g. I am so glad I made her do the trial because the makeup we got was terrible. My fiancé could’ve done a better job. All jokes aside, my mom cried after we took it all off because the makeup made her look nothing like herself and just horrible. I am so upset that she was still charged for the services and had to go through that but am happy that it wasn’t on the day of. Not saying this is for all of their artists, but let this be your sign to book a trial. The looks we had done were nothing like what we showed that we wanted and just looked horrible.

We had quite a bit of communication back and forth with you trying to figure out your best scheduling options as you had multiple schedule conflicts between venue time restraint and being an out of town client. We did our best to get back in a timely manner however, some responses take longer than others as we have to wait for artists to respond to us and we are out of the office on the weekends. As stated on our website please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. I am so happy to hear you loved your artists. I knew you would have a great experience with Tricia and Shar. are extremely organized, responsive, accommodating, and reasonable in price. A month or so before the event, they email out confirmation details to ensure everything is locked in no later than 2 weeks before the event. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early and stayed until we were done, which was a little past our scheduled deadline. The stylists were fun, very experienced, and they were quick. We got ready in my home, which is a little small, but they made it work and embraced the morning wedding chaos with ease. They even found a moment to fit in doing my flower girls’ hair, which was not originally schedule on the list. Overall, they were responsive, accommodating, and experienced, so they girls looked great and we ended in line with the wedding timeline.

When they sent me my final confirmation a week before the wedding, they had the date, time, and place wrong. Which made me nervous. It all worked out in the end, but I could have done without that. They also tried billing me for $100 more than we had originally agreed, stating that they'd updated the prices on the website before our contract was signed. But the prices still on the website were the ones I was expecting, so they took the price back down.

the very high volume of bridal bookings we manage per year, we operate out of 2 email addresses. The first email is our main email address. This is how we communicate with you from start, to your wedding day schedule. The second email is our scheduling email which is solely for approving and revising your wedding day schedule. We actually implemented a price decrease this year (no increase). Your reservation was quoted during our old pricing which was higher. The schedule was made from your reservation details which contained the pricing you were quoted. When you asked us to honor the new website pricing we did so happily. Sounds like you had a win with your artist, and a win with lower than quoted pricing. Congratulations to you and you new husband!
