I truly don't know where to begin in writing this review. Hiring Reel Productions was one of the best decisions we've ever made for our wedding. I've been to my fair share of weddings and NOTHING compares to Reel Productions and the energy they bring. I knew I wanted Mike to DJ my wedding the minute I got engaged. There is no one better! Not 1 person was sitting down at my wedding. The music just kept getting better from start to finish. A month later, I'm still getting phone calls, texts, and stopped in public about how amazing the music was/how much fun people had all because of Reel! Mike was exceptional to work with and made the process seamless, allowing me to choose which songs I wanted to hear/didn't want to hear. He executed and delivered exactly how I wanted my night to go and I wish I could relive it over and over again! Take this as your sign to hire this amazing company! You and your wedding guests will not regret it!

First let me start off by saying I've been to 6 weddings this year before ours and NO ONE compares to REEL PRODUCTIONS. The night we got engaged my now husband pulled up their instagram on our tv and made me watch all their past wedding videos and said "this is who will be the DJ at our wedding" he literally didn't stop talking about how we had to have them. I am so glad I listened to him and he was right for once and we booked them days after we booked our venue. THEY WERE EVERYTHING AND MORE. They made OUR entire wedding. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception they absolutely crushed it. My one friend during our reception that is getting married this year said "my DJ sucks i should cancel them and hire yours." I still get texts weeks later about how amazing they were. Its true when they say nobody sits. They are so entertaining, talented, and amazing to work with. I literally watch videos and get so sad its over, but if we ever were to host another event they will be our first phone call. Their professionalism and engagement to their performance during the event was second to none. Thank you Mike, and the ENTIRE reel productions team for literally the best night of our entire lives. Reel productions absolutely rocked my wedding! From the ceremony, to the very end of the reception, they were top-tier. One of the best decisions I ever made was booking them. We even extended our wedding time because no one wanted the party to stop. Best DJ, MC, drummer, & saxophonist! They truly mean it when they say nobody sits! All of my guests are still raving about how incredible they were. I can’t wait to plan another party so I can book them again! 10/10!!!

This is your sign to hire them ASAP!!! They were amazing. I attended a wedding a few months before I was engaged and I knew I wanted them there. They exceeded my expectations even having seen them before. Dan was our main DJ and he immediately understood the assignment as soon as I told him what type of music I wanted. The other band members were incredible and interacted with the crowd the entire night. People told me the next day that their legs hurt because they were dancing so much. Their motto is no one sits, and that is definitely the truth. We had sparklers and the CO2 blasters from them as well. You will not regret hiring them. They were incredible to work with.

