Karesa from REFeyeANCE is truly an amazing artist! She was responsible for both my wedding hair and makeup, as well as for my engagement photoshoot, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. From the start, she made me feel completely at ease. I showed her some Pinterest inspiration for my hair and makeup, and she absolutely nailed it every single time. On our wedding day, my hair and makeup stayed flawless throughout the entire event – I had nothing to worry about. Karesa and the entire REFeyeANCE team were incredibly easy to communicate with during the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. For my wedding day, I had three artists, and each one was efficient and talented. All the girls were so pleased with their hair and makeup, and each artist took the time to listen to everyone’s individual preferences. REFeyeANCE was very easy to work with and emailed back immediately. They worked with my timeline and are reasonably priced. Rachel is amazing! Prior to meeting her, I had been told that I did not have enough hair to do the romantic, loose updo I wanted. I was told that I would need to buy extensions to create the hairstyle I wanted. I made a hair trial appointment with Rachel and she said that hairstyle would be no problem and that I did not need extensions.

We were on a tight time frame with the amount of people in my bridal so I was nervous on picking a good vender who could stay on schedule. REFeyeANCE answered all of my questions promptly and on the wedding day, my makeup lasted all day at an outdoor wedding and was still perfect at the end of the night for the sparkler send-off. Refeyeance as a company was great to work with as they were very communicative and put together the hair and makeup schedule for me so that it was easy to plug in the names of my bridal party. We had 9 bridesmaids, two mothers, and myself (the bride) and everyone was able to get their hair and makeup done before an early Catholic mass. I loved working with Karesa! I am so glad I did a trial with her, so I knew what my hair and makeup would look like. They were flexible with the timeline, which was a relief to me. Read the details carefully when booking - I thought I would have 6 ppl when I booked, but ended up with 5. This slightly changed the price, but still within reason. I am glad I booked two artists despite the increase in price, especially since we had an early ceremony. Karesa and Jasmine showed up on time and were ready to work! The makeup was great and lasted ALL day. The team was great with all hair types and each persons vision. It was hot and humid on our wedding day, so our framing curls fell a little. Not sure if stronger hair spray would have helped though. Either way, everyone's hair and makeup held very well for the entire day. I would give them 5 stars, but the automated and lengthy emails were not personable and sometimes confusing because I had already taken care of the requested tasks. I would prefer to communicate with a person. Be mindful when budgeting as the booking fee does not apply to your total cost. I would highly recommend REFeyeANCE!

We had Holly as our stylist for my wedding this past weekend on 10/1/22 and I cannot say enough good things about her!! She was phenomenal during my trial, helped me decide on affordable clip in extensions and adjusted my curls based on my preference. On my wedding day she arrived early, listened to all my bridesmaids on their requests and created beautiful styles that fit everyone’s preferences. She is so kind and great at what she does!! Working with this company was very easy! The scheduling, communication and reminders were well organized and convenient. The artists ability to do both hair and makeup made the whole situation a little less stressful for me, and made planning a lot easier. I cannot recommend Holly and Karesa highly enough! My mom and I did trials with Holly MONTHS before the wedding due to an out of state move. Holly remembered exactly what I did and didn’t love about my trial and made adjustments. She and Karesa both made my bridesmaids look incredible with their hair and makeup. Karesa was my H&MUA and I cannot say enough good things about her. I initially had my H&MU trial pretty early on for my engagement photos. But even with ~8 months or so in between, Karesa knew exactly what to do. She was VERY flexible with timing since I had a Sunday brunch wedding. Karesa and Holly came in very early and busted out all the hair & makeup pretty much exactly on time so we were set up for the entire day. Most weddings get very behind from hair and makeup but Karesa kept everything right on track. She is in charge of scheduling also and she was very flexible with last minute changes and offered advice/suggestions to help make the day better. Karesa is so sweet and easy to get along with. I couldn't be happier that I found her to make sure my big day was flawless.

