Erin did my hair/makeup for my wedding, and it was the look of my dreams. She took my wants/changes very seriously, and I couldn't be happier with how it looked. She also did my bridesmaids' makeup as well, which turned out stunning! Gabby was in charge of the bridesmaid hair, and she KILLED it. Everyone was happy, and she made sure they all felt comfortable for the day. Highly recommend Refined Beauty for all services bridal. They truly made the day feel so special!

I really could not recommend Refined Beauty more for a wedding. To start, I had a very large group. I had 12 bridesmaids and the mother of the bride and mother of the groom. For the trial, I worked with Cielo and she was just a pleasure to work with. She truly listened to my vision and what I wanted for my bridal look. I was obsessed with the hair from the jump (it look just like my inspo pic) and my makeup looked great but I had a few things I wanted to slightly tweak for the wedding day and she absolutely made the changes (a bit fuller coverage, warmer more bronzed/blush look). On the wedding day, the team (Kikki, Ben, and Cielo) showed up early and ready to set up. They had their work stations all ready to go by 8am and were very professional. They were so fun to talk to and also really listened to everyone’s visions. My husband’s mom isn’t a big makeup wearer but wanted to get a set of fake lashes glued on and didn’t know how, so they even did that for her using their lashes for free. She was pleased. Kikki offered airbrush or regular base for makeup which was nice to have the option. I have a small tattoo on my collarbone I wanted gone for the wedding and Cielo covered it up perfectly. Seriously you could not see it. Ben killed it with the hair and was touching girls hair up close to the end for the girls who went earlier. Finally, working with Liz as the point of contact at Refined Beauty for booking was wonderful. She communicated throughout the entire process, updated my contract when we had a few changes to hair/makeup count, answered all my questions, made my wedding day MU&H timeline for me, checked in after my trial to get my honest thoughts and then checked in before the wedding again to confirm everything. I highly recommend Refined Beauty for any wedding; they can handle a large group, executed our visions, and I can tell they really love what they do! I do not have professional pictures back yet to upload but will try to find a few to put here.

Refined Beauty was so great to work with leading up to my wedding, they were very responsive and kind! A few weeks before my wedding, after my trials were done my stylist left the salon. Jennifer quickly jumped in, having conversations with me leading up to make sure I was comfortable. The day of Jennifer and Ben did such an incredible job on my hair, my moms and all my bridesmaids (11)!!

I was so happy with my wedding day hair and make up. Janet was fun, professional, and helped me stay calm while getting ready. I decided to do a different hairstyle than I did at my trial which made me a little nervous, but Janet was able to create exactly what I wanted on wedding day and she made sure I felt good before leaving the salon. My mom got her hair/make up done and my friend got her hair done too, all turned out great!

Refined Beauty was great! I used them for hair only but had an amazing experience. I worked with Erin and she was perfect. She totally got the vibe I was looking for with my wedding hair and got super nice extensions for me as well. All of my bridesmaids were very happy with their hair for the wedding as well. Refined Beauty was super accommodating with my larger bridal party which I really appreciated!

My hair and makeup turned out absolutely beautiful!! I still looked like myself, but the best version. The salon was the perfect place to get ready at! Jennifer and her team were so accommodating and made sure all my bridesmaids hair and makeup looked perfect. They were able to get us finished ahead of time which was a huge relief to know we had some extra time in our day! I cannot recommend using Refined Beauty enough.

I used Refined Beauty for my September wedding and it was one of the easiest processes in my wedding planning. The whole team was so accommodating to all the services I needed for my big day. I used them for makeup and hair for the mothers, flower girl, bridesmaids, and me. They arrived early on the day of the wedding and had everyone finished and ready before schedule. Jessica was so helpful with my ideas and concerns. It could not have gone better for us. I could not recommend them enough for a wedding or an event.

I used Refined Beauty for my wedding party plus ten bridesmaids! The team was super professional and accommodated my large wedding party well. I loved my hair and makeup look and appreciated Jessica’s suggestions for what complements my hair and skin. I really felt that Jennifer, Jessica, Erin and Gabby cared about me as the bride and made my experience stress free. We did not start super early in the morning and we finished with plenty of time for touch ups. The team even arrived before our start time and looked glam and in heels! I felt like a celebrity with how they pampered me and even gave me an emergency Mrs swag bag after my services. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to their services to come!

I wish I could give Refined Beauty a hundred stars!! I had my and my bridesmaids' hair and makeup done with Refined Beauty. Communication beforehand was effortless and Jessica always sent helpful emails and reminders. My trial with Erin was so much fun and Erin took the time to get to know me and to understand exactly what I wanted. I could tell immediately that Erin was extremely passionate and knowledgeable regarding wedding hair and makeup. On the day of our wedding, Erin and Ben were both so great! We all looked so beautiful! They were professional, friendly, and fit right in with our group. Ben did an excellent job, especially with my mom, who is extremely particular with her hair. The bridesmaids' hair withstood a very long day full of pictures and lots of dancing. Our makeup, done by Erin, was absolutely stunning. I was so impressed that all of our makeup stayed on all day and night despite us all sweating from the heat. Thank you to Refined Beauty, especially Erin and Ben for making me and my girls look so beautiful!! I cannot recommend them enough!