Our wedding was an absolute blast, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible music entertainment provided by Reel Productions. Mike, our DJ, was nothing short of phenomenal. He seamlessly blended tracks, kept the energy high, and had an intuitive sense for the crowd's vibe. What truly set Reel Productions apart was their unique setup. Alongside Mike, they had a talented saxophonist who added a live, soulful element to the dance floor. The saxophonist's melodies were captivating and added an extra layer of magic to the atmosphere. Additionally, having a drummer on board added an irresistible rhythm that had everyone moving. The MC was also fantastic, keeping the flow of the evening smooth and engaging the crowd with enthusiasm and charisma. Together, this team created an unforgettable experience that had our guests on the dance floor from the first song to the last. We are so grateful to Reel Productions for their professionalism, talent, and dedication to making our wedding reception absolutely unforgettable. They truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't have asked for a better soundtrack to our special day. Reel Productions is literally worth every dollar AND more. Mike Eagan promised us a sick party and he delivered just that. The entire team was incredible. Our guests are still talking about the entertainment and were blown away by the live music paired with the perfect DJ set. There is no one else that can compare to this company, truly. Our wedding was on October 28th and we are still on cloud nine from how amazing Reel Productions made our wedding! They absolutely killed the entire wedding. The sax and drums are an absolute MUST! Every time we see someone they still rave about how great our DJ was and how it is one of the best weddings they have ever been to! The entire night they had people on their feet. Reel Productions absolutely blew us away at our wedding. They were great to work with, communicated well and understood exactly what we wanted. Still to this day, our guests rave about their performance. I can’t even count the number of times people told us “that was the best band/dj we’ve ever seen at a wedding.” We had a wide variety of people/ages at the wedding, and Real Productions made sure everybody had a great time. Reel Productions gets a 10000000/10 rating. We cannot recommend them enough!! We knew during the wedding planning process, aside from the venue, the DJ was the most important vendor for us. I found Reel Productions on a sponsored ad on Instagram and instantly knew I wanted them to play at our wedding. When I sent an email to get pricing, I heard from Mike Egan within an hour. I clicked with Mike instantly and knew that Reel Productions was the perfect fit for us. He was so easy going and assured me that no one would be sitting at our wedding, and wow did they deliver. Throughout the process, Mike always was very easy to get in touch with to answer absolutely any questions we had. We added the saxophone and drums and it was such a game changer. Every one at our wedding danced whether they were in their 20s or their 80s. Three months later and we’re still hearing how our wedding was the best people have ever been to because of how good our DJ was and we have Reel Productions to thank for that. If you’re having any slight hesitation booking with them… DONT! You will not regret it and they will make your wedding the best night of the your life! we had our wedding on 2/16/24 and i loved reel productions before they even did my wedding and they were just AMAZING!!! They made our whole entire wedding. When they say nobody sits they are not kidding!! They really know how to get the crowd going & that sax… a MUST! I wish we could have another wedding just so we can have them again!!!!

There are not enough stars to give Reel Productions! Mike and his crew are absolutely electric and will literally make your wedding feel like the best party you and your guests have ever attended! The compliments are pouring in even a week later and I can honestly tell you they were INCREDIBLE! They listened to my husband and I’s music requests and really rocked the venue - 10/10 recommend reel productions! Amazing!

I wish I could give Reel Productions a 10 star review! They were absolutely amazing!! They rocked our wedding and we have received SOO many compliments the night of our wedding and still till this day! Our guests could not stop raving about our wedding and how much fun they had thanks to Reel Productions! Mike was awesome to work with - super easy to communicate via email/txt. He made us comfortable and excited for our wedding vision to come true the days leading up to the wedding. We added on extras, such as a sparklers, up light and smoke gun (any many others) which absolutely elevated our experience, as well as our guests (Reel Productions staff looked like they had an incredible time too!). They really love what they do and it shows in the energy they provide! We cannot wait to see them at future weddings we attend. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!!

We hired Reel Productions because we wanted a big party to dance all night and they blew us away! We have gotten so many compliments on the music at our wedding. They brought the party and we were glad we had them. The sax player was iconic. I plan to convince all of my friends who get engaged to hire Reel Productions so we can spend another night on the dance floor with them.

Reel Productions and Mike Egan completely set the vibe at our wedding! From the jazz quartet at our cocktail hour, our dance/club music reception, to our punk rock after party- Reel Productions met all of our requests and wedding music wants!! This probably sounds repetitive from other reviews but I have to say it anyway. There truly is not enough words to explain how amazing this trio is. All my husband and I wanted was to dance the whole night with people of all ages and we truly DID NOT SIT. First of all, Mike Egan is one of the best people to work with leading up to a very stressful day. He eased all of my (many) anxieties throughout the planning process and made this the easiest vendor to choose and to not have to worry about. And then his energy in person at my wedding was completely unmatched. I still have people telling me how his smile and happiness while working was contagious. AND THEN THE TALENT. The drummer and sax are genuinely an absolute must. They contribute to the sets not as something that is over the top but just a perfect amount of *chefs kiss* to already great music. The entire time from start to finish it was just an absolute party. They were so good that a friend of mine booked them the week after my wedding!!! If you're even slightly hesitant to book them (which you should not be) make it a point to go see them locally at a bar for yourself. They will not disappoint. Thank you again Reel Productions for being everything we have ever dreamed about for our wedding!!! Let's do it again :)

There isn’t enough time in a day to rave about how amazing Reel Productions is- from the Dj, drums, saxs and MC they will have your entire party on the dance floor. Our guests at our wedding did not sit, they had the dance floor packed the entire night- we even skipped out on dessert because we didn’t want to stop the party. Our guests did not stop coming up to us to tell us how amazing Mike and the entire crew was. They made the night beyond memorable and it exceeded our expectations.

