Refined Beauty has the best teams! This is my third time getting services from them - the first two were as a bridesmaid and because of the great experience, I booked them for my wedding day. It was definitley a no-brainer since I loved my hair and make up the first couple times and knew they would deliver. I heard a few horror stories from friends of other hair & makeup companies not showing up at all for their weddings, but I knew this wouldn't happen with Refined Beauty. For my wedding I had Vicky, Wendy, and Karissa - all of them are so nice and are really able to do it all. I let my bridesmaids choose any hair and make up style they wanted and everyone came out looking amazing! My mom, MIL, and husband's sister also got services and they looked great! I love that they listen to what each person wants and helps bring the vision to life. I had a great experience during my hair and makeup trial as well, so I felt good going into my wedding day. My hair and make up lasted all day, but didn't feel heavy - which is important cause I don't usually do full face every day. We also had a change in our timeline, so our morning got pushed up from 8am to 6am(!!). I felt really bad, since it was only about a month out from our wedding date, but Vicky and her team were able to accommodate us and reassured that we would be able to finish on time. Highly recommend and definitely book in advance - they book quickly for good reason!

Vicky and Jenny did hair and makeup for 9 girls total on my wedding day (Oct 2024). I am so grateful to have found Refined Beauty. I don’t typically wear makeup so I was worried about the final look, but Vicky absolutely killed it. I loved my final look and all the other girls had positive experiences with them as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Refined Beautify assigned Celeste (Celestial Glam) to be my makeup artist, and she did my hair & makeup and also my mom's makeup. I was going for a natural/glowy look, and Celeste nailed it. She was SUPERB, and I can't rave about her enough! I definitely recommend reaching out to her directly for your wedding.

Vicky and Wendy are the best! I had them both for my hair and makeup for my wedding day. They were able to finish all 6 of us girls on time and made it super easy for us! Vicky was super helpful and answered any questions that I may had and she was easy to talk to. She was very communicative to me and listened to what I wanted as well as the girls. I was able to schedule two trials just cause I wanted to do a more of a glam look the second time around. My wedding was in Temecula, CA and the day was going to be warm and I knew I was going to cry a lot, but my makeup didn't budge at all! I was so surprised after crying so much my makeup still looked perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone else who is also looking for a hair and makeup team.

Refined Beauty was incredible to work with on my wedding day! I had a tall order with 20 people (myself, friends, my mom, groom's mom, and two flower girls) needing hair and/or makeup done. Vicky set me up with five incredible artists (Jenny, Khloe, Marisa, Dianne, and Caroline) who got everyone's services done flawlessly... and early! Everyone was thrilled with how their hair and makeup turned out!

Refined Beauty is literally the BEST HMUA team for weddings! From the moment I contacted them to the day of, their communication, friendliness, and expertise was amazing. During my makeup trial, I had a few adjustments that I wanted made and Vicky was so accommodating and friendly. She took her time to ensure I was 100% happy with the outcome. About three months before our wedding, they kindly sent over the timeline for the day of. They were flexible with any adjustments I wanted to make and made it so much easier to plan for the day. On our wedding day, we had 10 total women in our group needing services, so I was worried we needed to start as early as 5AM. We started at 8AM, had a 1 hour gap as we switched locations, and finished with time to spare at 1:30PM. Let me just say, they made me feel SO beautiful. My makeup was perfect with just the right amount of glam to make me feel like a princess but without making me look unrecognizable. My hair was straight out of a movie (thank you Kerry). My girls were also super happy with Julee’s work. The team as a whole is amazing and super talented. I could not recommend them enough! If you’re looking for quality, friendliness, and speed, you found the right team!!