Refined Beauty was so easy to work with, flexible with what I was looking for and quick to communicate. I worked specifically with Janet and she really went above and beyond to make sure everyone looked their best, giving everyone unique looks that matched what they wanted and their complexion. The results were stunning!

The entire team at Refined Beauty has been absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked my wedding, they were very responsive and helpful in my planning my vision for my wedding day. For about 7 months leading up to the wedding I booked all my facials, hair appointments, and lash appointments through Refined Beauty and everyone there is SO friendly and welcoming and make everything so fun! My bridal party was 11 people total and everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup the day of the wedding and mine turned out better than I could have imagined. Jennifer and her team are absolutely amazing and were even ahead of schedule the entire day! I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup on my wedding and I never had to touch up anything throughout the entire day/night - it was fantastic!! I could not be more thankful for the work they did in helping make my wedding day so perfect!

Refined Beauty made my wedding day magical! Janet was so sweet and made me feel beautiful. She listened to all of my requests and incorporated all of my visions for my day. Kikki worked with me leading up to our wedding with several facials and helped me get my skin looking and feeling fabulous for the big day! I got a lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint from Kikki prior to the wedding and was so happy with the results. I was referred here by a friend to try Simply Tan their custom spray tan services for my wedding and had a GREAT experience. Halie absolutely nailed it - I felt sunkissed without feeling unnatural or orange. I did a trial with her pre-wedding and I loved that when I came back for my tan before the big day they had exactly what they did last time listed in their system to ensure that the color and wash-off time were consistent with what we had done before.

The ladies at Refined Beauty are amazing! Getting ready on my wedding day was so relaxing and awesome with Jennifer and Janet helping us! I love going to the salon for all my wedding beauty prep, facials, eyebrows with Kiki and haircuts! I always feel and look amazing! I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup for my wedding day!

My whole bridal party looked amazing! Jennifer and Janet were ahead of schedule, giving them time to do touch ups before pictures. They expertly styled everyone in a way that fit their hair and skin types. We all looked great even at the end of the night! We had 13 women who needed hair and 12 who needed make up and they worked NON-STOP to make sure everyone looked and felt beautiful AND we stayed on our strict timeline. If you need a beauty team, Refined Beauty is absolutely AMAZING! They have such talented makeup and hair artists! I've been going to them for a few months now for everything including hair, eyebrows, etc. and I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. They were on time for the wedding day, and worked so efficiently! Jennifer, Janet, Kikki, and Ben are absolutely amazing and so talented! Highly recommend!

Where do I even begin! The ladies of Refined Beauty made me feel so special through every step of my wedding planning. Jessica being extremely helpful through all of my questions and gave her honest opinion always. I felt like a princess during my hair/makeup trial and then felt like a queen during my wedding day. I’ll continue to go to them post wedding also for my hair and spray tan! If I could rate Refined Beauty 100/10 I would!

I absolutely loved working with Refined Beauty for my wedding day hair and makeup! I worked with Jessica specifically. During my trial, she asked tons of questions and spent a good amount of time listening to understand what I really wanted out of my wedding day look. Additionally, she was refreshingly honest. When I showed her pictures of hair styles that were a bit unrealistic for my thinner hair, she worked with me to problem solve and came up with great solutions to ensure I got the look I wanted. Jessica has a way about her that made me feel immediately comfortable from the very beginning. In addition to doing my hair and makeup day of, she said all the right things to calm my bridal nerves. In addition to Jessica, I had Ben and Janet do my bridesmaid’s hair and makeup. They were also amazing. Not only did everyone in my bridal party look beautiful, but we also all thoroughly enjoyed working with these two. We had a super early day (hair and makeup started at 6:15 am), but Ben, Janet, and Jessica brought in positive vibes and helped us start the day off right. They were also super professional. We had a tight timeline for the entire day and the three of them worked together to ensure we were done with hair and makeup right on time! Outside of hair and makeup, I had a bridal spray tan with Katie. She was amazing too! She worked with me to get the perfect color tan based on my natural skin tone. She was informative and so friendly. There aren’t many people I would feel comfortable with while being very close to naked. But somehow, Katie’s comforting and friendly demeanor made it feel normal. I also want to give a shoutout to the owner, Jennifer. Each time I was in the salon, she made it a point to talk with me and check in on how wedding planning was going. The whole team made me feel so great and so welcomed!

I booked Refined beauty for my wedding and am so glad that I did! Jennifer was absolutely fabulous, she listened to every single change I wanted to make and walked me through the entire process so I felt extremely confident in what was happening. As someone who has a skin tone that makeup artists seemed to have trouble matching, Jennifer made me and my bridal party look extremely natural which was much appreciated! Ben did a terrific job with my bridal party hair too. The price is well worth the service and I cannot recommend Refined Beauty enough for future brides!