BEST WEDDING DJ ever!!! If you’re reading this, hire Reel Productions for your event and go straight to the highest package they offer, which includes a saxophone player and percussionist! Reel Productions was the first vendor I hired after I booked the venue! Our guests can’t stop raving about our wedding and the DJ. I’m losing track of the amount of people who have told me that this is the best wedding DJ ever! My mother said she’s never danced so much in her life. My now husband said he danced more at our wedding than he has at all the weddings combined that he’s attended his entire life. And let’s be honest, the music is what people remember at a wedding! True professionals, Mike Egan is very personable and easy to work with. Photobooth was also amazing and our guests loved it! I will definitely be recommending Reel Productions to everyone!! Also, we had people of all ages on the dance floor, including many of my parents friends. The mix of music is perfect and they know how to read a room. At one point, everyone took a little break because we added an extra hour to our wedding and within a minute Mike had everyone back on the dance floor again going crazy. “If I ever get married, that’s my wedding DJ, I need their number” was another thing we heard from our guests. INCREDIBLE! I cannot say enough good things about Mike and Reel Productions. They absolutely killed it. Our wedding reception was amazing thanks to them. They delivered exactly what we asked for and yet were able to read the room and deliver the right music and vibe. The music combinations were exactly what we wanted, a mix of all types. If you’re looking for a memorable wedding or event, these are your guys! They are fantastic at what they do and it’s true what they say “nobody sits”! Mike was awesome to work with and exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding night. He delivered on the music we asked him to play and the musicians (drummer and sax) were on another level. We received SO many compliments on our music from our guests, the drummer and saxophonist made the night even better. They bring so much to the party and keep it going all night long! Best around.

No wedding like a REEL wedding!! Mike and his team played at our wedding in September and the term “no body sits” was an understatement!!! The absolute best out there. Not only are they extremely talented but they are also the best guys to deal with and really set the tone for a party. They nailed every request and expectation on the head, our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!

We hired Reel Productions for our wedding before we even picked our venue. We loved them at my sister’s wedding and my friends wedding and would not have gone with anyone else. My mom had been worried about whether people would be dancing at the wedding, but I am not even exaggerating when I say that NO ONE was sitting the ENTIRE NIGHT! While I might be biased since it was my own wedding, friends of ours who have weddings almost every weekend were coming up to us raving about how this was the MOST EPIC WEDDING they had ever been too because of Reel Productions, and almost two weeks after the wedding I still get multiple texts every day talking about how much fun our guests had on the dance floor all night. Mike was awesome to work with throughout the whole process and when we met him and the team at our friends' wedding after booking them, they were waving at us and taking selfies together all night! Michael was a rock star on the drums and Steve was crushing it in the middle of the dance floor all night with his sax keeping the crowd going. People were shocked they didn't even take breaks and just were bringing the energy for 4 hours straight! Cannot say enough good things about Reel Productions. Already have one friend who booked them for their wedding next year but I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know so that I can keep seeing them! There are no words to describe how amazing DJ Mike and his team are! We of course added the saxophone player and drummer to really get the best of both worlds of a dj and a band. Absolutely Incredible!! Stop your DJ search now, because Reel Productions is IT! We finally had our wedding on November 19 and when we booked our wedding over 2 years ago, we knew that the music was one of the most important things you need in order to throw a fun/great/memorable party. From the moment we spoke to Mike Egan, we knew that we had found our DJ. At first we were unsure if we should add on the Sax and Drums to our wedding package, but Mike convinced us otherwise and we seriously can't thank him enough for that - they were absolutely phenomenal and added a whole other element to the music that you can't get anywhere else. It was the best of both worlds having a DJ and Band combined into one. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had, how it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and most importantly, how insane the music was and I think literally everyone was obsessed with the Sax and Drums. A few of our guests even came away saying they can't wait to use Reel Productions for their next event. Reel Productions likes to use the phrase "Nobody Sits" to describe their parties - and this was absolutely true for our wedding. The dance floor was literally packed ALL night, it was something that we hoped would happen and they delivered! I barely wanted to leave the dance floor at my own wedding, let alone to run and use the bathroom because I was afraid of missing any songs. At the end of the night, our guests were chanting "One More Song!" I've literally never seen that before at a wedding! Best DJ ever. We got pianist, sax player, drummer, emcee, & of course Mike the DJ. They were wonderful, played music for every age at our wedding and had everyone dancing.