Refined Beauty checked off all my boxes for our wedding HMUA. 1) All-in-one vendor who's team handles both hair and makeup: Great because you know they already know how to work with each other v. get separate vendors for hair and makeup. To that, they're definitely a well-oiled machine and work so well together. Also, this requires less vendors to add to your vendor list. 2) Beautiful work who fit within my budget. They have a wide arsenal of looks they can do. My mom and mother-in-law wanted more natural, minimal, and elegant looks and both Vicky and Jenny knew how to deliver. They both felt so beautiful. My bridesmaids and I wanted more full-glam and, of course, they knew how to make us glow. They knew how to enhance everyone's beauty. 3) They're active on social media: Super helpful so you can reference their work for trail and your wedding day looks. Also, to see if their style fits what you're looking for. 4) Communicative & Organized: From my initial inquiry emails to glamming our moms and bridal party, Vicky was super helpful, quick to respond, and answered ALL my questions. Unlike other H/MUAs, you can easily find their pricing on their website. This was a major green flag for me; doing this showed they don't want to waste anyone's time and I'm ALL about that! To that, they even prepared a day-of timeline for their services that helped me figure out the timeline for the rest of the wedding day. 5) Professional & Sweet: Both Vicky and Jenny are so easy to work with. Once I met them for my trial, conversations were easy-going, they're kind, gracious, and just genuinely excited for you and your wedding party. They listened to any feedback and happily made adjustments (although, I didn't need much to adjust since they're both experts in their crafts). I am BEYOND happy that I was able to book them for my wedding. All the women they worked on looked to beautiful and felt comfortable in their glam up. I was stressed about finding a good HMUA, but Refined Beauty melted that all away. I knew a could trust them and they definitely delivered! Thank you, Vicky & Jenny!!! <3

I had a large bridal party and knew from the start I needed to hire a team who could do both hair and makeup for 11 women. I spent a while searching, comparing pricing, and scouring pictures, as I wanted to pick a team who could make not just myself, but all of my party and our wide range of skin tones feel beautiful. I was also concerned with getting 11 people through in a timely manner, but Vicky created a schedule that made the flow of the morning so easy. I could not be happier with the incredible job that Vicky and her team did. Everyone looked stunning in their own ways, and we had a genuinely great time hanging out with our stylists Vicky, Wendy, Anitra, and Kristin as they glammed us out. I hired Refined Beauty for my bridal hair and make up as well as hair and makeup for my mom and bridesmaids. Kristin was our hair stylist and April was our make up artist and they both did awesome! I did trials for both hair and makeup, and both were able to make the modifications I requested during the trial, and then perfect them on the wedding day. They were also both on time and stayed on schedule the entire time. Their prices were fair and competitive, especially considering what a good job they did. I would absolutely trust them for special occasion makeup again and recommend them to others!

From the morning until the very end of the night, my hair and makeup still looked flawless. Same with the other 7 friends/family who got their hair/makeup done that day as well. Vicky is an absolute gem! She was always very responsive and helpful from the moment we started communicating and really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Vicky was incredibly easy to work with from day 1! She was able to find a makeup artist/hair stylist that could accommodate my schedule for a trial and her team did an incredible job for our wedding day! I was really worried about looking too overdone and not myself at my wedding, and Yessenia did a fantastic job capturing the soft glam look that I was going for with a natural hairstyle and I totally felt like myself, but so much better. The whole team was very calm the morning of the wedding, which set the mood for the whole bridal party. I highly recommend Vicky and her team of incredible makeup artists and hairstylists!

We hired Refined Beauty for our wedding in February and they did an amazing job! Vicky was so easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to questions. Chloe was our MUA and Jenny was our hair stylist. They both did such an amazing job and were so sweet, patient, and easy to work with. I treated my mother and mother-in-law to hair and makeup and though they were initially not very comfortable with the experience, they ended up having a wonderful time and were so happy with how they looked afterwards! We used Jenny and Vicky with Refined Beauty for our recent wedding and can’t recommend them enough! Vicky was always prompt to respond to my emails and answered questions thoroughly. They took my feedback from the trial and ran with it. I ended up looking better than I ever thought possible for my wedding day. Our moms and bridesmaids were equally as thrilled. My wife and I, who don’t wear makeup regularly, were searching for a H&MU team that was not only inclusive of a same-sex couple, but would also be able to enhance the features we cared about most while keeping the look as natural as possible - Vicky, Wendy and their team delivered! The hair styling was incredible, my wife had intricate braids and I had a low bun - both styles still looked flawless at the end of the night. I've never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day and a huge part of that was my STUNNING hair & makeup. I originally looked at Refined Beauty but they we're booked up for my date. I then booked an individual HMUA who basically ghosted me after I paid my deposit. I reached back out to Refined Beauty and Vicky worked her magic to book me, I was so thankful! I was booked with Kristin for hair and Khloe for makeup and both were incredible. Kristin is literally a hair genius and Khloe is a makeup master! I was really worried about my hair staying all day but it didn't move an inch. And for my makeup, I decided to change it day of and as soon as Khloe handed me the mirror after, I was in tears, everything was so perfect. Thank you all so much ladies!!!

