re-dipped in white gold. I dropped it off for 6 hours and returned to pick it up to find out that they had SWAPPED my diamond. This has been so heart breaking and such an emotional rollercoaster. I can't believe they would do such a horrific crime to their customer. I want to warn everyone/ anyone who is thinking about doing business with them that they are disloyal and I wouldn't trust them. They also failed to provide the IGI certificate for the original ring which was supposed to have came in the mail to find out later that there isn't a IGI certificate to match the diamond. Luckily, we already had it appraised and the ring I have now is a lower weight, color, and clarity. I informed Reed's that I will not allow this to be swept under the rug as they offered to replace the stone but only if I kept this confidential. Total disregard for the emotional turmoil I've been through because of this. I know I will never get my stone, the one I picked out, wore and admired for over two years and exchanged vows with back so I chose to let others know of their dishonesty, fraudulent,bad business habits instead. I wouldn't wish this to happen to anyone. So please protect all your friends and love ones by sharing my story as we continue to pursue this legally. We have discussed our concerns directly with Reeds Jewelers and have reached an amicable settlement of our complaints. We are totally satisfied at this time and are glad that this matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.

d them on our way out of town for the honeymoon. They said to swing by and if they didn't have another one available they would give me another band to wear on the honeymoon (Awesome idea). When we got there I found another band that I liked (more) and we traded the bands! They were super nice and extremely helpful! We will continue to do all of our business with them in the future!

owed us pieces that we were not interested in, in Zales the woman did not want to even help us and did not ask what we were looking for. We went into Reeds and immediately we felt welcome, the woman asked what we were looking for, what I wanted my band to look like, and tried matching as close as she could with what they carried. I was extremely happy with the service and felt welcome there more than anywhere else. Reeds will now be my first stop when looking for Jewelry.

I had a friend that bought her ring from the same store and had it sized 3 times for free! And I purchased their "warranty plan" that was supposed to include free sizing. After going back and forth with the inexperienced "jewelers" there I finally had to speak to the manager who took care of all of it. Everytime I go in there, there is a completely different staff which definitely doesn't look good. However the one that is in Southpoint Mall, is worlds better. That will be the store I will visit for anything in the future.

d my engagement ring online, because it was a really great online only deal. I still receive compliments on my ring! Service plans are cheap and all inclusive. The rings are cleaned for free each time we're in the store. They also sent home a bottle of ring cleaner. It keeps my ring looking brand new daily. I couldn't have been more satisfied with another jewelry store. I will definitely always go back to REEDS in Cary for all of my jewelry needs!

turned out beautifully. The only complaint would be with their in house jeweler. The setting came in on schedule but the local jeweler took several weeks past the time frame it should have been completed. However the quality of service and the beauty of the ring had us back for our wedding rings. Overall, we had a good experience and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable even if the jeweler is a bit slower than we would have liked.