I just recently had my wedding on April 30th 2021 and one of the best and most memorable details about my wedding was this DJ company. First off, I had to reschedule my wedding three times and Mike Egan and the rest of his crew was nothing but accomodating and understanding when working with me to pick another date. They went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel so special! What makes this company unique and so talented is they also offer their clients live percussionists, pianist and saxophone players to add the band/dj feel to your wedding which I felt to be the best of both worlds! We entered to a Metallica song into our wedding venue and the drummer KILLED IT! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to have a great time and to also deal with some of the best people out there! Mike made the whole process of booking super easy and he always got back to us very quickly. The whole group is just amazing. The sax and drummer were the perfect touch to our special day. The amount of energy they have while playing is so amazing !! People are seriously still talking about how great you guys were. Oh my gosh and I can't forget how you accomodated having our 7 year old daughter sing her special song to us as well. You guys truly are the best and we cant thank you enough!!! We chose Reel Productions because they were an extremely affordable way to have the feel of a band at our wedding. I had not met with Mike or his crew prior to the wedding, so our communication was primarily phone and email-based, which worked out just fine. A few weeks before the wedding, we received a Google Doc to share with Mike, in which we planned our entrances, ceremony, and reception playlists. Mike and his guys found our venue (new to them), set up, and introduced themselves without needing help or assistance, which made the day-of have less stress. Our venue was small, so once the volume level was comfortable, our guests repeatedly told me how wonderful the music, musicianship, and saxophone addition were. Our dance floor was packed once dinner concluded and we continued to hear good things from guests in the days after our wedding. The extra dollars to add the saxophone is beyond-words worth it!

Reel Productions was the perfect choice for my wedding. They bring so much to the table and everyone on the team was so great. They were the first and only DJ company I met with for my wedding. I knew right away that there was no better choice. Mike is a great guy, always answered all my texts and calls, was very easy to work with, and made this part of planning stress free for me. His team is very talented, incorporating a drummer is awesome, but adding a saxophonist as well was unique and the cherry on top. I cannot put into words how amazing Reel Productions is. From start to finish, they have been nothing but helpful and professional. They made me feel comfortable during the planning process in regards to music and understood exactly what i wanted for my wedding. Every guest was blown away by how good they were and a week later people are still talking about how amazing the music was, especially the "sax guy". They're having "wedding withdrawals". Everyone was dancing, even the non-dancers. One of the best decisions I made for vendors was this one! Hands down they made my wedding an unforgettable one . Mike and the Reel Productions team are simply amazing. My wedding consisted of singing and dancing the ENTIRE night. My guests barely sat, from young to old. If you want to have the ultimate entertainment at your event- look no further than Reel Productions!!

My husband and I got married in July and our guests are still talking about how amazing the music was. We started off with a jazz band during cocktail hour which people absolutely loved. It was such a nice touch to have relaxing entertainment during that hour and I’m glad Mike recommended that to us. During the reception, Mike kept the party going all night long & knew how to attract every age group at our wedding. We hired the drummer and saxophonist and it was the best addition we made to our wedding! At first I was skeptical because we also had a lot of Spanish music which requires a specific rhythm and I was afraid how adding two instruments that aren’t typically used in that genre would sound. They knew exactly how to make it work and it sounded amazing! The saxophonist was on the dance floor with everyone & the drummer was killing it too. They were incredible and it amazes me still how much energy they all had. Toward the end of the night Mike handed my husband and I the drum sticks and we got to play the drums ourselves which was so fun!! Everyone danced all night long and we all had such a fun time. Thank you Mike & Reel Productions for making our night so incredible and memorable!! Save yourselves time and hire Reel Productions, you will be so happy you did!