I had the best experience with Refined Beauty throughout the entire process — from booking my services to the day of my wedding. For my trial hair & makeup, at the last minute, my mom had decided to travel in to help with a few other wedding details and was interested in having a trial done as well. When I asked to see if this was something that they could accommodate, they were quick to adjust. Vicky was our make-up artist and Jenny was our hair stylist. They were both incredible, personable, and experts at what they do. Not only did we love our hair and make-up, but we had such a fun time with them. Felt like catching up with old friends. For my trial hair and makeup, I decided to do a dress fitting the same day to see how the entire look would come together. My make-up and hair were both gorgeous, but after trying on my dress I realized that my original make up inspiration didn’t really match the aesthetic I was going for with the look of my dress. Afterwards, I gave them feedback and they were very receptive. On the day of my wedding, Vicky easily made adjustments to what I was looking for. I was blown away with my final look and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Additionally, they did services for all my bridesmaids (4), MOB, and MOG, and each one of them told me that this was the best make-up and hair they’ve had done for a wedding. As everyone knows, the day-of can be quite hectic with everything that needs to be done. Vicky and Jenny, were efficient at getting through our schedule without missing a detail. We had a few things go off track that needed my attention and they were so calm, flexible, and able to quickly adjust to keep us on schedule, helping to keep me at ease. Refined Beauty was the perfect vendor for my wedding! From the start, Vicky was super responsive and easy to work with. Refined Beauty had everything I was looking for in a H+M vendor. For my trial, Vicky and Jenny came to my house and made it so easy for me! Leading up to my wedding, the schedule, invoice, communications were so seamless and convenient I didn't have to worry about a thing! For my wedding, I had Vicky, Jenny and Julee and they were AMAZING!!! My makeup and hair looked incredible, I wanted more volume than my trial and Jenny did not disappoint! We were SO ahead of schedule, they were so efficient and fun to have around that morning! I had a total of 10 people getting hair and/or makeup! Payment is super easy all online and I loved the combined hair and makeup pricing for my bridesmaids! Refined Beauty was the BEST! I cannot rave enough about Refined Beauty and their amazing team! The team who we worked with the day of my wedding was Vicky, Jenny, and Julie! They were incredible! Not only was their work amazing, but they were so calm and stayed ahead of schedule. I did not feel stressed getting ready at all and all of us were just enjoying ourselves throughout the morning. Vicky did my makeup and was honestly amazing! She made my bridesmaids look gorgeous and naturally elevated. My mom and mother-in-law also looked incredible and were so happy with their makeup. Vicky and Wendy were the best! I met with them a total of 3 times -- once for my engagement shoot, my wedding trial, and my wedding day itself. Every time, they both did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup. I was going for a soft glam look for my wedding, and needed a lot of adjustments on my hair after my trial (due to me realizing the high neckline of my dress). Wendy was amazing at listening to the adjustments I needed, and my updo did not budge at all from 8am to 4am the next day! I have very thick and stubborn Asian hair, and I was so worried that my updo would unravel but not a single strand came out of place. Thank you Wendy!! As for my makeup, I got so many compliments on my soft glam look done by Vicky. I wanted a natural look that still accentuated my features, and Vicky helped bring this vision to life! She helped me create the perfect lip shade by mixing several colors together. My makeup stayed on all day without needing any touchups, it was truly so impressive! I loved the fake lashes she chose for me, and also the way she did my brows was immaculate. I looked and felt so beautiful! Both Wendy and Vicky also did our bridal party and moms' HMU, and they all looked gorgeous too! Also, Vicky and Wendy are so fun to talk to. They're both very kind, fun, and are a calm presence on the day of the wedding. I am not a morning person but really enjoyed seeing Vicky and Wendy at 6am on my wedding day haha!

Kerry and Julee were amazing to work with. Kerry did my bridal hair and makeup on wedding day. She made sure everything looked perfect to what I envisioned when we did our wedding trial makeup. She had great energy and was so easy to talk to. Our makeup and hair lasted all day without being so cakey which was important to me. Julee was patient and listed to my bridal party needs when doing their makeup. I loved both of them and would hire them again in a heartbeat! Lastly, Vicky (booking manager) was so responsive and communicative which made booking with them seamless. Thank you again, Refined Beauty for being such an integral part of my wedding experience!

