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable even if the jeweler is a bit slower than we would have liked.
excellent service, made us feel very special excellent quality very happy with our rings