I planned my wedding from california. Mike made it seem like there was no distance. I didnt meet him before the wedding, but I still was at ease planning. Through him, I got the photobooth and drummer as well. the pianist for my ceremony nailed it. the drummer was amazing, I lost count of the compliments from all my guests. I requested a random old song that my grandma used to sing to me and he played it! no one was sitting the whole night. if you're planning a wedding or literally any event where music is played, hire reel productions!

Reel Productions has been a lifelong DJ company for both me and my family. We never had a party without them, so for my wedding, there was no question that they wouldn't be there to help us celebrate. Reel Productions is by far the BEST company. They have the best music, know exactly what to play next, they know their audience, AND they bring the party along with them with the most fantastic drummer and saxophone. In my share of weddings, I have never witnessed a DJ company with so much talent packed in one company. Not to mention, I have never seen a drummer and saxophone player that compliment all the songs you want to hear, and ultimately elevate the mood and quality of sound. As I’m sitting writing a review for Mike Egan and his team at Reel Productions, I am having trouble finding a place to even start. Reel Productions DJed at my wedding on October 7th and words can’t explain how outstanding of a job they did. I have known Mike since 2009 when I attended Wagner College. For four years, I followed Mike around to the local Staten Island bars (occasionally throwing on his headphones and helping him DJ myself). When I got engaged, I knew right away that I wanted Mike to work at my wedding. I’ve never seen a dance floor so packed. I had a rowdy, energetic attendance of 240 people at my wedding, and there literally was not a moment from the start of the reception to the end that there wasn’t someone on the dance floor. Mike played everything from the oldies to today’s hits, and people of every generation were up there at some point dancing away. We hired the drummer to play as well which brought the wedding to an even higher level. During the whole process, Mike was a huge help and very accommodating and professional. He stressed that this was my day and that we wanted to make it unforgettable- and that he did. He allowed me to give him as many song requests as I wanted and played every one. I can’t thank Reel Productions enough for your entertainment at my wedding. I will be highly recommending Mike and the Reel Productions crew to everyone I know and will absolutely be hiring him for any family events in the future. THANK YOU!!

My husband and I were determined to find the best entertainment company for our wedding. We knew this was something that could make or break our night. What matters most to us is how involved our family is in celebrating our night to ensure they were having a great time with us. I can delightfully say that it has been one month since my wedding day and my guests are still commenting on how great the music was. The dance floor was packed all night with classics played covering disco to 90's to current pop. We could have not made a better decision choosing Reel Productions. Mike Egan accommodated us throughout the whole process. He made us feel like everything was taken care of and we did not have to be concerned with anything. My husband and I were determined to find the best entertainment company for our wedding. We knew this was something that could make or break our night. What matters most to us is how involved our family is in celebrating our night to ensure they were having a great time with us. I can delightfully say that it has been one month since my wedding day and my guests are still commenting on how great the music was. The dance floor was packed all night with classics played covering disco to 90's to current pop. We could have not made a better decision choosing Reel Productions. Mike Egan accommodated us throughout the whole process. He made us feel like everything was taken care of and we did not have to be concerned with anything. If you are reading this, stop looking— YOU FOUND YOUR DJ!!!!!!! I’ve met with other companies and they can’t even compete. There is absolutely no competition when it comes to REEL Productions. They are the only ones who matter in the industry. From their 5 star costumer service and level of professionalism, they carried out any and every detail with complete precision and excellence. The sax and drummer gave us our own private concert!!!!! My guests are still talking about the live entertainment!!!!!!

