—Adrianna and Carelicha were incredible! They were so friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Their applications were flawless and made me feel so beautiful and confident. They truly listened to my feedback from the trial and perfectly executed everything I wanted on the big day. I couldn’t have asked for a better look, and my makeup and hair held up beautifully from start to finish. We also had a third artist, Maureen, who worked on my bridal party. While her work looked lovely, several bridesmaids shared some concerns after the wedding. Maureen reportedly charged a “long hair fee” to multiple girls even though their hair wasn’t below their bra strap, and one bridesmaid with pre-existing extensions was charged an extra extension fee. Additionally, Maureen informed some of the girls that the 20% gratuity was already included in their total, even though everyone paid cash directly. The overall cost felt quite high, especially with the added $250 travel fee on top of the makeup and hair services. Throughout the process, Ashley was incredibly helpful and supportive. She helped me tremendously by answering my questions and addressing my concerns whenever I reached out, which I am very grateful for. Her willingness to assist made a big difference, especially when things felt overwhelming or confusing at times. If I could do it again, I would take more time to fully understand the pricing and fees before booking, as that would have influenced my decision. However, despite these issues, I’m so grateful for the beautiful makeup and hair Adrianna and Carelicha gave me—it truly made me feel like the best version of myself on my wedding day.

even let you cancel free of charge after your trial if you book it prior to 120 days before the wedding, which I really appreciated the safety of this. We ended up being assigned two artists, Ramona and Carelicha, who both were incredible! Ramona traveled to our house to do the trial one and was so kind and patience as we explored different options. The day of, she blew it out of the park with my hair and make up! She also did all the girls hair and Carelicha did their make up. Everyone was so happy with how they looked for the day. Both artists were timely, kind, knowledgable, and just overall great people to have in the bridal suite the morning of. We even finished a little ahead of schedule and they ensured there was time for touch ups for those that went early in the morning. I could not have asked for a better experience for hair and make up for our wedding!

and Julia were so sweet and receptive to all of my feedback, no matter how tiny or contradicting it was. And they NEVER made me feel bad about making a change or pivoting completely from my trial hair/makeup. There was a small hiccup in which the artist forgot about my trial but both her and the owner of REFeyeANCE reached out with genuine apologies. I was comped the trial fee and we rescheduled within days. It all ended up fine in the end and I completely understood-- we are all human. But they truly made up for it with wonderful customer service and by doing an amazing job on the wedding day. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and they made all of my bridesmaid and MIL look absolutely stunning. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book REFeyeANCE for your wedding day.

t. The day of all of my bridesmaids and mothers loved their hair and my updo lasted all day and all night. There was a minor miscommunication of payment method but we were able to resolve pretty quickly. Overall very happy with the end result!

Finding a good makeup artist was very important to me and REFeyeANCE was reliable, up-front about costs and fees, and consistent with scheduling and showing ip when promised. This company felt very reliable. My makeup stayed on all day and night, was comfortable, photographed well, and came off easily at the end of the day with simple makeup remover wipes. I would book Noelle for any big event in the future, she is truly so talented. I appreciate how she made me feel comfortable and confident before I left her chair.

th hair and makeup artists, had decent pricing compared to others and had a backup plan in case something happened the day of my wedding and a replacement artist was needed (thankfully that didn't happen). I was happy with the hair and makeup trial process and their willingness to work with me when I wasn't happy with the first makeup artist they provided, so they offered others and provided me another trial with a different artist for free (aside from tip). On the day of my wedding, both of my artists (Ramona and Lauren) did an amazing job on me and my wedding party of 8 and were very professional, fun and kind as we all got ready together. As a hair and makeup perfectionist, I was very happy with the overall experience and end result.

Sandie absolutely crushed it on the makeup, and Jacquelyn did a wonderful job with our hair. I was taken aback by how stunning they made me look and feel. Sandie was wonderful to interact with on the wedding day, making me feel at ease and keeping me laughing. The communication with REFeyeANCE about anything really was so easy and they were very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

She made sure my hair and makeup turned out exactly how I wanted and she checked in with me later in the day to make sure everything stayed how we wanted! On my actual wedding day we also worked with Megan and Jessica and they were equally amazing. She did a great job of doing my hair and makeup based on the photos that I showed her. She also was kind and professional. I had 11 women get their hair and/or makeup done by these three artists, and everyone was very happy with how their services turned out. t I do have a few comments. One- when she did my trial she didn’t have enough eyebrow shades that I ended up going to buy my own makeup for the wedding because she didn’t have the shade I wanted. She seemed to have little experience with brows but I believe she was working on that. Then, the day of the wedding, she ended up getting a bunch of makeup powder on our carpets (our wedding was at our farm) and instead of asking for a tarp or something she just didn’t even mention it - kept going - and left it there. Now don’t get me wrong- our wedding day was perfect and Mikia did a great job overall. But using RefEYEance means you are using people they hire as contractors and each contractor doesn’t have the same experience/background so it all depends on who they send to your wedding regarding whether or not they are good. Again- our wedding day turned our well using RefEYEance I just wanted to share what information I had!

Through tears, hugs, eating, and wine haha as for Hair I had a friend of mine do my hair as a wedding present, but everyone else's hair that was done by Ramona held up beautifully and she was patient and listened to what they wanted.

Tricia was extremely responsive and professional and literally saved the day for getting the girls and myself ready for the wedding day. have imagined!! Unfortunately, one of our artists (April Luca) was incredibly unprofessional. She called me 2 days before our wedding to tell me she needed to leave 3 hours early and wouldn’t be able to get to 5 of the girls she was supposed to have - I understand that emergencies happen, but instead of helping me figure out the new schedule, she told me that “it shouldn’t be this difficult” so I was left trying to re-arrange the schedule for 13 girls and 4 artists the day before my wedding, when I put a lot of work into planning it weeks ahead of time so I could enjoy the day with family who traveled across the country to see me. I would expect that if she changed the schedule then she would have at least helped me figure out a new one. It ended up messing the timeline up for all the other artists cause she apparently didn’t communicate with them either. She then arrived 30 minutes late (on top of leaving 3 hours early) and proceeded to complain to all of my bridesmaids about how difficult I was being (all I had done was asked her to help me come up with a new schedule)… hopefully you can avoid getting her as your artist if you book through this company because the rest of the artists were amazing.