The team at Refined Beauty Inc was INCREDIBLE. I was planning my wedding from Chicago and getting married in California so I didn't have a chance to do a trial and my hair and makeup the day of did not disappoint. I didn't really know what I wanted going into the process but I showed them a few ideas and they made my vision and my inspiration come to life. My hair and makeup couldn't have been any more perfect. They also did such an incredible job with my bridesmaids. Everyone had their own vision and had their own look and everyone looked so insanely stunning. I LOVED working with them!

Vicky was amazing from day 1! When I first reached out, Vicky was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Fast forward to trial day, she was super friendly, easy to talk to, and listened to what I wanted. I’ve never tried a soft glam look so I asked for that at my trial. Afterwards, I realized I liked more of a Smokey eye look, although the soft glam was done beautifully and flawlessly! I also told her I wanted fuller lashes and thinner brows on wedding day. Fast forward another few months to wedding day, Vicky came with such great energy and really delivered! She remembered all the little details of what I wanted back from when I told her after the trial, and made me look PERFECT. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. My makeup stayed on ALL NIGHT, my skin looked seriously flawless, and I looked absolutely radiant all night. My 6 bridesmaids also looked so beautiful, and she nailed the look that each one wanted to a tee. We had a range of skin tones and shades and she did an excellent job color matching everyone and choosing complimenting lip colors. Overall, I would 100% recommend Vicky and team to anyone looking for bridal makeup!! I hired Refined Beauty for our March 2023 wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made! We had a two year engagement and worked with Vicky very early on in the planning process. She was extremely professional and organized and promptly responded to my many questions. For my trial and wedding day, I had Kerry for both hair and makeup. She was AMAZING! Then Kerry handled my bridesmaids' hair and Lucy handled my bridesmaids' makeup. I loved working with both of them! They were so sweet, easy to talk to, and everyone looked so beautiful!! All of my bridesmaids loved how they looked. I was extremely nervous picking a makeup/hair vendor but Vicky/Kerry made it so easy. My husband said I looked like an angel hehe. I would hire Vicky, Kerry, and Lucy over and over again. They're the best! Thank you ladies for making me look and feel so beautiful on my wedding day!!

I had the most incredible experience with Refined Beauty, specifically with Julee for makeup and Taylor for hair. What I loved the most about the make up was everyone looked like themselves, but perfectly enhanced. For hair, Taylor brought each individual's vision to life. They both worked with each of us to make sure we were happy with our final looks. Plus everyone still looked great and hair was still intact by the end of the night, which was impressive. For my trial, I loved how easy and comfortable it was to provide feedback on areas I wanted to change (which admittedly wasn't a ton to begin with because they brought my vision to life pretty well the first time around). I appreciated that they offered their own professional and personal input and also incorporated mine. It felt like a great collaboration. Also, personality wise they were so fun and relaxing to have throughout the day. They helped keep the tone light and fun, they kept us all on schedule and not once did I feel like we were behind or running late or rushed. As my makeup was almost done, Julee could tell I was starting to get a little nervous anxious and without me even saying anything she stopped what she was doing and had me take a deep breath and instantly put me at ease and I really appreciated it. And finally, the organization, communication, professionalism, etc. from Refined Beauty "headquarters" was amazing. I wasn't worried at all about anything going wrong, getting forgotten, skipped, etc. It's always nice to have aspects of wedding planning and the wedding day that you can relax about, and Refined Beauty will definitely make that happen for you.

I cannot recommend Refined Beauty enough. Vicky did my makeup when I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and I loved it so much I wanted to hire her for my wedding. We had 9 women getting their makeup done on March 9th 2023 and Vicky did an amazing job on everyone! I had one girl who loves full glam looks and brought her own dramatic eyelashes, and one who's never had professional makeup done before and wanted extremely natural. Every one of my ladies were obsessed with their makeup. My maid of honor is African-American and we were both nervous not knowing if she had the right shades for her skin. Vicky killed it and she looked stunning, my maid of honor was truly surprised with how talented she was. We will forever recommend Refined beauty, thank you so much Vicky!

Flora is amazing!! My wedding was May 29, 2022. The makeup was beautiful and lasted so long I wore it the entire following day lol. She did a wonderful job with hair as well (+bridesmaid). I love how I didn't have to initially instruct anything, she just knew what to do! We had to postpone in 2020 due to Covid and she was accommodating and very sweet. Book her—just do it!!