Mike Egan, Ryan Zinke, Mike Deconzo, and Steve LaRocca were HANDS DOWN the best vendor at the wedding. From the very beginning to the end the dance floor was filled with guest having the time of their lives. There wasn’t a moment anyone was sitting down. He completely understood the vibe we were going for, and he had every guest from age 18 to age 90 (my grandfather danced the night away) tearing up the dance floor all night. He did an especially amazing job of integrating all the "must plays" with his own picks, which he was encouraged to do as he got a sense of the crowd. The dancing music was the best, and the music earlier in the night was at a perfect background level of noise for dinner and cocktail hour - no one had trouble hearing each other. The saxophone and drummer were essential to the party. YOU MUST HAVE THEM! They MADE the party. I have gotten multiple phone calls about how much fun everyone had and how amazing the DJ, MC, saxophone and drummer were. Anyways, it was perfect. We will always use REEL productions in the future. Everyone was dancing the ENTIRE night. No long breaks for food. No slow songs to chase everyone off the dance floor. Nonstop party for all four hours. They played every song I asked to be played and then some. Literally the best night ever thanks to Reel Productions. Getting Mike (drummer) and Steve (sax player) were the best decisions I made—- they gave the vibe of a live band and made every song feel like you were at a concert. Best. DJs. Ever.

Mike DJ'ed our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased! The music was AMAZING- it honestly made the entire night! People were constantly on the dance floor and had a blast. Everyone's shoes came off so we know it was a success! We also had the drummer and sax player, which were absolutely incredible! We are still getting compliments on their performance! We couldn't have asked for a better night, everything went so smoothly- just as planned. Mike made the process so much fun- between planning and music choices and surprises throughout the night. The execution of it all was more than we could have imagined! We will forever remember this night, and we are so glad he was a part of it! We plan to use REEL PRODUCTIONS for every family event.. forever!

I recently attended a wedding where Reel Productions was the DJ. The DJ, the saxophone player and the drummer were amazing. Everyone was dancing the whole night. The saxophone player was on the dance floor. He had the whole crowd dancing around him. The entertainers were professional and courteous . You can tell that this DJ and his crew puts a tremendous amount of time and effort into their performance. By far this was probably the best wedding I ever attended !

Well, it's almost six months since my bridal shower and I am still receiving phone calls, texts and compliments raving about the party and how amazing our DJ and "the sax" was!! I did not want a traditional bridal shower, so I told Mike I wanted to dance all night- and that's exactly what we did! He had 60+ women of all ages on the dance floor from the start to the finish (I even danced on a chair)!! The saxophone was the perfect addition, so special and really set the mood too! It was so different and Steve (the sax) knew exactly how to get the crowd going- not to mention he even danced with us in the center of the dance floor as he played along with every single song Mike put on. It was one of the most special nights of my life and I am so grateful for the incredible entertainment!! All my pictures are full of dancing and laughing thanks to you guys!!! Seriously, thank you so much for making my night Mike!!

Music is such an important part of any wedding, and choosing Reel Productions was luckily a very easy decision for me. Mike and Ryan are great guys and they far exceeded our expectations for the evening. The best part of working with Mike throughout the process was that this was one thing I happily stepped back from and let him take the reins. He knows exactly how to get everyone dancing, and keep them on the dance floor. Everyone has been raving about how wonderful the music was, and our guests had a blast dancing all night long. For me, seeing our guests enjoy themselves and genuinely excited about the songs he played was one of the best parts of our day. After two weeks have gone by our guests are still messaging us and discussing how amazing you and your company were at our wedding on July 29th 2017 at Il tulipano in little falls, NJ. One guest stated that "it's the first wedding they have been to that the DJ didn't have to tell people to get up and dance; the music and entertainment made people want to get up!" We cannot thank you enough for making our memorable day even more memorable with your companies professionalism and attention to detail. From the photo booth who had the eldest of guests acting like little kids to the pianist for cocktail hour, sax player who we decided to add last minute and of course the drummer we could not have asked for a better line up for our guests.
