I feel like I got the full bridal experience that I could not get anywhere else. That was confirmed when I went to another shop in Birmingham the same day! However, there were some communication issues in the ordering process. I expected the dress to arrive around February/March for a fitting before my May wedding. After several calls to the shop I found out it wouldn't arrive until early/mid April. It was a frustrating experience, but in the end Christina made it right and helped me find a solution. The dress was beautiful and I felt amazing in it...overall, I recommend Refined to any plus size bride in Alabama and beyond.