Couldn't have been happier with the services provided by Olivia, Amelia and Julee. I had 9 ladies for hair and makeup and never felt rushed even with a 1pm deadline. They are truly magic with their skills and everyone LOVED their hair and makeup. Very talented group of women and would highly recommend them!

As a bride-to-be who basically never wears makeup (maybe eyebrows and mascara once a month), I was nervous to have my makeup done for my wedding. However, my friends who had weddings before mine all espoused having their makeup professionally done as it looked so much better in photos. And so I began my search for a makeup artist who would be able to translate my vague ideas into something beautiful and comfortable. As an Asian-American, I also had apprehension regarding my hair and having it done - my hair notoriously prefers to be straight and not hold a curl. I was nervous that my hair vision might not hold up throughout the wedding, so I was really looking for someone who has a lot of experience with Asian hair (and skin tones/facial features). My day-of-coordinator recommended Kerry Vo when I described to her my apprehensions and desire for someone familiar with Asian skin and hair. And oh man, I am so grateful she recommended her and that Kerry was free for my wedding day! I went through Refined Beauty Inc and let Vicky know that I was interested in hiring them if they were available for my wedding date, but did want to make sure Kerry was available as well. Luckily, she was! I was able to have my hair and makeup trial done a few months out from my wedding in Kerry’s studio in Temecula and was super pleased with the results. I showed her the inspiration photos I had gathered and explained the look I was going for in rather vague terms - I had difficulty putting what I wanted into proper words. But, she was able to translate my muddled descriptions and create a makeup look that was absolutely incredible! It was the most makeup I had ever had on my face, but it really didn’t feel like a lot at all! And for my hair, she showed me two looks (given my inspo photos) - one ponytail and one updo. On the actual wedding day, there were to be a total of five of us ladies getting our hair and makeup done. Khloe was the other artist who came and she did the makeup for the rest of the group, while Kerry did their hair. I had Kerry for both hair and makeup, just like for my trial. And after having my trial, there were a few minor tweaks I wanted to do. Kerry was able to easily make those adjustments to perfection - for example, I wanted to go a little higher with the ponytail and a little more glam on the eyelids. It was all such a breeze and every one of the ladies loved their final results! Honestly, I had never felt so beautiful and confident - and that was in large part to Kerry’s magic. My hair and makeup withstood the entire day - my hair kept its beautiful wave and my makeup didn’t smear or fade away. Kerry always made me feel comfortable and relaxed during both the trial and the wedding day. I highly recommend Refined Beauty and especially Kerry for their amazing work!

Vicky and Flora from Refined Beauty, Inc. were amazing. From the moment I sent my first inquiry up until showtime, Vicky was so quick to respond to my emails and text messages. Vicky was our Booking Manager and Make-Up Stylist for the day. She made the whole experience of finding a beauty team for my wedding seamless. I sent an inquiry in March 2022 for my October 2022 wedding and was thrilled to secure Refined Beauty for the big day. I was referred to them by two brides who gave them all the accolades. I had the opportunity to do a trial with Vicky and Flora in June, which helped me decide on my wedding look. I was so thankful to do a trial because I learned that the hairstyle I thought I wanted wasn’t actually my final look. Having the trial in June gave me enough time to switch it up. Vicky and Flora listened to my concerns and were committed to providing the perfect look on my wedding day. I recommend every bride have a trial! As a Pinay bride, it was important to have make-up and hair stylists that were familiar with Asian features and hair texture. My bridal party was amazed by Flora’s knowledge of the variety of Asian hair textures. She knew exactly what needed to be done to our hair to achieve the look we wanted (Old Hollywood Waves). Vicky flawlessly enhanced everyone’s natural features. My woman of honor even commented on how impressed she was that Vicky used lashes specifically designed for Asian eyes. Vicky and Flora delivered outstanding service and expertise. I had a large bridal party and wanted to include the mothers of the bride and groom in the getting-ready experience (10 people total). I was a bit worried about having enough time, though Vicky and Flora were efficient and even ahead of schedule. The mothers, bridal party, and I were STUNNING on my big day. I would recommend them to every bride!

