Reflections Bridal Boutique

I loved Reflections. Not only did i find the dress of my dreams, but i was treated like an absolute princess. Going to this store made me feel as though i was in an episode of Say Yes To The Dress. They take care of you so well and make you feel incredibly special! I would recommend this to anyone!

The ladies at Reflections were delightful and the whole experience there was easy and rewarding. They eased all my worries and helped me find the perfect dress. The had a great selection of gowns and belts, but needed more veils to choose from. I did have trouble with their recommended seamstress (the one with her own store) - she was well priced, but her work was not of a very good quality. I would recommend finding your own seamstress.

I was extremely pleased with our experience at Reflections. All of the consultants were very professional, friendly, and listened well to the wants of my friend in choosing her wedding gown. We were so pleased to have Sara as our consultant and she was able to find the perfect dress for my friend. Everyone was so happy for my friend and we even toasted saying "yes to the dress"! Thanks, Sara,for such a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

Reflections has the best service and selection of any bridal store I have ever been to. Sara was friendly and helpful and even selected my wedding gown for me. Since I am a plus size bride I was initially intimidated to try on dresses. The bridal area is completely separate from the rest of the store and I had my own viewing area! This made the process perfect. I felt comfortable and amazing in my wedding gown. I will be sending all of my friends and family to Reflections for any bridal or formal needs!

I went to 5 diffrent dress shops and this was the best I have ever been to they made me feel like I was the only person there! I would tell everyone to go there

I bought my wedding dress from them... but they never took my measurements. I ordered the dress and it came in... huge. I had to have it taken in three sizes. It was very hot the day I tried on dresses... not a good experience. Loved me dress after it was all said and done.

Wonderful dresses, array of sizes, a separate bridal area away from prom dresses, one on one attention and just beautiful gowns! Only complaint is when I came back to the store for my first fitting, the owner of the store was unattentive, and was focusing on the teenage girls trying on prom dresses instead of concentrating on me. I guess because i had already paid for the gown so she thought she didnt have to give me anymore one on one attention. Also the floor is a little dirty. Barely vacummed....she found a staple on my dress after I walked to the mirror from the changing room, and wouldnt let me walk accross the store with my train on the floor....probably because she knows she doesnt clean the floor enough. But honestly, dont let that keep you from visiting the store. This was the only store I visited and I found my perfect gown there!

The customer service was terrible. The dress selection was horrible and the associates weren't helpful. They basically pulled the dresses I wanted to try and then stuck me in a dressing room to get them on. Do you know how hard it is to get a wedding dress on with NO help!!!?? Awful. Also, ALL of the sample sizes were like sz 12-16. I'm a size 4. Not only did I hate the dresses and the service, I couldn't even imagine myself IN the dress b/c it was WAY too big. We left after trying on two dresses.

Reflections was the best bridal boutique I visited! Very professional! Before visiting Reflections I had went to one other shop which provided no help whatsoever. When I came to Reflections they had me look through a book of all their dresses to pick out the ones I thought I would like. Then their staff pulled them all from the rack and I stood in the dressing room as they slipped them over my head and adjusted them for fit. I didn't just love any of the dresses that I initially picked out but based on my comments the staff member helping me pulled dresses that she thought I might like. I tried on between 10-15 dresses and the staff member was very patient. Once I had narrowed it down to 2-3 dresses she pulled accessories (earrings, necklace, veil, etc.) for me try with the dress. I found my dress that day!! Wonderful experience!
