About a month before my trial, I received an email adjusting my appointment from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM — no big deal at all and still plenty of notice. However, the day of the trial, I received a text from my assigned artist letting me know she had an allergic reaction at a wedding she was working and needed to reschedule. Completely understandable, just unfortunate since I had my whole day planned around it. To her credit, she was wonderful about rescheduling and even agreed to come to my house the following week for a discounted travel fee. I also reached out to the main company to see if any other artists were available that day, but they were fully booked. They did offer to cover a portion of my trial cost, which I appreciated. When I finally met my artist, everything clicked. She was so easy to talk to, we connected instantly, and she listened closely to what I wanted. I had printed inspo photos for both my hair and makeup, and she absolutely nailed it — soft, natural glam that still made me feel beautiful. My hair was even better than I imagined! As the wedding got closer, communication started to feel a bit off. I received several detailed emails confirming final counts and location details, which I appreciated. However, about three weeks before the wedding, I got a “day-of timeline” that had the artists arriving at 6:45 AM — even though we didn’t have access to our venue until 9:00 AM. This wasn’t at all what my artist and I had discussed at the trial, and it caused some last-minute stress. We ended up having to rent our venue an hour earlier (an extra $100) and adjust our photo schedule. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely could have been avoided with clearer communication. On the wedding morning, my artist arrived, texted me to let me know she was on her way, and everything started smoothly. The second artist, however, was deathly afraid of dogs — and one of the main reasons we chose our venue was because our dogs could be part of our day. Unfortunately, that led to a pretty stressful moment when my dog came upstairs and the other artist panicked. We had to move my dog downstairs, which broke my heart a little, but we made it work. Again, not something anyone could predict, but a bit of communication upfront would have helped. In the end, my hair and makeup were absolutely beautiful and I felt incredible on my wedding day, which I fully credit to my artist. She was talented, kind, and dependable when it mattered most. My overall experience, though, had some bumps due to miscommunication between the company and the artists. If you book with Refeyeance, my advice would be: Communicate directly with your artist whenever possible. Double-check the day-of timeline well ahead of time. Know that once you’re in your artist’s hands, you’ll be in great shape! Everyone’s experience is different, and I recognize that wedding planning can be overwhelming, but this was mine — a mix of a few stressful moments and a truly amazing result.

he two women she was working with didn't give much support. Although we paid for airbrush for everyone, only Jamie used airbrush. The other makeup artist used powdered makeup. Half the bridal party didn't receive an airbrush. She did not stay for touch ups. Additionally, the other hair stylist did not secure two of the bridesmaids' hair properly and didn't stick around for touch-ups. Jamie had to fix their hair. Jamie stayed until the entire bridal party was set and then cleaned the space. She did final touch ups on me before first look and left a touch ups bag for me. It came in handy later. I would absolutely work with Jamie again.

She is so easy going and wanted nothing more than to make me feel my best. Bedsides Therese, we had three other artists to get all the women ready. They were talented, professional and fun. All of the women looked and felt amazing. The company was also incredible to work with. They checked in frequently through the planning process and made sure I was happy with the service. I can’t thank them enough!!

he wedding day. Karli is very personable, understanding and such a pleasure to work with!!! Not to mention-my hair and makeup were PERFECT and stayed on all night long!!! We also had Therese to help with the bridesmaids and they absolutely raved about her as well! Her makeup turned out stunning on the girls! The were an amazing duo!!! I can't wait to recommend Karli and Therese in the future and will absolutely use again for any of my future makeup/hair needs.

The price was reasonable, and our makeup stayed on all night. Therese did both my hair and makeup on the trial run and day of. (I highly suggest doing the trial run). She made my vision of how I wanted to look come to life, looking bridal while not putting an overwhelming amount of makeup on. I highly suggest RefEYEance II makeup and hair!

in the area and I found Eye Do to be extremely responsive and price competitive. They promptly set me up with a hair stylist for a trial, and the stylist came to my house which was super convenient! I ended up getting matched up with Danielle and I am SO glad I did! From the moment I met her, she put me at ease and was so fun to work with. She listened to me and really understood exactly the kind of style I wanted on my wedding day. Between the trial and wedding she recommended I get some clip in extensions to add more volume and she was kind enough to text me suggestions on exactly what to get. In the days leading up to my wedding she texted me confirm, reassured me that they would be there on time and to reminded me to breathe which was so helpful! On my wedding day she literally created the hair of my dreams. She spent so much time getting it right, and kept checking in with me to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I absolutely loved the hair and I got SO many compliments on it throughout the day. She also did a great job on my friends/family hair and Leanne the other stylist was great to work with as well! I am SO glad that I went with Eye Do for my wedding day and so grateful to have had Danielle and Leanne as stylists. Thanks Eye Do!!!

