I retrieved my makeup and hair artist, Katerina, through refeyenance and she was beyond expectations. I have never felt more beautiful in my life and my whole bridal party was stunning. I recieved so many compliments on how good my makeup looked. She really nailed it and was extremely sweet and personable. highly recommend!

They also were unable to professionally handle delicate situations and resulted in various uncomfortable situations on the morning of my wedding, despite having been briefed on the situation directly prior to the wedding day.

y services are paid on the day of the wedding. We do not accept pre payment to allow for last minute schedule changes. Often times we have multiple artists scheduled for a wedding. One artist might take on an additional makeup or hair to keep the schedule on track. Sometimes the schedule can get switched around to better accommodate the day. For these reasons, we do not accept pre-payment. We understand that this might not be preferred by brides who do not wish to deal with payments on the day of the wedding but have found this is the best solution to avoid schedule-payment problems. You would pay your artist(s) directly the day of the wedding for the services they complete. Each bridal party member can pay for their own services individually or the bride can pay each artist directly for all of the services completed for the day. When the bride is paying for all services on the wedding day, each artist would be paid directly for the total amount of applications they complete.
Cash, card and Venmo are all accepted on the day of the wedding. Artists do not accept checks.
Our scheduling department would put together a detailed schedule for you to review 4 weeks before the wedding so that you have a clear visual of the day and how much is due to each artist (s).
In the above situation the bride mentioned that there were "uncomfortable situations the morning of the wedding" . This was address internally and there is a plan in place to help prevent a similar situation from happening in the future.

I met them during my hair and make up trial and they instantly put me at ease despite not having a clear idea of what I wanted my hair or make up to look like. I showed them vague vibes and images I liked and they compiled them into a beautiful bridal look. PhiPhi also provided many tips regarding my daily routine for my skin and provided some recommendations for products. On the day of the two of them both meshed so easily with my friends and family and helped make everyone feel beautiful! We stayed on time and had so much fun along the way. PhiPhi even gave the girls little make up touch up kits so that they could fix their own makeup throughout the duration of the reception!

maids kept saying this was the best hair and makeup they have ever had for a wedding. Everyone was so responsive and made the entire process so easy. I love that they come to you for the hair trial and also the wedding day of, it allowed us all to have such a fun and relaxing day and not be worried about where we should be and when. In terms of scheduling they also made the process so easy because all I had to do was say when we needed to be ready for the wedding and how many people for hair and makeup and the refeyeance team took care of the rest, ensuring we had a reasonable timeline, no one would have to wake up super early, and that we wouldn't run out of time.
I encourage everyone to use refeyeance! You won't be disappointed

My hair lasted for hours. I had an abnormally hot day for a May wedding in New England (96 degrees). They were quick to do any touch up and our hair and makeup stayed flawless throughout the entire day (and our wedding was very hot and humid) The whole planning process with the Refeyeance team was easy and professional, I never had any worry. One of the makeup artists the day of was in the hospital and Refeyeance was super quick to find a replacement which was super nice and kept the day flowing perfectly.
Gina specifically did my hair and makeup, we had a trial way back in December and she still remembered exactly how I wanted everything. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup, Gina is truly the best.
Sophia and Gina are both so good at what they do, I cannot recommend them enough, they were the sweetest.

RefEYEance made the process easy. I was so impressed with my hair trial and I loved the bridal updo that Gina created. I had my heart set on wearing a flower crown and Gina helped this vision come true for me. I brought in different crowns from different florists and she helped me decide which one was best. On my wedding day, my hair was exactly what I had imagined and I LOVED it. Gina also made my entire bridal party look beautiful! I got married outside on one of the hottest days in July - and she still managed to make our hair stay intact. I did not have to give my hair a second thought while I danced all night! (which is super convenient as I don't have a car to get outside the city) and Luana did a fabulous job. She was extremely professional and both my hair and makeup came out flawless. Fast forward to my wedding and we had 3 artists come in as I gifted my bridesmaids (7), Mother and Mother-in-Law all hair and makeup and had 20 services total. Originally they had said they would start the services around 10:30 AM since there was three of them, but I had asked for them to come in earlier at 8:30 AM instead as I assumed that we would run behind schedule. Thank goodness we did as one of the makeup artists ran about an hour behind and we did have to re-do 2 hair services that came out not as expected. Luana was extremely professional and helped out as the two girls came to me afterward and said they did not like their end product, she stayed past the time she was suppose to be there to help put my girls (and my mind) at ease to reconstruct the hair styles. Though there were a couple hiccups on the day of which is to be expected and price you pay put my bride mind at ease!
