became the point person for all of my vendors, relieving me during the week of the wedding, she met me onsite at the venue beforehand so she would know what to expect on the day of, and she made a special trip to pick up all of our party items (framed photos, menus, table #s etc.) and brought them with her on the day of. During the wedding and reception, she remained calm and cool and was always one step ahead, resulting in a seamless evening. She truly helped make it an effortless experience, so my family, close friends and my husband and I could enjoy without worry!

While we never thought to use a wedding planner, Refined Events came highly recommended, and from our first initial call, we knew we couldn’t do it without their help. I have to say that I'm truly impressed with the thoughtful and professional approach they took to our wedding. They thought of everything, helped with details around layout and COVID precautions, and always pivoted in new directions with grace.