xperience and I am so glad I ended up going with them. My artist, Carter, was so sweet and did such an incredible job… I really can’t say enough about her. She really understood the look I was going for and offered her honest opinion, which I truly appreciated! She honestly made me look and feel like a real-life princess! Her team that was with her- Diane and Whitney- were just as amazing! My bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law felt like rock stars and all of them looked absolutely GORGEOUS! These three ladies traveled all the way out to a ranch where we were staying about an hour southeast of Dallas for the wedding, in the middle of thunderstorms and tornado warnings and not one of them was late or complained about a thing! We all got the airbrush makeup done, which looked amazing, felt so light, and lasted all night! I can’t thank these ladies enough for playing such a big role in what ended up being a fairytale wedding and best day of my life!!

Several of my wedding party are new moms and have not been pampered in a long time. One bridesmaid in particular that I have known for years felt so amazing and on fire; I haven't seen that smile on her face in a long time. Tiffany and Jessica hands down made us all feel like goddesses. This was truly a wonderful experience.

matron of honor. I only gave them 4 stars, however, because there were some communication issues with the company itself. Emails come from several different sources which can get confusing. When they sent me my final confirmation a week before the wedding, they had the date, time, and place wrong. Which made me nervous. It all worked out in the end, but I could have done without that. They also tried billing me for $100 more than we had originally agreed, stating that they'd updated the prices on the website before our contract was signed. But the prices still on the website were the ones I was expecting, so they took the price back down.

t have been any better. Not only were they great at doing the hair and makeup services, they were also super friendly and easy to talk to. My sister, who is incredibly picky and indecisive, had her hair done and then decided she didn't like it. Jenn was so sweet and redid it to her liking, and if she was annoyed at all (which I would have been) Jenn didn't show it whatsoever. Stephanie was also incredible and put up with me being a bit of a bridezilla and wanting to take a break to eat (which again, if I were in her shoes, I would have been annoyed). I would 100% recommend them to every bride and will hopefully get to see them again whenever my friends get married!

Jamie and Montia were very easy to get in contact with and got everything done on time. They were very flexible, and it was super nice that they were able to come to me at the hotel the morning of the wedding. The only thing that was a little difficult was that I am not from the Twin Cities but had to find somewhere to meet my stylist in the cities when I went to do my trial run. Honestly wasn't a big deal, but just so other brides know when they go to book. I would recommend Eye Do to any bride, especially Jamie and Montia!

nd beyond for me! My Trial was in April and my wedding was in August so I had changed my mind a little bit as to what look i was going for. Phi Phi was on POINT with my makeup i have never felt like such princess! Mayra was amazing with my hair as well! i had originally had it all up at the trial and now wanted it half up half down and it it came out EXACTLY how I had hoped it would turn out, I can not thank them enough!

And the make up was perfect and lasted all day!!! Would recommend them to everyone!

tiful but just not right or what i was essentially looking for. I had spoken to customer service and they offered a free hair trial since thats what i was really upset with the most and i paid for another make up trial to try a second look. Well i LOOOVED the second look! It was exactly what I was looking for. And though it took almost 3 hours to achieve it, it was well worth. However, the reason for the 3 stars, fast forward to my wedding day, i was told originally that I would have jamie all to myself and i realized when i received the “timeline” the day before, of all the girls doing their makeup/hair in my bridal party the day of, my hair and makeup set times was spread out and my stylist was shared amongst the 5 other girls. I figured they are professionals they know what they are doing but the day of the wedding i was THE LAST GIRL to have their makeup/hair done! i get it your professionals but knowing my trials lasted well close to 3 hours and we had about 2hrs left before we had to get dressed i was a bit perturbed as to why i was put last since i was also THE BRIDE THE MOST IMPORTANT?! Secondly...the makeup that jamie had put on me the day of the wedding was from my FIRST TRIAL and NOT my second trial. We were running soo late as it is, i couldnt even have the time to tell her “hey! U put the wrong palate on me!” If it werent for me taking out the lip gloss i wanted to use (from my second trial) she wouldve put some nasty lip stain she used on me during my first trial as i saw her whip it out! I was disappointed it didnt exactly turn out the way i wanted it to. In the end, with tax and a $60 tip (i tip well cuz im in the service industry too) my makeup that i didnt want and hair came to $360. Oh and u pay for their parking ($20) even though across the street, the all day parking lot was $10. I know cuz i parked there for the morning bird special. Long story short, my now husband thought i looked beautiful that day and thats all that really mattered to me.