Rachel is amazing all-around. Upon meeting her for my trial run, she was super welcoming and warm. My nerves immediately went away, because she clearly knew what she was doing - plus, she was easy to talk to. Rachel completed my trial look and made changes based on my wishes. I had this specific brand/color of lipstain that I wanted to use, but it was dry and well past its prime - Rachel literally went on a hunt (to multiple stores) in efforts to find this exact lipstain! What an angel! On the day of my wedding, she travelled 1.5 hours and arrived at my house by 7AM. She hardly paused until she finished all 10 make-up applications. everyone felt BEAUTIFUL. That same day, one of my bridesmaids even booked Rachel for her own wedding! Everyone was so impressed by everything Rachel has to offer. THANK YOU!!

Maria is fabulous!! She was hired for my friend’s wedding 3 years prior (where she stayed late and help attach my fake eyelashes that had fallen off after the makeup artist had left) and we loved her (and her dedication) so much we had her come back for my wedding this year! She did an amazing job yet again, getting in 9 adult hair styles in under 6 hours. Please request Maria if you use this company!! The only issue we ran into was communication with the actual company as there are several event coordinators and it appeared as though sometimes communication wasn’t always clear. Example- I’d get an email about a schedule, have it arranged and it seemed okay. Then a week later get another email about my schedule, I explained that it was already coordinated and then after they got in contact with their other staff member the issue was resolved. Other than that, great company!!

My bridesmaids and I did a lot of online research before selecting REFeyeANCE. I had my makeup trial for my engagement photos and knew right then I had made the right decision. Rachel did an amazing job on the entire bridal party makeup. After reading countless great reviews, I decided to go with Refeyeance makeup & hair for my wedding day and I am so glad I did! I lucked out and had Jami (one of the owners) as my stylist for the day. One of my favorite things about Jami was how receptive she was to changes. I had a trial with her and made some notes on modifications I would like to make on the day of hair and makeup and she really listened to and implemented those changes. She clearly wanted everyone to look and feel their best and took her time making that happen. After a failed trial experience with another provider, I had expressed my concerns to Karesa about my hair and make up plan for the day. They did mine and my girls hair and makeup exactly how we wanted it!! ( and even got my mom to get makeup and hair and made her look beautiful!!!!) I cannot say enough about them, absolutely would recommend them to any friend or family that needs hair/makeup services!

Hair and Makeup was one of the last vendors I booked for my wedding. I was extremely worried that I wasn't going to find a great vendor and that's when I found REFeyeANCE. Ashley and the team at REFeyeANCE Makeup & Hair were absolutely wonderful to work with. I met with Ashley for my hair and makeup trial and decided I needed a second hair trial closer to the wedding date. Ashley agreed to a second meeting and after that meeting I knew I was going to look beautiful on my wedding day. She was super accommodating and easy to work with! The day of the wedding, Ashley was prompt and arrived to the house on time and brought one of her associates to do my wedding party's and family's makeup. After listening to the vision we wanted makeup wise (very natural) we all looked beautiful! I highly recommend REFeyeANCE Makeup & Hair.

Ashley Walker is an amazing artist! Not only did she make all of us look beautiful, she helped us feel beautiful! I love that she didn’t blink an eye when I mentioned my allergies. She was a pleasure to work with and willing to help with finding the best products for me! I would recommend her every time!

Karesa did an incredible job with my makeup along with all of my bridesmaids. Everyone looked flawless and all of the makeup stayed on even though it was 90 some degrees and we thought it might melt off! I would recommend Karesa to anyone!

Karesa is AWESOME!!!! I do not wear a lot of makeup, so I was a bit nervous about my wedding day makeup looking ‘too much’. Karesa listened and truly wanted it to be perfect. I absolutely LOVED what she did and felt so comfortable and beautiful all day!! I couldn’t recommend her or REFeyeANCE more!!!