From the moment I sent in an inquiry, working with Refined Beauty was a fantastic experience. Vicky was always prompt in communication and happy to answer any questions I had. My mom had never had her makeup done professionally before so we booked a trial session for her at the same time as mine, and we both loved how it turned out. We went to Kerry's hair studio in Temecula and made a fun little wine tasting trip out of it + got to see how the makeup and hair stood up in 90 degree heat while drinking wine (it was perfect all day!). On the wedding day, my bridesmaids, mother-in-law, mom, and I all loved our hair and makeup. Our hair looked amazing and lasted all night thanks to Kerry, and Vicky's makeup highlighted everyone's natural beauty (all different skin tones, eye colors, etc.) while still looking cohesive. We were also totally on time (maybe even a little early) with hair and makeup, which is essential. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Refined Beauty!

From the very beginning I knew working with Refined Beauty was going to be great. My first conversation with Vicky I explained that I normally don’t wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis. I wanted my make up on my wedding day to be natural and glowy. I feared that I would not look like myself as in the past getting my make up done it always seemed to be a little too heavy or too much. Vicky listened to my concerns and really took the time to assure me that what I wanted was achievable. During my trial she came up with a look that was soft glam, glowy, and enhanced my features rather than changing them! On the wedding day, Vicky delivered once again and not only made me feel beautiful, but she made me feel calm and less anxious with her kindness and friendly conversation. For my hair, Wendy created the most beautiful relaxed vintage wave hairstyle that was even better than what I envisioned at first. All of my bridesmaids looked so so so beautiful as well. Their make up lasted the whole night and every girl said they loved how it turned out. All 6 of them chose different hair styles and Wendy was able to create each one perfectly. I cannot recommend Refined Beauty enough. From start to finish, their service went above and beyond. I really appreciated Vicky’s quick responses as I know she probably had a ton of other brides to respond to as well. I loved Kerry so much, on the day I've gotten my trial for the engagement photoshoot I knew she will do great for my wedding. We did outdoor ceremony in the pouring rain, did post ceremony photoshoot in the rain as well, and when I walked into the barrel room foe the reception, my hair still looked great and makeup survived all!! She customized any thing and long lasting hair make up, and my bridesmaids asked her to do the touch ups and added lashes, asked to put the hair accessories on, etc. Kerry handled with sense of humor and made all of comfortable like our old friends, believe me she did great job dealing with my emotions as I concerned of the rain and guests and vendors are calling me as some road closures happened unexpectedly. And the booking mamager Vicky who helped me with all the scheduling changes from the trial, final count changes, order changes, etc. she was so patient with me and my bridal party needs met perfectly. I would recommend this team for any of my families and friends special occasions, I would give wayyyy more than just 5 stars.

My bridal party and I had the pleasure to have Stephanie as our hair stylist and Olivia and Vicky as our makeup artists for my wedding. Vicky was also my trial makeup artist and as someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup, I am so glad I did the trial with her because it helped me get used to wearing falsies. Vicky provided excellent communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding. During the week of the wedding, I had a last minute change and she and her team were able to accommodate! Our wedding day hair and makeup lasted the entire night and my bridal party looked stunning!! I also felt so comfortable and beautiful as the bride, and got a lot of compliments on my hair. Some of my bridesmaids were nervous about the inspo pictures they shared or what they wanted, but ended up being extremely happy with how they looked. Vicky and Kerry were my morning rock stars! I had a minor freak out about a week before the wedding realizing we couldn’t get into our bridal suite with enough time to get hair and makeup done and that was one thing I didn’t want to rush. Vicky called me, calmed my nerves and made sure to be at our hotel bright and early. She set up and made me and my girls feel like a million bucks (as they say)! Everyone looked incredible and we were done just in time to head to the venue! They became part of our bridal party and getting ready crew. Laughing with us, talking and gossiping with us! It was just so fun and took so much stress off the morning! Before the wedding, Kerry came all the way to my house in LA to get me ready in just an hour for our engagement pictures and the hair and makeup came out perfectly! When I went to the studio for my trial, Kerry and Vicky were waiting for me and we were hanging out and getting everything ready in only an hour and a half! They made suggestions based on the style I was going for and the hairstyle I was thinking based on my dress and everything came out PERFECT! I am so happy I chose Refined Beauty Inc. as my hair and makeup artist for my wedding day. Vicky was professional and responsive from my first inquiry and ensured everything about the day went smoothly. She and her team even started at our Airbnb and moved to the venue mid-morning so we could finish getting ready in the cute bridal suite! I first reached out to Refined Beauty INC before the pandemic inquiring for my original December 2020 wedding date. This obviously didn't happen but we kept in touch. A couple of postponement later, we finally settled on a safe wedding date and I quickly finalized the reservation with Vicky. What started out with only 6-7 ladies needing hair and makeup services, quickly doubled to 12. Since the timeline needed to stay the same, Vicky and her team were able to accommodate and got us out the door ahead of schedule. It was a huge relief not feeling rushed specially early into the day. Vicky and her team were super sweet and a master of their craft. It took two years but all of my girls loved how their hair and makeup turned out.

