The makeup & hair was exactly what I wanted.

ydney assigned to me. To clarify, Deanna, our hair stylist was wonderful. However, I did not have a great experience with the makeup artist Sydnee. First off, I had scheduled my hair and makeup trial on the same day for a reason. Then Sydnee had to cancel last minute the MORNING of the trial. I was told it was a family emergency which was fine. However the owner Ashley did tell me my makeup trial would be rescheduled and the fee would be waived. It was rescheduled but Sydnee still made me pay which makes me question whether there was a miscommunication or she just wanted the money. Then, the day of the wedding Sydnee was unprepared and had no sense of urgency whatsoever which caused us to be behind schedule by over an hour. She was doing my first bridesmaid’s makeup and then realized she didn’t have tweezers and was literally going to drive home to get some, which would have caused us to be even farther behind. Luckily we had our own tweezers and that worked out. I just think overall she was a little unprofessional and unprepared for the importance of the event. Also incredibly impersonable and hard to make conversation with, which made the getting ready experience a little awkward and overwhelming. Would absolutely recommend Deanna in a heartbeat. The unfortunate part is that this company does not let you select your artists. They do it for you and I never got to see a gallery of their work. I just had to trust that they knew what they were doing.

I was hoping for through both the trial and on the day-of and I am so happy with how I looked! Danielle was very skilled and knowledgeable as well which helped me a lot since I know very little about makeup. All communication was smooth and easy which I’m especially thankful for since I planned my wedding from abroad, and REFeyeANCE really helped to be flexible throughout the planning process. I am so pleased I had REfeyeANCE as a part of my wedding day and can definitely recommend it to others!

My bridesmaids provided Oksana with limited information on what they wanted on the day of and she exceeded their expectations! I was extremely happy with how Jasmine did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She did not do my trial and had to fill in last minute as my original artist had a family emergency but regardless she came prepared and I was blown away by the results. Jasmine was friendly and upbeat the entire day and very professional. Refeyeance has a very organized process of assigning out their artists and sends out a detailed itinerary of the day which I really appreciated and found very helpful for me and my bridesmaids. They made everything run so smoothly! I highly recommend for hair and makeup!

edding and she could not have done a better job. My mother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law all got makeup done as well and said that they have never looked better. My mother-in-law, best person, and bridesmaid also got their hair done and were thrilled with how it turned out. My hair is very thin and never holds a curl but Danielle worked magic and my hair stayed looking the way it did at the beginning the whole night even through a windy outdoor ceremony. I can also never get my makeup to stay through a whole day and that did not budge either. I could not recommend them more!

nd hair trial almost a full year before my wedding and (of course) I completely changed up what I wanted the day of and she totally nailed it. She also helped my mom and mother in-law decide how they wanted to look and feel on that day and it was wonderful to see how pretty they both looked/felt too. She really did an incredible job - my make-up and hair stayed all night: YES, my CURLS stayed ALL night. The company's pricing and responsiveness was top notch as well. eplacement hair stylist showed up 2 1/2 hours past our scheduled start time. This caused incredible stress on the morning of the wedding. We were supposed to have an allowed amount of time per person and it was reduced in half, despite being charged the full fee. We have only been offered a weak apology. There were some odd makeup mishaps that we are attributing to the artists needing to rush. I can't say at this point I would recommend them.

Since I was destination I didn't get a makeup trial but I would say if you are destination then they will do what they can to make up for not having one.

st minute. She was so kind, helpful, and incredible at what she does. My bridesmaids hair and makeup gals were named Tina and Nicole. The one that did their makeup was awesome. The one that did our hair, not so much. I had a bridesmaid drop out for a family emergency and her only response was "well I'm still getting paid for that spot," though I fully expected to pay. She made my entire party feel uncomfortable while she facetimed with her boyfriend/husband loudly talking about the $1200 she was going to make later on in the day applying extensions and made it clear she was impatient waiting for my niece that we had called up to fill and extra spot. Not to mention, my bridal parties hair all fell out expect for mine, my mother's, and flow girls, all which Jen had done, not her. I would just reccomend researching the other girls hired for your event through this company.

I just loved how my bridesmaids and I looked for the wedding, perfectly made up yet not overdone and I loved that it held all night. She and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them a thousand times over!

The only thing that was a bit frustrating during the planning process was going through the main company, Refeyeance. It was confusing and frustrating because I would receive emails from 2-3 different people at the main headquarters about the same information that I already provided. All of the info I provided or approved I had to do two to three times which got confusing and a little stressful. Once I was assigned Carter as my stylist I just went directly through her and it was perfect!

Between the trial and wedding she recommended I get some clip in extensions to add more volume and she was kind enough to text me suggestions on exactly what to get. xperience and I am so glad I ended up going with them. My artist, Carter, was so sweet and did such an incredible job… I really can’t say enough about her. She really understood the look I was going for and offered her honest opinion, which I truly appreciated! She honestly made me look and feel like a real-life princess! Her team that was with her- Diane and Whitney- were just as amazing! My bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law felt like rock stars and all of them looked absolutely GORGEOUS! These three ladies traveled all the way out to a ranch where we were staying about an hour southeast of Dallas for the wedding, in the middle of thunderstorms and tornado warnings and not one of them was late or complained about a thing! We all got the airbrush makeup done, which looked amazing, felt so light, and lasted all night! I can’t thank these ladies enough for playing such a big role in what ended up being a fairytale wedding and best day of my life!!

Several of my wedding party are new moms and have not been pampered in a long time. One bridesmaid in particular that I have known for years felt so amazing and on fire; I haven't seen that smile on her face in a long time. Tiffany and Jessica hands down made us all feel like goddesses. This was truly a wonderful experience.

She was so kind and understanding with my requests and so incredibly patient! They worked quickly and efficiently, and even stuck around a bit longer to make sure we didn't need touch ups. Everyone was thrilled with the end result, and we all had so many compliments! Working with Eye Do was a positive experience!

matron of honor. I only gave them 4 stars, however, because there were some communication issues with the company itself. Emails come from several different sources which can get confusing. When they sent me my final confirmation a week before the wedding, they had the date, time, and place wrong. Which made me nervous. It all worked out in the end, but I could have done without that. They also tried billing me for $100 more than we had originally agreed, stating that they'd updated the prices on the website before our contract was signed. But the prices still on the website were the ones I was expecting, so they took the price back down.

t have been any better. Not only were they great at doing the hair and makeup services, they were also super friendly and easy to talk to. My sister, who is incredibly picky and indecisive, had her hair done and then decided she didn't like it. Jenn was so sweet and redid it to her liking, and if she was annoyed at all (which I would have been) Jenn didn't show it whatsoever. Stephanie was also incredible and put up with me being a bit of a bridezilla and wanting to take a break to eat (which again, if I were in her shoes, I would have been annoyed). I would 100% recommend them to every bride and will hopefully get to see them again whenever my friends get married!

memories of this will be my closest friends looking amazing. Danielle and Pinina were so wonderful and professional.. Their skills made us look so wonderful. I highly recommend Eye Do Makeup & Hair!

how I wanted it to, and my bridesmaids looked beautiful and really enjoyed getting their hair and makeup done for the day! Jamie and Montia were very easy to get in contact with and got everything done on time. They were very flexible, and it was super nice that they were able to come to me at the hotel the morning of the wedding. The only thing that was a little difficult was that I am not from the Twin Cities but had to find somewhere to meet my stylist in the cities when I went to do my trial run. Honestly wasn't a big deal, but just so other brides know when they go to book. I would recommend Eye Do to any bride, especially Jamie and Montia!