Highly recommend Refined Beauty for your wedding hair and makeup services! When researching vendors, I always check out reviews and their website. Refined Beauty’s website literally answered all my initial vendor questions and was SO informative. Jennifer was super attentive and checked up on me throughout the planning process. I had the pleasure of meeting all 3 people who were doing the hair and makeup for myself and wedding party. Jessica did my wedding hair and makeup. For my trial, she was honest, insightful and super supportive. I don’t wear much makeup, so I didn’t know what would look well on my skin. She provided helpful tips and advice and we decided on the perfect look for me. She said your wedding makeup should be a step up from what you typically wear. My wedding look stayed true to myself, while also being bold. She also made me a little touch up kit for the rest of the day. Kikki did my bridal facial and WOW my skin looked and felt great. All the products she used were soothing, natural and not irritating. Ben did my bridal hair blowout. My hair has never felt SO smooth and silky afterwards. He also recommend me to use the milk shake products and I LOVE the nourishing shampoo and conditioner. I definitely feel and see the difference ever since I switched to these products. All 3 of these lovely people were super sweet, easy going and fun. They were jamming to the get ready playlist I made and got along well with everyone. My mom, mother in law and my bridesmaids all loved their hair and makeup. Everyone looked SO beautiful! Book Refined Beauty for your wedding! You will not be disappointed!

After a great trial with Janet, she took my feedback and put together a plan to make the day of go even more perfectly. My whole bridal party and I were so happy with our hair and makeup! My biggest concern was that our schedule for hair and makeup would be tight and we ended up ahead of schedule on the day of! Can't recommend Refined Beauty enough!

Refined Beauty Salon provided my hair and makeup, as well as my bridal party's hair, for my wedding. I was so thrilled with my hair and makeup on the day of -- it was exactly what I was hoping for. My bridal party also loved their hair. Our stylist, Jessica, was a "junior artist" (one to five years of experience) so her price point was better for my budget. However, the quality of makeup and hair was beyond junior level! She did a great job! The only hiccups during my time working with Refined Beauty were during the payment and hair/makeup trial phases. I found the payment policies confusing and accidentally paid for everything (deposit + trial) up front before the trial. Luckily, I ended up choosing Refined Beauty but if I hadn't, I wouldn't have gotten that deposit back. Also, on the day of the trial, my makeup was heavier than I wanted and my hair refused to curl, so I wasn't sure how things would look on my wedding day. However, Jessica was amazing on the day of -- we walked through my feedback again and did the makeup and hair step by step so I could tweak as needed. Ultimately, everything turned out perfect and I'm so, so happy with my wedding day look!! I would highly recommend Jessica!

She was thoughtful during the hair trial – asking questions about what I was looking for, realistically offering her professional advice and suggestions, and checking in with me on what I thought as it came together. I ended up even coming to her for a haircut the week before the wedding because I trusted her to make it look great! On the big day, it was so fun to have Janet and Jennifer there to do the entire wedding party’s hair and some makeup. They got along great with all the girls and made everyone look GORGEOUS! Jennifer and the Refined Beauty team are beyond amazing! For my wedding, they did bridal, bridesmaid and family hair and makeup all before my 10am wedding! Jennifer was unbelievably accommodating to all of my scheduling difficulties and her team is so incredibly talented. My wedding reception was outdoors on a day the temperatures hit above 100 degrees and my hair and makeup remained flawless. I cannot recommend Refined Beauty enough. I am so glad Refined Beauty's quality products, talent and industry knowledge were a part of my wedding.

Refined Beauty is great! Jennifer made it very easy to organize our event and was very quick to answer my questions. Our stylist, Janet, came on site to do my hair/make-up, my bridemaids' hair, and my mom's make-up. Janet was prompt, professional, and styled each girl exactly how they wanted. During out outdoor ceremony, it started pouring and we finished our ceremony under umbrellas. Despite the rain, our hair and make-up still look perfect - there were no strands out of place and no smudges! Even after  the rain and dancing for hours, my hair still looked amazing by the time I made it back to the hotel. I was very impressed with the quality of work Refined Beauty provided and would highly recommend them for any special occasion!

Choosing who was going to be in charge of my hair and makeup for my wedding was one of the hardest decisions I had to make while planning for the big day, and I did a lot of research before choosing Refined Beauty! I don't wear a ton of makeup regularly so I did not want my makeup to be too over the top and cakey but I also wanted to look beautiful and glamorous on my wedding day (obviously). After meeting and consulting with Jennifer I felt so confident she could make my vision come to life, and she truly did. Jennifer and her team ended up doing my hair and makeup as well as my entire bridal party and they did a FANTASTIC job. They were so professional, got everyone done in a timely manner, and made everyone look beautiful. I also must mention I had Jennifer give me some highlights and tape in hair extensions prior to my wedding day, and she did an amazing job with this as well. I am so happy I chose Refined Beauty to be a part of my wedding day and I will absolutely continue going to Jennifer for all of my future hair and makeup needs! So excited she moved downtown Naperville too!