Vicky and her team were one of my favorite vendors to work with! We met several times before our wedding day, each location different, and without any hassle she made it easy coming to me. The first was for my engagement photoshoot. The second was with my moms to do a trial for them. The third at my bachelorette party for my wedding day trial. The final time for my wedding which she came with a team of 3 others to do my 9 bridesmaids and mom. Each girl turned out so beautiful and were very happy with their look. I gave my bridesmaids the option and their combined discounted price point for both hair and makeup also made it easy for them to decide to have the professionals do it. I never had a moment of feeling nervous, uncomfortable, or dissatisfied and instead absolutely beautiful and in love with how it turned out every time. I also got beaded extensions and they worked around them with no issues. I can’t say enough positive things about Refined Beauty. On the day of the wedding, I had booked services for myself + 6 bridesmaids + 2 moms + 1 sister-in-law (10 services total) and all the Refined Beauty ladies were so efficient, patient, and easy to work with. Even when the moms and certain girls were being necessarily picky, they were patient with them and very professional. Refined Beauty is absolutely the best! My wedding was originally in 2020 and I had done a hair and makeup trial with Kerry and loved the results. I do not wear makeup on a daily basis so really had no idea what to expect and was worried about not looking like myself or having too much makeup applied. None of those worries became reality, and the soft glam look Kerry provided was perfect. Due to the pandemic, my wedding was actually postponed by two years and finally just happened two weeks ago. The rebooking process was very smooth with Refined Beauty, and they actually stuck with me through not one, not two, but THREE postponements until my final date on 4/16/22. I truly appreciate all their flexibility! Kerry was not available for my new wedding date, so I ended up working with Vicky (makeup) and Stephanie (hair) instead, who were both equally as fantastic. They arrived at the venue promptly to set up, and they stayed on schedule with their work (and actually were ahead of schedule; the bridal party appreciated the extra down time to relax in the morning). I have never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day, and I received many compliments for my hair and makeup, both of which lasted through the entire day. My bridesmaids also loved their makeovers and we all had a great time chatting with Vicky and Stephanie while getting ready. Not only did the makeup last, but it was also surprisingly easy to remove at the end of the night after the wedding. Kerry did my hair for my wedding in March in Laguna Beach and far exceeded my expectations. I changed what I was looking for the night before the wedding and sent Kerry a new inspiration photo. She executed it perfectly and I've never felt more beautiful! Her work is sleek, polished, and modern. I could not have been happier that I went with RBI for hair and makeup for my wedding! From my H&M trial, I knew I made the right decision. Vicky and Kerri were professional, so much fun to chat with, and did an excellent job on makeup and hair respectively. I usually go for a more natural makeup look and Vicky was very kind and attentive to my preferences while also offering her expert input on what would look best with my complexion and skin type. Kerry was excellent in recreating a hairstyle I showed her and is really great at what she does (she even stepped in for makeup on a few of my bridesmaids)! Stephanie also helped out with hair for my bridesmaids and flower girls and her help really helped move the H&M process along very smoothly, she was great as well! It was such a pleasure working with Refined Beauty for our wedding. If there was one thing I would say about their makeup “style” I would definitely say natural beauty. They made me and my bridesmaids look so natural and beautiful - the makeup overall looked minimal and effortless. It didn’t feel cakey or packed on. They were also very flexible in allowing us to use our own foundation, lipstick, or blush if we preferred. In regards to their hair services, they were able to style our hair just by the pictures we showed them. Each bridesmaid had their own hairstyle preference and they were super flexible with that too. They also did such an excellent job putting flowers in our hair from the baby’s breath we had and it stayed on throughout the entire wedding. We were NOT an easy wedding to do. Most of the ladies who got their hair and make up done were not used to wearing ton of make up so we all requested a very natural look.
